Had my first haircut at the salon with Milad, and Im thrilled with the result! He really listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly what I hoped for. Great experience—Ill definitely be back!

Love this salon for having Russian speaking technicians, I trust my nails only to them.I started going there since it was open. The service is always perfect, Gucci and Celine are those who usually do my nails and I’m very happy with the results. Girls are always friendly, it’s very convenient we speak the same language so we understand each other very well. Also girls always look so beautiful it’s very important for a beauty salon. I would recommend them to get a Russian speaker for a hair service as well i would do my hair there as well in this case.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience avoid this salon at all costs if you want to keep your hair. Went in with dark brown hair i had not dyed it in 6 months to give it a break. I asked to change to a copper colour and asked the hair dressers if it would work without damaging it too much. They said they can do it but would have to trim the ends. I agreed and i was there for 6 hours. They applied BLEACH ON MY ROOTS with no reason at all as my roots were virgin. They burnt all my hair off and had to cut it short up to my neck (i went in with long hair down to my stomach) they gave me a red colour and orange roots with some dark brown blotches. They called me the next day claiming they would refund my money and asked me to come in to fix it. I went in the hair dresser never showed up and called me to talk to me on the phone blaming it on the other hair dresser and claiming he told me this would happen to my hair and apparently i agreed!! They then refused to give me a refund and did not fix my hair. I was a regular client at the salon and had referred 3 of my friends and 2 relatives. They’ve now lost 6 customers and i hope anyone who reads this review thinks twice before visiting them.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Fateli Nail Salon! The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and skilled. I left feeling pampered and rejuvenated. I come here to get treated like a queen. Every time without fail. I love being here getting my hair done by the amazing Fady. And my nails done by Gucci and Celine. The team are so lovely and there’s so much love in the atmosphere. I always recommend them to my friends and colleagues at work.

Fateli was popping up so much on my Instagram, I had to go and check out their services…. And let me tell you I got not 1 not 2 but 3 services…. Manicure with gucci… lash lifting with Asia lash master and amazing neck back and foot massage from Miu Miu …. It was just an amazing experience….. would 100% recommend it (its worth every penny) and the ambiance is luxury and speaks women! Definitely coming back in few days for nail extensions from Gucci and a Relaxing massage from MiuMiu 👌🏼 good services

Amazing quality and staff! I’m new to the area and a friend of mine referred me to Fateli. Its a beautiful space, all pink of course 💖 I booked a manicure, pedicure and lashes for the same day. Celine did a fabulous new set of acrygel for me and another woman did my gel pedicure. The prep work was super detailed and every tool came in a fresh disinfected pouch. It was my first time experiencing the Russian techniques and now I get the hype. Prada did my lashes (wet look 3D) and they came out exactly how I wanted. I will definitely be back. Thank you ladies!

I visited the salon for Russian manicure and the staff did a horrible job. Firstly, most of my cuticles were bruised due to harsh cleaning. Never had this kind of experience before from other salons. Secondly, she had zero english speaking skills making it v difficult for me to explain what I want. Attaching pictures.Never recommending this place.

I went to the salon sad and desperate because my hair was completely tangled, impossible to untangle. Fadey (Syrian guy) and the Philipines girl were very friendly and professional, they solved my hair issue, Fadey dryer my hair made me a perfect hair waves. The service and attention I received was fabulous and the place is beautiful 10/10 highly recommended. I am very grateful to them, I will definitely come back.

Every nail is the same size and shape, nothing chunky or too thick so I know there won’t be any additional stress on my natural nail, and her nail prep was perfectly pain free. I normally go to The Lab in business bay but I’ll stick to here from now on!

The best salon I have been to in Dubai. I come all the time and it’s my place to unwind and relax and they all look after me to best. Every service is incredible from nails to hair and eyelashes/eyebrows. Gucci the nail technician is the best, love her energy and her service is incredible, she’s so lovely and bubbly! She goes above and beyond! Fadi is an amazing hairdresser, did an amazing job styling my hair and hair Botox, only person who will touch my hair. The effort he puts in is such amazing and I love my visit everytime. Literally come in every week. The best beauty salon. The two people I can’t wait to see. The receptionist Laura is so accommodating with my bookings and always welcomes me and is such a sweet person.

I really wanted to say I love the place because I love the design and the idea of the place.. however every time I’ve visited there’s been something off. For mani/pedi the girls always give you hard time if you don’t want to use the drill cuticle removal (I can’t do it, I’ve tried and they end up cut up and bleeding and raised off the nail after a few days). I simply just ask to clean up not cut them. Then they mumble under their breath when they when they do it.. and last time I did an eyelash lift and tint, which ended up being just a tiny, I didn’t see a lift at all and I specifically asked the lady to make it dramatic like when you curl them. Well.. mine were as straight as when I walked in. After having tried it on multiple occasions, I am giving up on this place, I really tried..

Prada made my lashes in the perfect way I am so glad I picked the right master for my lashes . And thank you for Bulgari for such a clean and hygiene manicure and pedicure. It’s been a long time since I didn’t have such amazing masters however finally I found them:)

Celine goes above and beyond to ensure that you end up with the perfect nails! From the thoughtfulness and detail that goes into the manicure that she’s doing, to advising and suggesting the best tips and guidance, I honestly can’t use anyone else for my nails . She is the best. Also, I always have the best experience with Cartier for my pedicures - the level of care, thought, and effort is astonishing from both ladies.

The service is impeccable! All the staff are warm and work with love and joy! I went for some face framing highlights but it looks like a total make over! Dior went above and beyond! The most incredible, newly established salon in Dubai. Personally, Ive visit so many salons and each one did not deliver however, Fateli is absolutely amazing. The staff are fresh-faced, so helpful and so very talented. Im personally a regular of Gucci, Bvlgari and Celine. They are magical and Ive never been happier with my treatments. I love it there but its a bit small so everyone stares at you when you get inside...Bulgari is a magician, and shes super sweet along with the rest of the staff so I keep going back even though its far from where I live.

Most amazing salon in dubai. I have the best experience here and get pampered. I love getting my make up done by Prada shes so talented and love when Fendi does my hair. In fact all the staff here are so fabulous and professional. I come here twice a week thats how much I love this salon. I get everything done here from nails, to threading, makeup hair colour, hair styles and so on. The products they use is of the highest quality. They are even child friendly. I bring my 8 year old daughter on some occasions to get pampered here and Ms Sofia ensures the she is happy and comfortable. She loves the hot chocolate shes offered whilst doing her hair!Ms Sofia is so caring and kind. Shes flexible and will do anything to assist and make sure youre comfortable. Honestly i rate this salon 10 out of 5 thats how great it is. Thank you Ms Sophia for always ensuring the services you provide are of high quality!

Miss Sofia and her team ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They are kind, helpful and fun!
