Very happy with my first visit! The staff is very warm and friendly and the services exceptional , couldnt get a decent hair cut for a while , thats sorted now. Joy , the hairdresser is patient, listens well and give you the cut you wanted ! Such a relief 🙂

My experience at this salon was horrible, completely unprofessional.The place is understaffed and still needs a lot of time to be able to accommodate more than one person at a time.It took them 3 hours to remove my gel polish and when I complained about the slow service I was accused of lying about the type of polish I have on.The owner was very disrespectful and did not care at all about fixing the situation.Never going back.
