This has been my go-to salon since 2021, and after trying many others, their service remains unmatched. Jenny has been my nail and wax technician from the start, and she is simply the best. Janet handled my eyebrow threading, hair color, treatment, cut, and blow-dry, leaving me feeling confident and refreshed with the makeover. 😍The salon always feels welcoming, and I highly recommend giving it a try. It’s also conveniently located just a short walk from the metro. Despite living far away, I’ll definitely keep coming back! 😌

I had my waxing done it was the worst experience very ruff no support and wax was to hot and they burnt my skin very un professional staff dont smile dont make you feel good not welcoming they dont talk much at all they dont greet there clientsLeave them standing in the middle of the room very un professional!!!! dont recommend!Eye brow tint was bad un even brows colour not even. Do not recommend.4 weeks later then they called me back giving me complimentary service I had to wait till I heel to go back to get my complimentary service so they offered me something else while Im waiting to heel so got a massage.Now there saying I need to pay for the service they gave me complimentary. There un professional and out to just get your money they actually dont care about there clients. They will rip you off, dont recommend waxing it was brizilan waxing the worst place to be burnt. Seriously dont put yourself through this drama so disappointed took 3 weeks to heal.I highly recommend you not to go to this place!

Hi, I visited the Euphoria beauty lounge to get my gel manicure done . Pedicure was done well by Hanifa and Gelish manicure by Savera . Very impressed by their service will always come back for the service.

I came for a whole spa day and it was amazing! I had the moroccan bath, 2 hours massage, facial and mani-pedi. I never felt more relaxed and all the ladies are so nice. Their work is amazing and I would definitely recommend it to everyone. Come on ladies treat yourself and enjoy these spa treatments.

Worst Mani Pedi service ever. Pedi was so painful that I was in pain the entire night. My toe was bleeding and the lady blamed me for having ingrows. Then came the real nightmare... Manicure.. She didnt trim or shape my real nails before putting on the extensions and gave weirdest almond shape ever. She said yes to my simple nail art but ended up messing it and blaming on me. She had no proper colors available too.. Not even the basic blue color... I just hate my nails.. I have weird nail paint color with horrible length and shapes (all different) and can see my original nails along with alot of extra gel under the extensions... And all this took exactly 4 hours to do. Never ever visiting them again!!! Cant wait to get rid of these. Check the pictures out.. I was there YESTERDAY!

Hey! I’ve read most of the review and i was shocked cos I didn’t experience the same. In fact the staff are very nice and accommodating. More importantly they are very professional. I had my nails done and l love it! I also did the waxing and i just wanna say that “LHEN” really knows her craft. She did my nails and the waxing. I adore her so much she knows how to handle and satisfy her customer needs and wants. So please dont doubt their credibility base on others review. I think its how you also treat the staff. I know customer is always right. But being polite won’t hurt, you know? Try to visit their salon and see and experience for yourself. 😉 You will not regret it. Definitely coming back. 😍

Good Saloon and great hairstylist (Gina) is extremely good with hair. She knows what exactly suits your hair and she would advise accordingly.Only challenge is that they prefer we pay in cash.

Very unprofessional and dishonest. Booked my appointment and asked for location which I was advised they would share via WhatsApp. Upon delay I contacted them to send location, not only did they change the timings for the service they told me they had taken other clients and they now only had a slot 3 hrs later. The communication to client was despicable and I would not recommend

If you have curly hair, this is NOT the place for you. They literally asked if they should add conditioner when they washed our hair. And then the lady who cut our hair just didnt listen and didnt know how to either. She cut it like it was straight hair and curly hair and straight hair are completely different. She did a triangle haircut and when we asked her to fix it, she made it an even drastic triangle. So disappointing!

Had a 60 minutes full body relaxing massage. Jenny did a fantastic job. I feel rejuvenated.

My experience is always pleasant with Euphoria. The staff (especially Kally, Honey & Sheila) were professional and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The salons cleanliness and hygiene standards were impressive. They listened to my preferences and delivered exactly what I wanted. The service was efficient, and the results exceeded my expectations. I left feeling refreshed and satisfied.

Such great service! I did a classic french mani pedi and they did such a good job. I appreciate Jennys and Honeys attention to detail and they made sure to do their job with precision. The massage post mani pedi was also extremely relaxing. The staff are very professional and know their work very well. I would recommend everyone to try this salon at least once.

Worst salon ever. First of all they are short staffed and none of them has good attitude.Did my eyelash extensions and it started to fall off just within an hour. Was there since 2pm till 8pm and all i got was eyelash extensions and mani pedi.Nail art lady doesn’t have any experience, she agree to the design but ends up doing wat she likes (which is really bad) and if it all goes wrong she blames the client.Even a simple job gets complicated and the results are worst. Waste of money and time.NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. Will also inform all my friends to never visit them.

