Fantastic Touch Beauty Saloon

I recently visited Fantastic Touch Beauty Saloon in Al Rigga (near Metro Station Exit 2) with my friend to get her hair colored. She chose the shade “Dark Blonde Copper,” but the experience was far from satisfactory.One staff member suggested bleaching her hair for better results, which would cost an additional AED 100, while another staff member argued that bleaching wasn’t necessary for this color. This disagreement led to an unprofessional quarrel right in front of us. Ultimately, they decided to proceed with the bleach.The issues we faced:1. Customer Service: Very poor. The staff showed little concern for our satisfaction or preferences.2. Communication: If you don’t understand the customer’s needs, it’s essential to ask and clarify instead of proceeding without proper understanding. As paying customers, we expect results aligned with our requests, not something decided arbitrarily.3. Professionalism: The lack of coordination and professionalism among the staff was glaring.To their credit, one staff member (possibly named Lee) attempted to address the issue and rectify the result to some extent. However, the final outcome was far from what my friend requested, leaving her very disappointed.Overall, this was an unprofessional experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this salon based on the lack of proper customer service and the unsatisfactory results.

Ate mona is so professional in handling and dealing with the customer And shes really checking with the customer needs and whats best on hair. I really love her kindness and hospitality. I would highly recommend ate mona to some of my friends that this saloon is fantastic. And a big thanks to miss Bima for being gentle with her waxing .

I dont even want to give one. The service is sooo bad. No ac and then people don’t understand what you want. They ll do whatever they feel like. I went to color to cover my greys. But the color covered nothing. Then the lady is saying it would not cover. Then who is supposed to tell me that?!?!

Told the hair colour is permanent and after 3 wash the colour has gone and when I asked this about this they begin to start harassing and yelling at me. They havent done any refund and Ive filed complaint against them in Consumer protection.

I am very disappointed with the service my 4 friends and I received at the Fantastic Parlor. They did a very poor job with our skin, and my skin got burned during a waxing treatment. When I reached out to them, they initially said they would cover the cost of a hospital visit, but when it came time to pay, they refused to take responsibility for their mistake. This lack of accountability has left me feeling extremely disappointed.

I have done hair highlighting from this salon after 3 wash the colour has gone and its turn to bleach colour. They told us it is permanent at least it will last few months. We reached the salon for asking about this one. Then there approached very rudly and they shouted at us. They told they cant refund and they cant do anything. I filed case also.please dont go this salon. Money and our boady is important so please choose other salon.telling they

Very bad experience from the nail technician name Lena, she’s rushing to finish her work done, i ending up wounded on my nails and swelling because ingrew get touch but not remove. Even nail polish application is worst. This salon is good in massage but horrible in nails work.

They deliberately make yiu wait for hours together. rude and careless staff . Although the owner Sammi is a good person . One or two staffs are good . Rest of the Chinese and Philippines staff are bad towards other Asian community girls .They have no value for regular customers who take smaller bill services.I will never recommend it to others.

Ive been to this Salon maybe 3-4 times already.There are so many things that need to be improved.Noisy, crowded, messy & bad smell toilet/washroom and salon however, I liked my first massage here, Shwetha did it nicely! Thank you!The staffs are nice but very noisy and kept on gossiping/talking about something very loudly.They did my hair but I got plenty of hairfall and my hair was badly damaged because it got burnt and they didnt tell me about it.Until now my hair is recovering from the damages. I noticed it when my hair started growing because I can see and touch some standing hair as if I was newly shaved and hair started growing.They did my nails, but I was not satisfied with the services done to me. Dry skins, in-grown, etc. were not removed properly.Please, please, please, train your employees to be professional.Do some training to improve them. And kindly avoid talking & laughing loudly. Its not at all pleasant and it makes the customers feel uncomfortable. Please do some maintainance check with your AC as well as keep your Salon especially the toilets/washrooms clean and smells good all the time.

They are cheater.Before starting they give different pirce, while payment they are saying different prices, totally waste of people and cheaters.

I love the hot stone massage and the lady who always does my service her name is swetah from Nepal she’s so sweet 🤗But it makes me upset because they are always late with my appointment and they let me wait so long and I don’t want to complain and make dramas but hopefully the management will do something to improve 😊

This is a place where I come once a month. A place to rejuvenate 😅. Moroccan, massage, nails, hair treatments are the services I avail here on a regular basis. They have professional staffs and affordable prices. I suggest not to visit during weekends as it gets crowded. They have regular customers like me.

I asked for brown microblading i left the salon with eye brows which looks like tattoo and nothing at all like mircroblading. I mentioned that i want brown like 100 times. I kept on asking if it is brown because all i could see was black. She kept on lying. Total scammers with zero professionalism. I didnt want to say it while she was working on me but I could feel all the pain and I was thinking to myself she must haveused expired or cheap numbing cream..They way they all treated me for showing my disappointment iis nothing short of disgrace.They are a bunch of thieves. Think twice before you there ladies.

NEVER EVER VISIT THIS SALON. They charge so much other than the price mentioned in the price list.I did hair color and high lights for the hair. They charged me 420 Dhs.The service also was not so satisfactory. No ac in the salon.I did my eyebrows and it was painful like hell.If you are bothered about good service with reasonable cost dont visit here.Cleanliness also bothered me a lot. Its not a place where you could enjoy peaceful services. They do all the service inside the main room where you could hear loud hair dryer sound.Only for the waxing services they take you inside a different room. There are lot of good services around rigga and union. Please check for reviews before you visit. Thanks.

Been here for quite a while now. Good service from a mix of Filipino, Chinese and Pakistani beauty technicians. You cant beat their prices too, with packages from hair, nails to massage. Experience good service for a lesser price.

Al barsha 1 salon First time i try to do my waxing she is nepali her name sunita she so nice and friendly first i did my waxing coz before i have experience someone do me so pain but now really she is perfect also she do my nails hans and feets thankyou sunita for make my day happy and satisfied mostly recommended. This is one of the saloon which is reasonable in price but when it comes to proffessionalisim its zero . There our one or two philipino who are good at their work but all the nepalis are having very bad attitude zero percent of literacy they are racist not at all professional ,they dont know their existence and they come to work just to get their monthly salary . Its sad that one will not think to come back hear again .

Al Rigga branch - First they over pricing customers and they keep changing the price of their service hope this one will be report in police cause they taking photos down who is giving the flyers without ur consent. Plus they scamming customers by adding price without even saying. And if it’s comes to professional those Filipinos have an attitudes mostly the one who looks like old one in the salon of Al rigga branch. This taking photos without ur consent will be reported in police in Dubai.

The place is very basic. The towels used are the cheap ones and the room was not properly kept. If youve been to a nice spa salon then dont expect to have the same experience. What I wanted was a good massage in a cheap price and I got what I wanted. Dont come with your nice dresses though because when you come out youll still be full of the massage oil especially on your hair. 😂 The package I had was Massage+ hot stone for just 80aed. For price I paid, I was willing to just ignore the state of the room. But I think this can improved on by the management. A little arrangement, cleaning, some posters to fix or change and a bit of air freshener or scented candle will do. ✌

I went for my hair color and manicure and padi but they did only my hair color which was just OK and mani padi I waited for 3 hours and they did not do it for me...Very dirty salon using very dirty products and towels.I will not recommend this salon to anyone.

Very low customer service , I did my lashes lash extension and they fall after 2 days .The Employees are so rude the treat clients in a very bad and rude way . I will not go back again and I don’t recommend it at all

I dont recommend it at all. I went there for botox hair treatment I finished with burned hair I Dont know which kind of product the Chinese lady put in my hair . Be careful ladies
