I had an extremely disappointing experience at Etoile La Coupe Beauty Salon in JVC. The cleanliness and sanitization were subpar, with a rating of just 4/10. The customer care was lacking, earning only a 3/10. The service was the most frustrating part, receiving a 2/10.I felt like the staff was inexperienced and poorly trained. My manicure and pedicure, which included color, took over two and a half hours, and I had to provide my own tools. Additionally, the staff seemed to lack sufficient resources, as they kept borrowing items from one another while juggling multiple customers. Despite these challenges, the services were far from professional. The blow-dry I received barely altered my natural hair, and my daughters new hairstyle appeared completely untouched, despite her fine hair.To make matters worse, the receptionist was impolite and made the entire experience even more uncomfortable. The atmosphere of the salon offered no sense of relaxation or comfort—instead, I left feeling more frustrated than when I arrived

Wonderful service with competitive rates. The team are always so welcoming and accommodating.Always greeted with a smile from Yolly and both Sahar and Asma are skilled and talented, doing each service to perfection. So grateful to be a client at this salon.

It is my second time in the salon, first time I just came for a mani pedi and end up doing my eyebrows, this second time I came and did nails extension, pedi, head massage with oil treatment and eyebrow lamination. All the ladies made me feel very comfortable and I trusted them for every treatment. Yolanda very patience, Sahar she did my pedi the first time with a nice feet massage and this second time, she did my eyebrow and head massage, highly recommended btw. Also Prisca, she is now my number one manicurist, super fast and amazing service. If you want a love self day, definitely come to this salon.

Had my hair done by them twice and truly can say this is the only salon that actually straightens my hair well! I have naturally curly hair so to actually have long lasting results and good skills used on my hair is absolutely amazing!

I got a protein treatment done on my hair. My hair was super damaged and frizzy, but after the treatment, which Seher did for me with utmost care, my hair got radically transformed. I am really happy with the results, and especially with Seher whose services impressed me a great deal. I would highly recommend anyone to get the treatment done here by Seher.

Terrible salon and service,only woman named Sahara is nice and professional,they have Hygiene issues.Cockroaches,bad smell.They told me different price and I had 60Aed more to pay.220 aed for this “Nails” ..

I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years. This saloon has always been my go to. The ladies there are truly exceptional! This review has been long overdue. I would like to thank Yolanda for ALWAYS having a smile on, and always being beyond welcoming and she treats each customer as VIP. Secondly i’d like to thank Sahar for always being attentive, her work is Flawless. She does the best massages and eyebrows! Her attitude towards her work & clients never changed. Not once did i see her frown. Lastly i’d like to thank Asma for always stepping up whenever needed ( ex: if i’m late and i need someone to jump in and support). This team is beyond cohesive, and beautiful. Keep up the great work Etoile! 💕

Nails are terrible. Don’t do your nails here. Lady who works there was doing my nails (gel refill and polish) 2 and a half hours. After 5 days my two nails broke. Terrible experience.

Worst experience! My nails are looking super ugly now and the technician‘s skill is very poor, if anyone not trained who can do an even better job than this, wasted one and a half hour there and can’t remove it soon as it’s going to damage my nails if I remove it now, very bad experience, you can’t even imagine how bad it is if without pics to show 🤯🤯and they thinned my nails too much, so it’s now very easy to break. I really regret that I went to this salon!!!!

I had Balayage in this salon with Seha Indian girl who was my hairstylist. After the treatment, I liked it, it was like gray or greenish color.. but then after 4 days I came back for hairwash and blowdry, after one wash I was surprised that the color changed right away from greenish grayish to golden blonde. How come it was just one wash and the color dissappeared? They charged me for 500 and after 1week after one wash it was a huge difference from the day I did the treatment. I was really dissapointed in this salon specially with that Indian girl. I will never go back here. What a waste of money..

I visited the salon yesterday for waxing, and honestly I have had the worst experience. I left the salon with rashes on my legs.The treatment room for waxing lacked any sort of ventilation and was very claustrophobic. Staff was not willing to switch on the AC either. After having asked 3 times, they finaly did.Instead of using their proper wax from the cans, they used the stick wax. While applying on my skin the girl pulled onto my skin so harshly. It was a very painful technique. On top of that the wax wasnt even warm enough.I do not recommend this place for waxing at all.

I need to share my experience about this super place. I really love this place and keep going for my root color,Mani Pedi,waxing and facil. Super higenic place and staff is super friendly. They are very flexible. Prices are reasonable and they have lot of running offers !

Today I had a lovely experience in Étoile la coupe beauty salon for color and balayage. Asma was my hair dresser, she was really amazing professional and caring . She shows a high knowledge in hair treatments and coloring and gave me and my friend much advice to follow. She was so patient as I was too much demanding 😄. The whole staff( Saher, Yolanda and Mary) actually was amazing and kind. I did manicure with Tola who was very professional also. I really highly recommend this salon. I tried many before but was not satisfied like today. Thank you for such a nice service.

