My wife had visited Fati Ladies Salon and she had a wonderful experience for a place for all beauty needs! She went for an eyelash extension and a hair protein treatment, and both services exceeded here expectations. She said that the salon is very clean and beautifully maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. She said that she will visit this salon again, and she highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience!

Very unprofessional. She was 2 hours late to the appointment and kept promising she will be there in 10 mins. She apologised and then when I came back for a refill my lashes fell off within an hour and both eyes didnt match. I asked for them to fix it and she is now saying I need a full set chargeable.

Recently I experienced Fati ladies Salon. I want to highly recommend this amazing salon. She did for micro blading, eye lashes extension ❤🌸

My sister went to the salon and the lady who worked there took 100 AED more from my sister then the owner said I know she stole from you, but I cannot pay back , and this is the chat that proof , such a shame ,

In addition to the fact that it has poor management and they dont even know how to talk to customers, my sister gave money for a deposit and then they said you paid less and you are lying, I think the ways of scamming in this way are old.

I wish I could give zero stars. I was unhappy with their lash service, however when I spoke on their official number through which I had booked my appointment about how the service dint match my expectation , they said they would provide me a free service to compensate. When I did go she refused to give the service despite showing her conversation between her and me just two days prior , she just blamed her ex employee very unprofessional and did nothing to compensate, very disappointing!!!!I would ask everyone to avoid even if the charge is less and its not about the money but the attitude , there are better places with same value and better service , never again ! And its better they figure out who the owner is

Very bad management, manager promised 2 staff for the requested service but only 1 staff was in the whole salon. There were 0 customers which is a very bad sign for a weekend! Dont recommend anyone to go here!!!

My fiancé went here and she was overcharged for a simple procedure. We are very sad

Failure to adhere to appointments, the waiting is very long, and parking is not free. The hourly charge is 10 dirhams. I do not recommend dealing with them.