The best beauty salon I have ever tried. The owner is amazing nice & kind and all the staff ; Sawera , Tuesday , Jenny & Hani are very Professional, nice & kind . All services are amazing and really , you feel comfortable in the place and they care about hygiene. Zero attention to detail; zero communication; very primitive conveyor approach. Don’t waste your time but most importantly-don’t risk your health! The owner (clearly!) was trying her best, being nice smiling accommodating but superficial and unable to take actual action when needed. As it seems she has recruited many cheap workers rather than one or 2 classy ones. I spent 3 years with surgeons and podiatrists to get my toe nails grow straight after they were butchered elsewhere. Was afraid for long weeks to go to a salon…why, oh, why did I decide to experiment with this one. Horrid, unprofessional pedicure-told the lady, ‘Please don’t cut at all the sides of the nails. She cuts across, in a straight line! 2 sharp edges appear and -asks me if that’s ok! No, not for a crocodile even. I (at this point still hopeful) ask her to soften the edges. And turn to my work … She is gentle and i don’t feel a thing….Then-she moves to the next foot-good but…I realize she did not clean them at all-like around the nail, the collection underneath, the dry skin-asked her, she said-next. Agreed. Next comes…oh…. ONLy THICK wooden sticks (for skewers, not the small, thin wooden ones which slightly blunt esp for pedicure) are used along the skin. Skin gets painful and disturb, no dry parts removed; nothing cleaned from under the edges of the nails!! And - done, nail polish! Hold on. I asked if she had a metal tool-yes-she had one, almost the correct one. asked if she could use it-no need was the answer. Ok, I decided to check / demo if there was need: placed it at the very top corner of the nail, underneath and gently tried to go around the nail….Oh, Goodness me! Horror!!!! What to mention first.. The tool can’t move-1. It is stuck the very edge in dry skin and not cleaned residue- huge amount, only at the start, can’t imagine lower. Second ….she has cut across, diagonally and deep the corners by the side edges and stopped about 3 mm into the skin leaving about 1 mm+ nail sticking out into the skin, to grow further towards the skin, in the opposite direction of the nail bed. Exactly what I was treating for years (well the aftermath of such thing). Checked all sides-she has cut (I did not even feel it) all 4 of them!!!!!!! Her explanation-this is how you make the edges round…why not smoothen them with a filer?!?!? Now it is sore, swollen, hard on touch (the skin into which the nail grows) I am absolutely sure it will start forming puss like it always does…I asked if she heard me when I said-don’t cut the sides -she said yes! But I also said-don’t leave sharp edges (after cutting a straight line across) I am speechless and - in quiet panic expecting HUGE and LONG-lasting problems….. Manicure-Asked them - please, don’t cut my cuticles, only push them back, Ok? Yes…..Guess! Caught her at the second-cutting all around. Did you hear me, yes, but that’s how I do it, do you really want me to push only?!? I am disgusted!!!

Anne is no doubt best hairdresser to have ever touched my hair. She is very professional, attentive to customer and gives me that personal touch. The atmosphere is relaxed and soothing. I walked away satisfied.

I am regular to this salon. They offer very good service when it comes to waxing and facial. Have amazing discounts time to time. Very neat and clean. Would definitely recommend others who are new to visit and avail their services. Sawera, Mina and Jenny are amazing.

The service at this place was really good. Sawera did a great job in providing deep cleansing facial (my mom felt this was the best place) and Shela and her Filipino colleague did an excellent manicure/pedicure.

I went to get gelish mani pedi and had the sweetest technicians attend me! Savera and Cheilla did my nails and gave me an amazing experience! They did a great job and were clean and efficient in doing my nails! Will definitely revisit!

Very neat and clean. Professional service. Waxing was really good. Pedicure and manicure too. Overall good experience. I am really satisfied with everything other than my eyebrow threading. Kinda messed it up and I’m left with just a thin line of eyebrow even after repeatedly asking her to only clean up the extra hair and not shape it. Guess I’ll have to put lots of eyebrow makeup now lol. Loved the staff and their services except the eyebrow.

I had my hair highlights by Gina. She is very friendly and I love that she is concerned on what suits my hair. She did a fantastic job transforming my hair to fresh new look! I really love what it turned out and likewise my friends have been loving my hair so far. The place is also clean and all other staff are warm and friendly. Its highly recommended definitely!

