Hi dearAt 1 no Manager on the salon to fix appointment2 very bad behavior staf3 the picture was the worst experience everAnd when I ask the number for the the manager or the owner no want want to give

To be honest. I have never recived good service from these people. Very unprofessional as well. I call before I go in. I get told yes come not busy , 5 minutes of arrival it’s like 2 hour wait 😐 just be honest .

First of all i went there i have to wait for long after that i have done my mani pedi in uncomfortable chair music was loud and really difficult to communicate the girls were good who was doing my service but not the place also they charge me for vat and didn’t provide me the receipt they can’t charge me if they don’t have the receipt for vat and when i ask the old guy in reception start making excuses and didn’t provide me it’s not about some amount but about the rights as a consumer right without the receipt they can’t charge me a vat i will complain against this because this is not fair at all.

They have the best marrocan bath with the best stuff honestly I’ve been there a couple of times and those people knows their jobs. Perfection ❤️

Worst salon experience Ive ever had! I went to dye my hair blue black my hair is light brown, my grey hairs didn’t even get color and damaged because he left it on for so long - no one knew English so every time I wanted to tell them it’s too long the wait time or the brush was literally pulling my hair they wouldn’t understand a thing and just say okay. The products are awful and staff dk what they’re doing. I wish I read a proper review before going here hopefully this will save someone else’s hair.

Staff are kind, but the place is terrible about keeping time and organisation. There is no option of making appointments, and you are made to wait for more than an hour upon arriving with empty promises of “oh the therapist is coming in 10 minutes”.Shame, because their Moroccan bath is very good, but for anyone who has a schedule, it will be difficult to actually get to enjoy it,

Good services. Waiting time is not ideal.English language is very limited- hard to communicate for english speaking customers lead to miscommunication.

I did manicure and pedicure, I wanted to thanks Chami, she made a wonderful job and took care a lot of my nails, no pain and great cleaning. I will come back for sure!!

This my second and the last time visiting the salon… I had a facial on my first visit , loved every little bit of it but unfortunately couldn’t enjoy it better since the music was on high volume bear in mind it wasn’t a relaxing one. Anyway I thought of giving it another try and hence visited the salon for the second time almost after two months . This time I opted for mani-pedi. Ladies did an amazing job however the ambience was just as it was on my first visit. Loud music and the boss being rude to her staffs infront of customers.. unacceptable behavior or perhaps she didn’t count me as one . When I went upto the counter to pay I found her a bit caught up ,waited for almost 3 mins for her to greet me and complete my payment. I wish her all the luck but most certainly I’m done with this salon.

You should get someone professional to do the eyelash extension! Not just who’s available to do the work!Pathetic service and very inconsiderate!

Rude manager to her staff ,noisy place with loud music ,smelly ,will never go there again.worst salon ever .omg they can destroy your hair 1 one second and there is only unprofessional stuff.

Terrible experience . No proper equipment for pedicures. No equipment to shave of dead cell . The lady just went straight to filling of the foot . The staffs are not smart !

I called a salon and was told that the bathroom was empty, and as soon as I arrived, one of the hair straighteners told me to wait an hour and a half, at the very least. Someone is not empty enough to wait that long. It is better for someone to go to a salon by appointment.

One of the best salons in Dubai. Their service is amazing. You must try the Moroccan bath from them. Its amazing.And the nails after 👌🏽👌🏽 and their prices are very reasonable.I advise every girl to go and try the services they have 👍🏽
