Visited here few days back for a manicure and pedicure. The place is big, clean and well equipped too. My mani pedi was done by Nazia and she was really good during the entire process. She did an amazing job with my nails and was really happy with it. The staff are very friendly.Overall had a good experience with this salon and will surely go back.

Since my birthday is round the corner I decided to get some pampering and fix my beautiful nails 🤪. I also got my eyebrows bleached from here. It was my first time at this saloon and I loved the nail experts! Also the lady who did my eyebrows bleach was so professional, as she knew exactly what needs to be done. Got facial, manicure pedicure and head and shoulder massage through their coupons, facial was satisfactory, meni Pedi was also fine but massage was almost nothing, no pressure inspite of telling them to, and for hardly 5-10 min,that too it looked like it was oiling rather than massage. I was told free massage would be like this only, with payment,u would get a better massage. They need to understand customer paid for the coupons too when they bought them initially.Not happy with this response, though all looked fine untill the massage.

Got hair transformation from Humaira who did an excellent job. The staff was well trained. Overall best experience. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of getting my hair straightened( blow dry + ironing) by Reda and I couldnt be happier with the results! I have type C curly hair, which is notoriously difficult to straighten, but Reda did an incredible job. Not only did my hair look fantastic right after the session, but it stayed sleek and straight even the next day!What really stood out was Redas patience and skill. Ive been to many parlors before, but no one has taken the time or had the expertise to handle my curls the way she did. She worked with care and precision, and the results speak for themselves. Plus, the service was very budget-friendly, which was an added bonus.If youre looking for someone who knows how to straighten curly hair and delivers excellent results, I highly recommend Reda. I have taken the package in which Kelle did Pedi, Rida did Mani and Zoya did facial and I must say they are brilliant in their jobs. Their efforts are incredible. I loved the services given by them as I have taken it for the first time and they are very supportive.

It was an amazing experience. After a history of runing my hair going to different parlors i finally found facetime to be the best... Afshan hair dresser did amazing job. I was afraid of the result especially itching of the scalp after the hair color, but the product used was soo good that i didnt had any itching. And the hair color done was beautifully blended.If anyone wants to do any hair treatment do contact Afshan. She is soo dedicated to her work that when everybody left for the day she calmly did my hair color till 12:30 midnight.

Visited the salon while visiting Dubai. Excellent massage and Mani/Pedi.. thanks to Kelly,Noshi and Iqra. Humaira is very accommodating and welcoming.

Staff is good but the lady at reception who i guess is an owner is absolutely rude. If you are buying any package, she will not tell you extra charges until you are about to leave the salon. She doesn’t smile and treats you as if you are taking services for free. The staff also looks scared. They are too scared to talk. We go to salon to relax not to face toxicity.

Recently visited this saloon for hydra facial. Staff member Humera is excellent, friendly and professional. She did a good job. I love my skin after the facial. I can definitely see a difference. I highly recommend her.

Rida had done my waxing , my skin is super sensitive I usually get blood clots but she did it so perfectly no pain no clots highly recommend FaceTime and Rida was really best at her work

Staff was inexperienced but they were trying their best in spite of looking tired and overworked. The receptionist who might have been the owner was very rude. The services I got done were ok at best but my experience was absolutely ruined by the receptionist. I’m sure she’s lost many potential clients because of this attitude.Do not recommend this place unless you want to utilize the free service voucher that you accidentally bought.

I used their promotion card offers and availed 2 services i.e pedicure and herbal facial. Mahwish did excellent pedicure and Rida did outstanding facial. Rida massaged so well Ma Shaa Allah. I am pleased to purchase the promotion card and recommend all.

I got botox treatment at this salon and they completely burnt and ruined my hair. At first, i was hesitant and wanted to get keratin instead of botox but they kept insisting and insisting saying botox is better so I went ahead with it. After the procedure and first shower, my entire head of hair was worse than before, broken, burnt and a completely different colour, it became yellow. When I showed them, they put blame on me and said ‘your hair was already like that’. They refused to accept that they had ruined my hair completely. They claimed to offer some free protein treatments, but after one session the owner went back on her word and said that i need to pay for the treatments. I didn’t even get a refund for the damage they caused. The outcome was so bad i couldn’t brush my hair after a shower and it was just breaking and so rough. Only a week after i had to get a different treatment from a different salon, Keratin, and completely cut my hair to my shoulders, that made my hair a little bit softer but still the damage was irreversible. This salon has extremely poor customer service, they’re very rude, they don’t accept their mistake and blame the customer. My hair is unmanageable now and there is nothing i can do about it only because of the salons mistake and poor knowledge of hair and treatment. Even during the procedure when they used the straightener they were so rough and tugging and pulling but I assumed it was part of the procedure. Don’t go to this salon, they are careless and will ruin your hair and blame you for it.

Hello. I did my hair cut its was very nice and gave me a really nice and different look. Thank you irra for the nice hair cut and also blow dry. Hair wash was not that good as excepted as whole my back went full of water while a wash.

I have visited this Face time Parlour few days ago & their service is very very bad. Their staff is very rude, their behavior is very rude towards customers. Less work but they gossip more about customers. I am very very disappointed with their work & service. I would recommend people staying in that area to either visit Voila parlour or the Streaks Parlour. Their service & they way they work is far way better than Face Time.
