Lovely experience at Eyelash secret salon!Zuhra it’s amazing, she works very clean and professional, and the shape of my nails it’s how I wanted it. I’ve been doing my manicure and pedicure for 3 months now with her and couldn’t be more satisfied.Would totally recommend her!

Dilya is phenomenal, she is super nice and does the nails the way you like it. Mine last full month. Work is detailed and beautiful.Chili PRO- I always do my lashes wit her, soo gorgeous, ultra long lasting, just how I imagine it on the day. She is the best ❤️❤️❤️

Nesrin was incredibly friendly and careful with my nails, with no judgment even though I used to bite them 😅 She fixed it and gave me a flawless manicure that I really love! Gina did an amazing job on my brows and lashes, a natural yet stunning look for me. Both were professional and made me feel comfortable throughout. Highly recommend!

I have had extremely great experience at this salon. Zuhra is a perfectionist when it comes to nails and she slayed my manicure and even made my nails healthier than before. Mila did my eyelash extension and did exactly what I asked and she even suggested what would look good on me and it just turned out flawless. The reception ladies are nice and very accommodating as well. Free parking is a bonus.

Fabulous salon ✨ I go to Dilya for the best manicure and pedicure . I get so so so many compliments on my nails. She is really careful to every single detail, my nails are looking perfect. Usually I go after 3 weeks for refill . Except the nail growth, the nails are impeccable. Never in one year had a broken nail 😊 Salon is spotless, everything is sterile ( I pay extra attention to this) and a beautiful place to relax and really enjoy the services. I can not recommend it enough 🤍

She is so attentive to the details, always suggesting what could be done. In general staff in this branch is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the team handling customer as manager and receptionist need alot to understand what is mean customer service, your salon messed up with my appointment its cancelled and no one bothered to called back till i was on the way and am the one who called , manager calling me after one day talking to me with rude way and instead to listen she wants to fight super disappointed as the technicians are really good but still i will look to somewhere else , you charged high price so hire good people to manage appointments and to be responsible and respectful when talking to customers

HORRIBLE experience. i came only because it was supposedly the “best” ranked lash place and left extremely unsatisfied. i asked for a simple, quick natural cat eye look, explained it very thoroughly for a good 10 mins with pictures according to their lash menu and the lash tech took 2 and a half HOURS to almost finish one eye and when i asked her to show me she had made my lashes look like volume lashes… i complained and said she’s been doing one eye for over 2 hrs and this is nothing like what i had discussed and i was told she’s a beginner lash tech (eliza)??? As a top rated lash business every lash techs work should be of the best and when i asked to change it, because i had been there for 3 hours with one eye complete and running extremely late, another lash tech came and removed my extensions? so then my eye just looked choppy, i then was told wait again for a THIRD lash tech and i was growing extremely impatient because one eye was completely bare, and she said she will be able to do it in 10 mins but even then because she was so rushed my lashes look completely disgusting and horrible. It looks like i got my lashes done 2 weeks ago. i was told it would be complimentary but the money is not the problem I’d have happily paid as much for a service that i was assured but the two things that a top rated salon is meant to provide is quality of work, with efficiency. and this comes from someone who gets their lashes done every month, so i understand it can take up to 1 hr 30 mins.. but i asked for a no lashes almost mascara look, which maximum takes lash techs 40 mins. 3 hours is beyond pathetic. 1 star is too good for this salon as well. Horrible experience, even worse quality of work, and having a beginner lash tech as an excuse? beyond pathetic. and then i was told i can come in and get a free fix???? like my 3 hours have just been wasted. i have a flight tomorrow how can i come in for a free fix. no thank you. would not reccomend at all. i came home and my lashes have never looked worse, and they’re falling out. 0 out of 5 experience.

I love this salon! I get gelish/ hard gel manicure and eyelash extensions here. They are super professional, making sure they understand what you want. Also relatively fast but amazing results. I get my nails done with Peri and I’m happy with her so far. For lashes, I’ve done them with Kiki (fast and efficient and Medina and I was satisfied after each session. The place is so calm and clean so you feel like you are having a self care day, the front desk is also super kind. 💙

I always do my eyelash at eyelash secret salon with kiki and she does a great job but last time i booked with Majedeh and it was disaster! All the glue is showing all the lashes are clashing and i cant wait until i go for refill to remove this disaster! I dont understand why she is a pro and i had to pay extra for that service im so frustrated and i will not pay for removal service to fix someone else mistakes!! On each hair she applied 3-4 lashes its so heavy on the lash and painful.