My overall experience was outstanding. Even-though their working time is from 11am - 9pm, they accepted my request to book an appointment at 10am as I was in a rush for a special occasion. The receptionist has opened the salon at 10am and make sure my work got done. Hairdresser Asma was amazing as well. Thank you girls. This is my small gratitude for your brilliant work

I had the best appointment today at Etoile La Coupe Beauty Salon. I have gotten my nails done there a few times and the staff are always friendly, professional and always make me feel welcomed. Today was the first time I got my hair done at the salon. I got a mask treatment and a trim. The hair stylist was so professional and I loved her technique! My hair has never felt better!

I had avail there December promotion and it’s worth the price. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I had the Gel Mani and Pedicure. Also the hair treatment and roots color. You must try and visit this salon as it’s worth the price and there all friendly. I will only definitely come back here.

I mostly go to Etoile salon for Brazilian wax because of Sahar. She’s kind and professional at the same time. Unlike other places where I’ve been bruised, Sahar always leaves me with a flawless finish. The general atmosphere of the salon is clearly controlled by the front desk lady that always smiles and has a way of making you want to visit again.

Amazing salon. The ladies working here are 5stars they are extremely attentive, very accommodating and talented. Yolanda will always welcome you with the most beautiful smile.

These positive reviews must all be fake, this was the worst nail experience ever. The staff were blasting their phones the whole time and one of them was literally watching something on her phone while doing my nails. Salon wasnt organized or tidy like in the pics, bag of dirty laundry lying around. Terrible overall. Do not go here.

I DONT recommend this salon for manicure. The technician cut my cuticles so bad and the whole application was uneven and dirty, i just went to remove everything in another salon.Total wastage of money and time.

Etolie La couple Beauty salon has become my go to the salon . The best salon in jvc . From the spa Massages to the nail artist . They do a great job and friendly staff . We can discuss always our requirements specially with the receptionist and she will ensure the staff follow them as per clients request. Cheers !

Loved their services. I tried their Waxing, Manicure and Pedicure services. The staff who did my nails was very professional and meticulous and made sure my gel nails were spot on! The waxing was also very well done making with care and quality! Their prices are very reasonable for the services. Would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to have a me day!

Dear Management Team ,I hope this review gets your notice .I had booked an appointment for 12:30 pm today 03.05.2023 , and I reached around 12:35 , when I reached the place - The receptionist very rudely said that there is no one available at the moment and I have to wait for an hour , even after I had an appointment for the time , this was the response received .This experience has been the worst of all and majorly the receptionist sitting had the worst behavior towards me.I have been regularly visiting the salon for its exceptional services especially by Salma .This incident has definately caused a damage towards my experience and thought and I’m not going to return back here and will spread this as much as possible to my friends and family . Very unhappy with the approach and experience .

Very very bad services!First time , i did hair cut, the lady told me i have 10 years experience in hair styling and ill do your hair!! I gave her a chance!! I told here i want layers cut! My hair was up to my middle back! Now my hair is to my shoulders ! With uneven hair cut!! It is not even what i wanted!!!Today, i came for only eyebrows threadingI gave this salon 2 chance!!!! Im very very very very angry and unsatisfied!!!!The salon lady told me” you should be great-full because i cut your hair last time!!! You hair needs protein treatment!its not my fault”!!!!! Can you imagine!!!!

Got a great deal on a full body massage and my therapist Erolyn was very good at her work too! Paid special attention to my shoulders and kneaded away those knots!I also like to visit the salon for Gellish mani pedi which I think they do a super neat job of :) Happy with the services and highly recommend!

I went to this salon for the first time. I looking online for some manicure and pedicure offers and this looked professional and clean so I chose it. I was not let down at all. I was gretted and seated to get my hair done right away. The staff was so Friendly I felt like was at my regular salon despite this being my first time. A lady called Iman did my blow dry for me, and she took her time and did a great job.in order for my not to spend hours there sumi started on my pedicure while iman was doing my hair. This was perfect so I didnt waste my day. Both ladies were friend and chatty and I loved feeling like they knew me already. Jenny then went on to do my manicure, I had a couple of issues so it was not straight forward manicure, I wanted one finger extension as I had a broken nail and one that needed gluing. She took her time to fix them and make them look so natural with the rest of the nails. She made sure all nails were the same leghnth and the gel polish was done perfectly.overall what a great salon and great staff. The receptionist was super Friendly and lovely and pitched in to help around the salon and not just sit at the desk she came over to speak to me and ask if I was okay.Great salon!

