I LOVEDDD IT HERE!! It was my third time coming here but instead of getting a wax or a facial like last time- I did my hair instead!!! AND IT LOOKS AMAZING!! They gave me a hair spa treatment for my hair fall and I bought a few of the products they recommended there! absolutely in love! I’ve never done a haircut before besides getting bangs and then growing them out so I was initially scared but they must have sensed it somehow because they comforted me and helped out to the very end!!

I got my nails and eyebrows done at this salon and am very disappointed by the results. I had a severe allergic reaction to the threading, my cuticles were cut and my nails had chipped soon after leaving the salon. I spent 2 hours in the salon and had to come back the next day where I spent an additional hour (3 hours in total). When I came back, the staff laughed at my allergic reaction and only offered me a 15AED refund for the inconvenience and terrible service. I do not recommend for anyone to attend this salon.

This was my first time getting my hair colour done. I was looking for highlights . I did some research and did enquiry in 3-4 salon and decided to do it in extra glam! All the staff was very supportive and professional. I’m happy with my decision.I was assisted by Nishi. She seemed super nice and very professional and I would definitely recommend her. I was very happy with the results.

This is my go to Salon for any hair services. Sana at the reception always has a lovely smile, she is also very knowledgeable about hair colours. Janaki did an excellent service for my hair colour today. Sana the beauty therapist does a wonderful job for a facial. I felt so relaxed after the facial. Highly recommend this salon.

Best place for getting acrylic.. thiji is so professional and expert in her work.. if you are looking for finest manicure then THIJI is the person.. she works with so much accuracy and precession..you will love your nails after that

The nail service and haircut were satisfactory. However, the hair coloring was disappointing; I had to undergo two dyeing sessions as they initially missed the highlights. Despite spending six hours at the salon, the result resembled a DIY job or worse. While the staff are friendly, the prices are high considering the staffs limited experience.

I do nails with TG, she does the job really well, nails last long even though I have physical job which makes it easy to break my nails, she puts attention to details and also is a sweetheart.

First time been to Salon, I thought expensive than other salon nearby. I thought it would be good same like their price but i was wrong.They gave new staff with no experience did my Gelish manicure and pedicure. Not satisfied at all.. Still my nails and sharp and their is cotton in my Gelish nails.... Lost of new Customer..

The salon has excellent services and great value offers. I highly recommend Sana. Shes super professional and is honest to her work. She doesnt want you to have a bad time or bad experience and is fully into serving the client best!!Others are great too, but I really loved Sana for all the services I opted for.Facials, hair services, massages all in all great!I visited again today for a hot hair oil & back massage and I was completely thrown away with the quality of massage Ms. Zeny had given. Her technique and skills were at par with a professional high end spa masseuse and she really cares about the focus points one might have. Please, do visit her and try massages from her. Let me tell you about Extra Glam!I absolutely love it there - the entire staff is incredibly sweet, the ambiance is relaxing and the service is remarkable!I love their work so much that Im willing to travel over 30 mins for them. TG and Eunice are my #1s for nails! Both are extremely talented nail techs, great conversationalists and very kind. I could never cheat on them with another nail tech. Every time Ive gotten my nails done, they last for over 4 weeks and never have I ever had any issues.I even got my mum to come to Extra Glam and she loves it there as well!15/10 would recommend!

Hi,I took a keratin hair treatment hair and I was really impressed with the overall services and the professional attitude of the staff members. Ms Bianca had done my hair treatment and after three weeks I can see results all the more, my hair texture and density both improved and I dont even have to use a dryer to get a saloon like look. It was really an amazing experience as the kind of products they use are one of the best ranges and staff is really kind and professional in their service. Usually when I have done Keratin treatment it stayed no longer than 3-4 months but after 8 months also my hair feels so smooth and thats the reason I will always recommend their services.

Staff just seemed so annoyed to do services . 3 staff around you just watching you from close and laughing out loud while you just want to have an enjoyable moment at the salon . They speak loud and their language ignoring that the customer is just here .And literally overpriced for the service they give . On top of that they try to charge you more for everything . Definitely don’t recommend this place . No wonder it’s literally always empty

She did the nail art soooo well...Also I got my clean up done .Simran was superb at her work..The salon has maintained a high quality staff,service and ambience. The salon owner and the manager are extremely sweet and welcoming. The facial room was soo calm with a soothing music ...Felt like a 5 star hotel spa.Highly recommended.

I was so disappointed during my last visit to this salon. First of all they gave me a price on the phone and i confirmed it twice. When I reached there and the process had almost started, I was told that the price has increased because the supplier has increased their prices - it’s not really my problem ! And specially after I’ve already confirmed the price on the phone. I felt like I was just being over charged for nothing. And the lady who came to me taking about prices didn’t even know which product I had asked for.Secondly I told them while booking the appointment that I only have one hour in hand and will I be done with roots touch up in that much time? And they happily confirmed I will be done in time!But ofcourse to my disappointment , the lady given to me took 45 mins to only apply the colour on my hair. She used twice as much as the product I normally use and instead of just coloring the roots she coloured atleast 2.5 inches of my hair which was absolutely unnecessary and damaging to my hair.In the end I was told I wil be done in 5 mins and I was waiting for my turn to wash but another client was taken before me when I was already given a certain time! I waited another 15 mins for my turn to wash my hair.Which means excess product on my hair, causing itching and burning was kept on for more than the scheduled time.This visit was supposed to take an hour and it took two hours.Absolutely unprofessional !

I had a clean up facial. I arrived 5 minutes before and the aesthetician was already waiting for me. I felt so relax and at ease. My face feels soft and she did not use any harsh products. I am very happy with the results!

I was looking for something very specific and I’m glad the hairdresser Komal understood exactly what I had in mind! She’s very professional and skilled; I love my balayage and haircut. Everyone at the salon is so lovely and friendly and I’m definitely returning back to try out other services.

One of the worst services I have had in Extra Glam salon I m a customer for almost 3 yrs & there is absolute no value for loyalty there the owner keeps increasing the prices & when u take a package after doing the service which is included all of sudden they say it’s excluded & to pay for it. Always even after booking the appointment prior u have to wait once u reach the salon . They keep changing the staff & firing them & everytime u go u have to get adjusted to a new lady this shows that no one sticks to the salon because of the bad attitude of the owner & the services. Not recommended at all complete waste of money & time & regret ! Highly disappointed 😢 The reply on this by the salon will be your not our customer we can’t find your details in our system obviously after this review they will delete your no & reply like this amazing 👏this is how you loose loyal customers with such attitude keep it up