Nail service has become way below standards, this is the third time i do my nails and it starts to fall down on the 2nd week itself. The first time I complained, they said I am lying and I should have recorded a video foe when it started to fall. So you go to their salon and spend thousands of dirhams and they think you are lting if you complain! I asked for a manager , no bothered to call me back. Silicon Oasis branch os the worst of them all.

The technician Dina was amazing and quite quick… I’ve gotten my eyelashes done in couple of places around in Dubai before but this one is undoubtedly the best. Highly recommended. The staff at reception is very polite and welcoming. They really know their stuff and can suggest you if you’re confused. Mary grace at the reception really helped me with what would look nice on me. I had amazing experience at Eyelash Secret Ladies Salon Silicon Oasis. I did my roots bleaching and toner and Guli is the best master for hair colour in the UAE, I say this after trying almost all the salons in Dubai. I’ve never ever wrote a review but today i decided to write it because of the non professional treatment of the management.Long story short, i’m a client in this saloon and basically i do my eyelashes all the time there.Suddenly this week i wanted to book an appointment as usual but they informed me that I’m not allowed to get the service and I’m blocked and the reason is that my friend wrote a bad review about the service ( im not sure who is she between) and she needs to remove the one star in order for me to benefit from the service.Now my question is what i have to do with my friend’s opinion while i’m a regular client ???You took the business to a personal level which is not professional.Is that way you treat your regular clients ?Usually business owners do their best to satisfy their customers not punishing themI’m living 14 years in Dubai and this the first time i got treated like this !!!! Shame on you

The lashes are really good, but very bad in nails, I did my nails twice and both times it break and chips off after couple of days only including the pedicure, but lashes last 3weeks and they do good and different shapes

This salon is my go-to for my lashes and brows needs. It was my first time getting my eyelash extension and brows lamination done by Nika. She was meticulous in her work. This eyelash Business is a perfect example of the worst business running in Dubai to fool customers, They do not have skilled resources and when they dont do their job properly they blame it on the customers. We have hard earned money and no one will pay you 225 dirhams and go back home and remove the lashes. Your response is completely absurd. My friend complained about the falling lashes the same day and next day she got it done and when she went to you for the complaint to your salon you provided her with same inexperienced staff who didnt even know to communicate. Reviews mentioned here are completely fake and paid ones. Please dont go to this eye lash salon. They looted my friend for the lashes which Did not even last for 1 week. All her money 225 AED went in waste. They promised the lashes would last for 1 month but the lashes lasted only for 7 days and now they want to charge her 110 AED again. Please save your money and go to better salons than this. This salon is best example of not doing their own job properly and putting the blame on customer. This fake business will not last very long as you can fool few customers but you cannot fool everyone.

GENUINE REVIEW (editing ghe review afer replying from the salon)Rest of the reviews mentioned here are the paid ones due to which I got fooled and went to get my eyelashes done for 225 AED which they promised that it will last for 3 to 4 weeks and maximum up to a month. On the first day itself my eyelashes started falling and the technician put so much glue in my eyes that my eyes got red and started paining while I was blinking my eyes. On 4th January, I got the lashes done and 5th January, I went to get the extra glue removed from my eyes which is there responsibility to remove. Today on 13th January that just after 7 days all the lashes have fallen and when I informed them about the issue they are saying they will charge me again 55 aed for one week refill and 110 aed for 2 week refill. They promised that lashes should last for 4 weeks. Even when no eye makeup or oil based products were applied to the face all the lashes have fallen. First they will not do their job properly and later they want to over charge you. Third they are saying they have provided me free service on second day to remove glue from my eyes which was their own responsibility. Please dont go to this eyelash salon by reading the fake reviews. They have pathetic after service. If you want to waste 225 aed for 7 days of glue filled lashes you can definitely go and waste your money but I would personally recommend that there are other salons who charge less and provide better service. I have posted the picture after 7 days of procedure. You can see I dont have any lashes at all and when I contacted them for the support. They didnt provide me any help and wanted to charge me again.As per your response you think your customers are fool that they will pay you 225 aed and will go home and remove the lashes. Listen we are not fools and neither we have a tree of money at home. We have hard earned money and no one do what you have described in your answer. People reading my review should also read other negative reviews from this salon. They are very rude and not customer centred. They will say anything to prove customer wrong and prive themselves right. As for the positive reviews all are paid ones to attract and fool more people.

KIKI is the best eyelash artist in this branch in my personal opinion. I had eyelash done by Chili that I wasn’t happy about, KIKI fixed it in less than 30minutes!!!! Additional eyelash strands did the trick! The management was very considerate with my complaint. Appointment for the fix was scheduled right away .And I didn’t have to pay for it! Again this is my personal experience.
