Thanks to Groupon happen to stumble upon this amazing saloon for the first time.I got the foot and face reflexology vouchers from the app and arrived the saloon.Spoke to Neelu who owns the saloon who made sure I was guided to reach the saloon without any hiccups.The staff Deepa, Gauri and Sina were very warm,friendly and welcoming.Sina convinced me to get a haircut( it’s been long pending over 2 years) Thankyou for it really made me feel so much lighter and happier and my hair healthier.They did the massages to finish up my vouchers.Really great job done and absolutely perfect way to wrap up my weekend.Thank-you to staff of Soni’s Saloon I feel very rejuvenated.

Yesterday, my best friend and I went to Sonis salon for a foot reflexology treatment. You get a positive vibe as soon as you walk inside this establishment. The environment is hygienic and clean. Deepa was a wonderful masseuse and gave me some excellent advice for preventing hair loss.

I recently visited Soni Beauty Parlor for fruit waxing and eyebrow threading, and Im so glad I did! Sina was my technician, and she did an amazing job. She was professional, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The salon was clean and well-maintained, and Sina took the time to explain each step of the process to me.The fruit waxing was incredibly effective - my skin felt smooth and soft after the treatment, and the results lasted for weeks. The eyebrow threading was also done with great precision, and my eyebrows looked fantastic afterwards. I had visited the salon initially with a Groupon voucher for Foot & Face reflexology. Deepa attended me for foot reflexology and she was amazing ! she knew exactly the pressure points and even suggested few personal care tips so that Id feel better with the pain. Second I did my face reflexology & Hot Oil, this time Sina attended me and trust me I have been to many salons in Dubai and have never received a satisfactory Hot Oil (champi) service but sina made sure I had the best experience & only then leave the salon. I will really recommend anyone who wants to relief their stress just try Hot Oil from them & ask for sina you will definitely not regret. I visited them twice already for massage services. I also had a sprain in my neck & sina really managed to remove the pain almost 95% and attended with utmost care & patience.The cleanliness is top ! they have maintained their cleanliness and calmness throughout and best part is they ask the customers to book appointments a day in advance so they wont have to wait, so thoughtful of their customers time.Overall amazing experience. (sorry for the long review as its a review of my time since Dec22 with them)

I had my full body massage today.. I was so satisfied with how Deepa did it from the start to finish.. The whole experience was fantastic! I am guilty of not writing a review. I have been a customer of the salon for the last 6 months. My partner got me a voucher and I have been every week since. The prices are amazing and as a returning customer they treat me well. Lucky is so amazing at massages I love the way she does my back massage wow out of this world! Deepa is amazing at my legs. I love going into the salon I have such a laugh with the staff and just find it such a pleasant experience. Infact I will be in tomorrow for there amazing massages!!

Went in for a haircut with hair wash & blow dry. As well as for eyebrow threading. Mary was the hair stylist assigned to me. She did an AMAZING job. She gave my hair layers and a lot of volume. The eyebrow threading was done very gently as well. Very kind and professional. They’re adhering to all the covid safety measures as well. The services are priced decently and worth the money.I’ve been to parlors that promise you a blow dry but all they do is literally just dry your hair without using a brush. But, this parlor was the exact opposite, she put a lot of effort into styling my hair during the blow dry.The hair cut was beautiful and Mary is extremely good at her job.Thank you for the amazing service and will definitely be coming back!

A pleasant experience. Value for money. Had been here for a foot massage. The masseur was very polite and warm. She did a good job. Although if she had cut her nails, it would make my experience better. The manager/owner was very welcoming. In short this place is definitely value for money.

Strange atmosphere, like in an old fashioned, heavy atmosphere, no backround music no welcoming water, nor coffee offered. The staff seem so intimmidated by the owner always calling her and when she arrived she looked terriffed. The young staff that attented me was skillful, pleasant and kind. They should allow the staff to breath and smile without fear or intimidation. It is very hot outside at least offer your customers some refreshing cool water and maybe your salon will not be empty anymore. Please put backround music and more cheerful wallpaper/lights.

I asked them if we can follow the Groupon price and they told me no so I asked them if I buy the option from Groupon would it be validated and they said yes so I went on Groupon and tried to buy the package but they instantly deleted that option. Very unprofessional. There are many saloons in this area why would you lose a customer because of 15aed difference?

I have got body Waxing done by Lucky and she was extremely professional. I took this service for the first time in entire life and lucky made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this saloon. Just one problem I faced, the location on google map is wrong and it needs to be corrected in order to save the time and stress of new visitors.

Mary did a sterling job with my hair today. I opted for hair spa & a blow dry. The massage was very soothing and Mary was extremely attentive - from the temperature of the water while shampooing the hair to the intensity of the massage. Very happy with the experience. I’ve been going here regularly for 2 years and I’m happy to have this as my regular parlour. The ladies who work here are very professional. They listen to every thing you want and how you want it done, they understand your needs before starting any work (unlike some places where they just do it their way without taking your opinion). I’d suggest Mary for haircut and Manicure/ pedicure, and Lucky for waxing. I strongly recommend this place if you’re in the Karama area.

I had an absolutely wonderful 60mins foot massage at Soni’s Salon. Deepa was very considerate about the pressure to apply and her massage made me feel super relaxed. I would highly recommend this place, especially after a long day of shopping or hiking.

Mary knows how to cut the hair according to the person’s physical aspect. As I am quite boney, she didn’t want to cut the way I thought it looks nice, instead she had different ideas to suggest me and she cut my hair to camouflage my bones around my neck and shoulders. However, the salon itself need some refreshing to give customers feel more relaxed and pampered.

This one is an excuse for a salon! Been going here since the last 6 months and the experience has always been just okay. However the last time it was a final nail in the coffin when one of the girls burnt my skin while waxing! Reached out to the owner and she was reluctant to even hear me out saying my girls would never do it, youre lying etc. She even when to the extent to say that since its a Groupon deal other direct customers are more important and not u! I however had one more voucher for the place that I just wanted to use it to avoid wasting but after the complaint the owner wasnt accepting my appointment. For 3 weeks they made me wait saying theyre busy. Plus their deal on Groupon says facial and head spa however in reality they only do a clean up and oil massage without even a wash! So clearly the deal is misleading and this isnt mentioned in the fine print either. I argued why its not mentioned and she said we see which customers to accept and who not to and you have to come as per our convenience not the other way round! Appalled at the height of attitude and shrewdness! After that one of the staff msgs asking how did you complaint to our owner about us blah blah. These people are really a disgrace! When I showed snaps of my burnt skin after waxing she was speechless and not even an apology. Also after a bill of AED 500 they give you one free service however in reality when you mention this they will keep claiming theyre busy and never even give an appointment, so the deal is just to get money out of you. Dont ever visit this place which is not at all concerned with client safety or satisfaction and have their pride so high!!!! Most terrible place in the UAE!!

I had a very good experience with sonis Saloon I went for the first time but it was great.staff was very friendly specially lucky was very nice friendly and caring and very considerate I am very happy and satisfied and highly recommending this place. Would definitely go again.

Overall experience is great..my first choice whenever I visit Karama..they offer various options for facials..you must try their hydro facial..my skin was so smooth and so soft..loved it.. my feet is very dry so they do an excellent job in keeping it soft and smooth with their special pedicure treatment..would definitely recommend this salon..
