Nice lash place. Vera did my lashes and she was professional and gentle with my lashes. She helped me pick a look based on the shape of my eyes which I think was really helpful.I then had gel nails done by Meka who was very meticulous and professional with my nails. She cleaned and trimmed everything so well and the finish was just amazing!Great service overall.

Amazing for eyelashes. Very skilled ladies who do a great job and they last! I went today for a 3 week refill and I could’ve probably waited longer, but they look great fresh. All their eyelash and nail techicians are a PRO!But I have to give a special mention to Light because not only shes good at her job but she understand whats best suite my eyes, she always achieved my request and make my eyes that expressive doll eye look, Also not to forget to mention Meka that gives a stunning gelish manicure and pedicure.Not even 1 to complain. Don’t be misled by this salon’s reviews and false advertising. Their services are by far the worst, and they have no regard for their customers!I got my lashes done there two weeks ago, and while I was initially happy with how they looked, after just two days, I started losing them. Within five days, I had lost over 50% of my lashes, so I reached out to them, sent pictures, and explained the situation. Unfortunately, they didn’t care at all. They refused to help, wouldn’t book me an appointment to fix the lashes that didn’t even last a week, and refused to offer a refund so I could go elsewhere. The only solution they offered was for me to book a new appointment and pay for a refill—ridiculous, especially given their already overpriced services!Their complete disregard for customer satisfaction speaks volumes. Don’t waste your time or money here because if you’re not happy with their treatments, they won’t lift a finger to help. They just say make a complain where ever you want, we don’t care.

The best place in Dubai I have tried.I did manicure and pedicure with them few times, tried different shapes of the nails and different design and it’s always perfect, the quality of the job is beyond expectations. Also got my eyelash lifting there. Look of the difference before and after. I have completely different look now. If you never tried you should do it there. Few days ago I tried new facial cleansing and peeling there, it’s 🔥, the skin is so fresh and clean now.All the girls are so friendly and so sufficient, offering good service. The atmosphere is so perfect, beautiful and clean there.Looks like I’m going to all my beauty procedures only there.

Worst customer service i have ever seen , worst lashes glue ever , i did my lashes they start to fallen more than 3 lashes from day 1 , when i told them about the bad quality they took it personally they just keep repeating speak about the money and how much i should pay for refill more than taking care and considering my issue , when i came back for refill the silicon brunch team they treat me in a very bad attitude, they taking it personally , they are not even accepting any comment to improve their work !!! They treated me veryyyyyyyyy badly even when i was asking them through the refill process that i want from here and there they are like no u dont need no there is no lashes .

Bad experience. The technician didn’t speak English properly and she didn’t mention that she couldn’t understand me. I told her specifically that I wanted just to clean up the brows and keep the shape. She made 2 semi circle thin lines with my eyebrows.Management’s response was to tell me that they apologize and will refund because there was no one to translate for her. Then why assign a technician when you know she doesn’t understand nor speak proper English?Would not recommend for eye brows.

I had my lashes done with Nafisa she did a great job, even better than what I had imagined. The staff in the place have great attitude, great ambiance and 10/10 cleanliness. I would highly recommend for anyone who wants great eyelashes without breaking the bank. Definitely will be coming back to this place.

They blocked me because i have 3/5 score to their technician! Like really!??Means if you are not satisfied you still need to put high score or leave. Not customer oriented at allThey have good technicians always fully booked, so they give you trainees who will use you to learn work ,at your expenseIf a technician is not solid, give her proper training then only offer her service to customersVery bad customer service . Never seen such attitude in uae

I came to Ella over a month ago, and I have been going back to her ever since. She does amazing cat eye lashes, and they are always long lasting. Ella is also very kind.

I visited Eyelash Secret Ladies Salon for the first time, and I am so glad I have found this salon is so near to my office and the price is so affordable too😌 I had lash extensions and they are exactly what I wanted, also only for 1.5 hours! VERA is amazing very professional and the service is on top. For sure that will be my salon in the future.