Worst mani pedi iv ever had. So unprofessional and they put in less effort I swear when you have a groupon. They also fully forgot to do my pinky toe.Update came in the next day to get it fixed and they werent sorry about it and then they tried to charge additional amounts. I proved I had payed the amount owing but so rude to accuse us without contacting her boss who served me.

Like some other reviews, manicure means cut and polish only. No dipping in water or scrub or massage or even proper filling. Three days after my manicure my fingers still hurt from the cuts and its now difficult for me to type, wash, drive...basically everyday life affected just because of the technicians blunder. The polish also came off from day 1. It was an old dry one. Pedi wasnt that great either but the technician was ok. They only do the feet and no leg massage or scrub. ☹️Very disappointed! By far the worst mani I ever did!

The Philipino lady who did manicure and pedicure is in such a hurry as if she has to catch a train after your appointment. No perfection at all; every nail is different length, wouldn’t care to correct something even if she smudged it herself, and wouldn’t even bother to shape a nail properly. Also they surprised me when they said that pedicure and manicure means only doing your nails. No massage or foot scrub or spa. Also they don’t even offer to dry your nails in the dryer unless you ask for it. Felt they treat you as if they are doing the service for free when you have a groupon coupon. If they don’t wish to offer the service in the best way possible, they shouldn’t be on Groupon. Staff is very rude and makes you regret it. Highly disappointing.

Please don’t waste your money and time going to this salon. Service, staff and salon is very bad. I had a nightmare going there. They spoil me and my daughters haircut after making us wait for two hours even after having an appointment. They are very rude, they make you feel that they are giving you the services for free. It’s dirty, smelly and unhigenic salon. They try to steal you by adding extra useless charges. They don’t have enough staff just one Filipino lady for haircut and she kept on telling my daughter while doing her haircut that how tired and hungry she is. Poor lady didn’t even get a break since they don’t have staff and we had to wait for two hours. This salon is not recommended to anyone.

Euphoria is such a good find! Friendly and reliable service. Good value. Gina and Lhen are excellent at their work. I go regularly and take my teenage daughters too - and you know how picky they can be! Try it out, you will be satisfied for sure.

I am always doing my waxing from this saloon. Staff is very friendly especially Miss Sawera a Pakistani girl she is very good in eyebrow threading and also in other services.

Terrible service with infecting my skin.And I do not recommend it for anyone.I experienced to do manicure and pedicure.The receptionist did my pedicure!! With regularly answering calls and seeing off clients!! My manicure was done with two different masters. Master Gina is so rude, did manicure very carelessly, leaving cuticles and burrs. And most importantly, her fingers were infected with something wounds near the nail plate. And she wasnt wearing gloves. Thanks God, my left hand was done with another master, so it’s not infected. The administrator gave negative answers to all my requests.Two days later, an atypical dryness appeared on my right hand, the skin began to skin peels off till wounds, which manifested itself in the fact that I was infected in the cabin. Of course all gel from nails peels also. This is dangerous place.

I am a customer in this salon for like 3 or more years now to maintain my hair and eyebrows. Because self love is important, right? So, I have been coming here like every month for eyebrow trimming, and couple times a year for hair cut and for hair coloring. If you are looking for a reasonable price for your self love, and a professional and friendly service, I totally recommend Euphoria.

Went for a haircut and nails yesterday. Jina was amazing. Even the lady that did my nails (sorry I didnt get her name) was great. Would recommend this place.Visited here again for their January 2020 Promo. The ladies that work here do a fabulous job. Diane at the front desk was prompt in scheduling me in. Beautiful haircut and style again from Gina. Lynn did an awesome job with my Mani/pedi.This time I also booked a facial and massage with Shabnam. She was just amazing ❤️. Very thorough and took pride in her work. Ive had facials and massage done at other places, but she was the best. This salon is lucky to have her.

So unprofessional. Pedicure I think will give me an ingrown toenail. They will get sued and the bill for my foot if this is the case. Skip this place. So bad.Len was really good. I had to get Len to take over from Meera cause she was so awful, slow moving, almost cut my toe and bad attitude.

If you guys want to get your manicure or pedicure done here. JUST DONT... its the worst salon I have ever been too. I have almond shaped nails, the lady didnt even know how to shape my nails and destroyed my nail shape.. I had to take the filer from her and show her how to shape my nails then all she said was “sorry I dont know how to do this shape”... I mean WHAT? Then when it came to painting my nails... she layered them on like there was no tomorrow. Took me a whole day to completely dry and still got ruined doing normal things.The next day I just had to go to another salon to get them done again. Never going back again! Its the worst... literally have to wait to regrow my nails again.........

