Have not been in a salon with a great staffs and customer service. They have a lot of staff which is really friendly and very accommodating. They have one of the best masseuses in Dubai so far, no wonder why they have always fully booked.One thing I can suggest is to improve the logistics, for delivering of staffs sometimes they arehaving delays which is understandable due to some traffic in nearby areas, but all in all, I had a great experiences with this company that is why I keep on coming back to them.Keep it up, and may God bless your business even more!Ps. You can never relate unless you book an appointment today! ;)

I had the couples home massage. We have chosen deep tissue services. First of all the massage table is very tough on the body. They use very cheap towels and the ladies are not professional. I had Molly and she wasn’t fit to do a massage. I would never choose this service. Very cheap material and service yet they charge higher than average.

I have a massage booked by service market last week and the girls are good but one thing i was so dissapointed with it was thier way of updating thier clients details to the therapist if its been paid or not,i know thier using freshia system but how this girls arent updated on thier clients details of transaction?it was an awfull experience that service market charge me 4late online payment and this girls are also taking my cash as payment for the second time around?how on earth that this girls didnt know that thier clients are paid ? My husband paid them with cash while service market charge me also from my debit card ? Its not acceptable that they take money on us twice, and when i ask them for a refund they are not even doing anything?its been a week now and this people are trying to steal my money? why on earth that they connot afford to refund my money? I dont care if its a small amount but its not thier money its mine and they take it by cash? The reception should know that the clients are paid or not so they can informed the therapist before going to the client.

Their masseuse might be great but the service is super weak. I wasnt informed about the delay up until I asked after 10 mins of being late. It s been 40 mins and I am still to see if my masseuse will show up. massage should be relaxing and stressing - thanks for ruining my sunday. Not recommended

Im not surprised with other reviews. My appointment was was 5 pm. All coordinated on whats app with Jackie. Until 515 pm no message asking for my location. Nothing. Sad to see such service. Looks promising but conveniently ditching without information of any delay

Their masseuse are some of the best we’ve ever had. They applied the right pressure and their strokes are so on point. Kwan and Rita have magic hands. Highly recommended.

First time client and definitely not the last. I had 2 home services, pedicure with Gina, and reflexology massage with Loli. I’m honestly impressed by their work. Can’t wait for my next appointment.

They mess up with appointments. One day they texted before my appointment saying they had a conflict and cancelled my booking. I had an event that day and could not arrange another appointment another place! Today they canceled my appointment and according to May, she said the lady did not confirm my appointment in the system. So now I am going out again with my nails not done as I could not find appointments in other places. They really don’t care about their clients!
