I had an amazing experience with Anastasia at fafa lasies . She did my lashes, and the result was absolutely perfect! Anastasia is incredibly professional and attentive to detail, ensuring the lashes looked natural and suited my features perfectly. She took the time to understand what I wanted and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. I’ve received so many compliments on my lashes, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for flawless lash extensions!

Got a bad experience in the past but decided to give it a try again. Done eyebrows and upper lip wax which actually burnt my skin and had to be seen by a doctor. Booked for manicure as first appointment in the morning, found the place pretty dirty with hair and nails from the day before, who was doing manicure wore in front of me gloves already worn before, not new. Unfortunately I have very soft and sensitive nails, when I asked to be a bit more delicate I got told that was the minimum. Honestly stood up and left. I would be happy to speak with the manager as the lady who was there was pretty rude, threatening to call the manager and I genuinely would have spoken with him/her.

Anastasia did my nails with extension and gels and they are stunning! I have never gotten my nails done before but the way they look makes me want to always get them done now. Absolutely fabulous! Thank you!

My sister went to the salon to get lash lifting.Unfortunately her experience was terrible.The experience lacked hygiene, the lady who did her lashes was not wearing gloves and was not wearing a facial mask. Her fingernails poked her eyes twice!!! We are worried that she will develop an eye infection!!!On top of that, the result was not good at all.I do not recommend this salon at all, and I believe many of the reviews are fake.

I used to love visiting this salon but i’m truly upset at the last visit we had on the 25th of May. I don’t usually like posting bad reviews but we weren’t happy with the customer support after bringing the issue up. I would always recommend their lash extensions and even brought my friend to try them. I’ve never experienced a bad reaction but this time I did , the lash was poking my eyes and upon bringing it up they said it was normal and that they’ve never had a complaint however I’ve never experienced this before and the lashes were clumping up and you could feel it getting thick or the glue hardening. The staff said that these were expensive quality of lashes at the salon which is why the price increased and that they were better quality when in fact you aren’t supposed to have it poking through your eyes nor feeling heavy and uncomfortable. I will not recommend it again due to the service and how they had handled the situation and we’re left unhappy and unsatisfied

Very Very bad attitude,I was told that I was speaking to the boss very disrespectful,we agreed for a price then she changed it just because I have changed the appointment time.Last thing she blocked me directly.We don’t work like this and we don’t disrespect people like this.They don’t deserve half star even.

It’s a nice place, very happy to make my lashes over there.It’s the first time that I didn’t complain after making the lashes. The sensation is good and the result is amazing. Never disappoint.I recommend it’s the best salon to make lashes.

My eyes got irritated after the extension and the lashes started to fall off same day, I raised the complaint and the response was bad, i booked a retouch appointment and for some reason they were closed at the date/time I booked, They posted about it on instagram which I don’t follow them on it, they didn’t even bother to give me a call/message to inform me about the changes, just drove from Sports City to JVC to find out that they were closed for the day.

I went to this salon during my trip and highly recommend it !!!Amazing staff, very friendly.I has eyelash extensions and manucure.Staff was very professional, materials used were very good quality,did not feel any irritation from glue, was very gentle with my lashes .. and she did my nails perfectly !!Thank you to the staff of Fafa Ladies salon 🤍

*Not using real name*. I went to get my nails done (extensions). I had to keep telling the lady what to do because she wasn’t doing it right, I had to try and explain many different ways because she didn’t speak proper English. My nails are so bulky and thick that it looks like over sized press ons. She cleaned pretty well but the equipment they used was very cheap and SHE DIDNT SANITIZE THE AREA AFTER THR CLIENT BEFORE ME.Would recommend if ur on a budget, you get what u pay for 🥲