The hair service was really good by Jena but the nail service was not good. Never go on weekends or holidays. Best to visit during the week. The nail polish was all old and sticky.The lady who did the French manicure did not know how to do but she didn’t say that😣

Usually I don’t write bad reviews but I want to alert the people to think once before going for a haircut. I made a big blunder by going to this salon for a haircut. The philipino lady cut my front bands like a bob cut style - straight cut- taking half of my scalp, resulting in my overall hair volume very less from the back. First time I experienced a horrible haircut! It’s been 2 weeks now since I had this miserable experience and everyday I regret looking at my hair. My hair has not only become short but it looks very thin from the back. Also, it was not cut evenly!!Seriously, please don’t go here for haircut!

I had tried a number of massage services from salons to hotels to home services but this one is the best ever yet with Ms. Rosalyn. Thank you. Amazing experience with my massage and haircut. Christine gave me very deep massage which I need after overtraining my muscles. She was very professional, energetic, she really helped me with my recovery and explained some things related to my blood circulation. Very pretty haircut done by Gina with blowdry. Excellent value for money, I’m sure I will come back!

Management not great - my appointment was delayed and I wasnt given a heads up about the same.I had to wait for over 40minutes to get started.My gelish manicure was okay and Rosalyn did great workBut my gelish pedicure was not good, the nail paint is chipping off already.

Filthy! The worst salon experience Ive ever had!I went to get gelish and spoke with them before agreeing to book an appointment to make sure they could add gelish and extension acrylic to one of my broken nails. When I arrived halfway through doing my nails, they told me that they could only add fake nails to my broken nail. as well as the fact that they dont have acrylic Instead of apologizing, they accused me of lying. My only choice was to accept the fake nails. They also shocked me by using SUPERGLUE instead of using nail glue , and have charged me far more than I usually pay for acrylic nail extensions. The salon was full of with flys that kept landing near me, and when I told the workers, they laughed, thinking I was being dramatic and that I shouldnt be afraid of insects. I thought it was very impolite.I also felt that the manicurist was rushing through my nails, and when I told her to retouch some of my nails because they werent finished properly, she became irritated and began complaining loudly to the other nail techs in her own language. When I went to pay, the cashier she had raised the rates from what we had settled on because I had taken a foucher from Groupon. Her reason was that the foucher was too cheap, and she was within her rights to raise the price after she mentioned that she would only consider the foucher if I did not pay for it via Groupon and towards the end she manipulated me by increasing the price.

Absolute amazing service by Savera, she is very profession and lovely by nature. I would definitely recommend give beyond 5 start for the services. Thanks for the great hospitality as always 😊

This was my worst experience at a salon ever. the workers were extremely slow which can be fine only if the results were acceptable . however, i ended up with very ugly and infected toes. I did gelish expecting them to last atleast 10 days but they peeled off 5 days later. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE AT ALL. 📛❌🛑⛔️⭕️⁉️⚠️⚠️⚠️

Never go..In manicure, they didnt dip hands in water, which leads to bleeding in nails cleaning.No scrubbing and massage in mani/pedi.Only nails cleaning.She told me to pay 10 dhs extra for foot spa... But nothing she did in foot spa... Only 2min massage with cream.I will devalue this parlour as they did not provide complete services and charge us full.Nowhere i have seen mani/pedi without massage and without dipping in wather.I will never choose this parlour again..

The best thing here is every time I go, they attend to you immediately, with no waiting period. I love the haircuts and facials. Highly recommend Sawera for the facial.

Ive had my hair cut here twice. Both times Ive been really happy with the cut. Last time, the price was slightly higher than quoted (about AED 4) and today I was informed that I would be charged an extra AED5 if I used my card.

Money hungry people who don’t care about customer satisfaction. For haircut Nazira is very good. But for hair colours just stay away!!!! I had blonde ombré which I asked them to use to make highlights with red base. Colour washed off in 2 days. They offered to redo not before selling hair treatments which I would never have needed if they did it good in first place!!!! Also had to pay for highlights as they had to rebleach... and result??? After 3 days there’s no trace of red on my head... hair is rough n falling... and it looks like a mess of old colours faded off!!! Horrible experience!!!!!

Best salon services in Dubai so far. Waxing is so gentle, its like getting a body scrub. Ask for Lynn or Jenny if possible, but all the esthetitians are amazingly!

I have only tried their mani and pedi service and i liked the staffs attitude and quick service.Lhen and Mallika were very kind and helpful.The only down part i felt was the products they are using should be changed as i noticed after few hours the french tip started melting off.Rest everything was good

Worst salon ever! They cut my toe until it started to bleed and didn’t even know how to polish my nails correctly… not hygienic and not professional at all!!!