The atmosphere in this salon is very comfortable. You can feel a positive energy once you walk in. The staff very friendly and smiling and what I liked the most is the harmonious relation amongst the staff.I had highlights done beautifuly by Ahlam.Will definitely go again.

One of the best nail care experience i have so far. Just had my classic meni pedi done with wash and blowdry . The workers are very skillfull. All the equipments are modern and well sterlized. Prices are really good and overall experience is awesome. Staff is friendly and very accommodating.

Wonderful service with lovely staff!I booked a gelish manicure and pedicure with a Groupon voucher. Jenny did my pedicure and Gaukhar performed by manicure. Jenny even sang a little bit which was funny! They both took great care and attention in treating my nails, were very meticulous and professional. I will definitely be booking in again 😁

Nail technicians are good and friendly, however, the hair dressers arent very skilled at all.Went in for a simple trim for my long hair. It was cut unevenly by one hairdresser, and then another hair stylist tried to fix the damage , but ended up giving me an awful result, uneven short layers that havent even been blended in properly, so Im left with some length, but then layers that are very short at the top? the actual issue with the hair wasnt even fixed, just an overall horrible result and experience.A friend also pointed out how bad the cut looks, which I am unable to fix , as if I get another cut my hair will become even shorter, so I now have to wait until it grows out!Really disappointed with the result, the hair dresser did not even acknowledge or apologise for the mistake she had made .To top things off, the salon was only worried about the payment, which was made ofcourse, I wasnt trying to dodge the payment.Please please please AVOID this salon for any hair related treatments, there is also a similar review to mine on Groupon by another reviewer.

The place is clean and the stuff sanitize all the time. However I had a rude lady who did my mani pedi. First I was sat on a very uncomfortable seat and when I asked her to change it. She ignored me the first time. She was giving me attitude with instruction about how to position my feet and at some point yelled at me. She wanted me to get up and sit on a different chair but without wearing my flip flop. I said I wont touch the floor with my bare feet and tried to wear my flip flop and she said that is ok but it isnt my responsibility. My nails were bubbly and it took her 2.5 hours for a classic mani pedi. It is a shame such a nice clean place hire people like that. The rest of the stuff were nice though.

First time visiting this salon and they refused to accept a groupon (as they said since 3 weeks by now). How new customer would know that if during the booking you dont mention or ask? Driving all the way to appointment by 10 am and receptionist even didnt try to offer a solution!Extremely disappointed, that many positive reviews, but salon doesnt care about customers as it seems!

It was a bad appointment experience.Schedule the time, but when I arrived here on time, be told have to wait 20 minutes, this happens even after a phone call appointment and WhatsApp confirmation.A more ridiculous situation was the professional therapist resigned, they did not inform me in advance of that.Really disappointed with their service attitude.

When I called to book an appointment, the lady that answered was SUPER rude especially when I told her I would buy the groupon offer from the application itself.Right when I said this, she decided to tell me that they don’t accept groupon offers anymore EVEN THOUGH they are still available on the app.When I told her this, she decided to speak to one of her colleagues and luckily I understood that in arabic they were saying ‘no no tell her it’s fully booked’.Just then, I realised that this place is so unprofessional before I even go! Definitely lost a customer that was ACTUALLY interested in trying the services since I live in the same building!

Bad Service and Unprofessional!! ive been going to this salon for few months..i was offered a package and have been coming weekly but all the sudden doubled the price of my package. I asked to speak to the owner and manager and called a few times but refused to give me the numbers or return my calls. i felt disrespected and was disappointed after spending thousands in their salon during this time. Dont go to this salon very unprofessional and inconsiderate staff!! I will tell everyone of my experience

I booked an appointment for my wife and mother on March 13 and had to cancel because of emergency at my own hospital.Nevertheless, I called to reschdule them for March 15. Obviously couldnt make it on March 15 and tried calling them many times but could not get through for a re schedule.I am a physician I sometimes have to cancel as I face daily emergencies in our hospital.Today when I called the receptonist told me that This is THE LAST TIME I am booking your appointment since you didnt show up in the previous one.Having worked in patient customer care for over 15 years now and NEVER EVER faced such a response from someone or a receptionist having the audacity to actually threaten me that this is the Last time you will BOOK for me.Is this a JOKE? This is how you treat people at your front desk?And to top it off she said Please go ahead and file a complaint not even trying to accept that HER CHOICE OF WORDS WERE POOR.I prefer getting a call from the manager/owner as this is deeply disappointing.I gave adequate warning in the first no show too and it doesnt even count and the 2nd one i did my best.If I could write a negative star rating I would.

Lovely salon however I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the nail service. Gel manicure bubbled upon application and I have noticed even after it was “fixed” it has bubbled again.

I had extremely horrible disappointing experience today which is very unusual for this salon. The girl who did my eyebrows removed my eyebrow hair with wax entirely!!!! I am so shocked!!!
