I just had a wash, haircut and blow dry with Julie and I am completely satisfied with her service and gentle care.She did an amazing curtain bangs for me. I had hair loss and she was super kind suggesting best cut and soft touching my hair. It was the first time someone did a blow-dry without hurting my scalp.The salon is amazing super cute and reception was warm and welcoming.I highly recommend service in this salon.Definitely coming back for more treatment here.

I used a Groupon voucher for a lash lift and tint and I was so happy with the results. I usually have my lashes done every few months and tried this place for a change and I will going back again! Great value for money and the results were fantastic

The whole experience was great, even parking was not hard. The salon is cute and super clean, tools sterilised, people there were very welcoming. The place is suitable for hijabis, no men allowed to enter. Julie was nice and very professional in making my haircut, that I liked so much. I will surely come again.

WASTE OF MONEY. I visited the salon for my mani pedi and paid extra for French nails. They used cheap nail paint which came off the very next day. It took more than one hour to dry and they made me buy disposable slippers because it was taking so long to dry. Some of the colors I wanted they did not have it and they used really sticky nail paint which smudged everywhere the next day I woke up. Really unprofessional. Not good at all. Very poor quality products and service

Did Gel Manicure, did not last 1 week. I always do Gel and it stays for at least 21 days I only remove it because the nails grow. Worst experience ever. When I called to complain they said they only do fixes within 3 days!! But who pays for Gel Manicure for only 3 days warranty??In the first two days a little pealed off but thought it might not be a big deal the below images are after 6 days only.

The most amazing service and friendly staff. They were super accommodating as soon as I arrived, and ensured I was comfortable :) The haircut was done by Julie, who gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. I had eyelashes done and waxing. Both were brilliant. Waxing was quick and as painless as can be. I asked for cat eye shape eyelashes and she listened and done what I asked. Parking is easy too. Very happy client.

Writing a very late review for my hairstylist Julie, I asked for feather cut layers and curtain bangs and she absolutely nailed it! I am very happy with the end result, she styled it very well, curling my hair with the hair dryer. However, I still love it without the styling, every time I look at my hair now I feel really happy with the great job done and great deal I got at File and Style.

Excellent salon, very lovely ladies.Des, the receptionist always welcomes with a warm smile, polite manner, is very professional, and accurately informs what the cost is going to be upfront 👍🏼Julie is doing excellent work on haircut, hair color, blow dry, styling, etc.The ladies for waxing, facial, mani/pedi are also very efficient 💓

Their time management was bad, price was not satisfied comparing to the service, they said no need to buy Groupon voucher and we will get from you same price but they dont. they get more price that what the service deserve. Salon was not much clean, suddenly one man entered the salon while I was without Hijab.

I will never return here. I thought I’d give them a 2nd chance big mistake Big Huge. I had a broken leg so half leg wax couldn’t be done. So I asked if a very tiny amount could be waxed from another area they refused. I mean half a leg in comparison to an area measuring 6x6cm Approximately. I was shocked how one I felt cheated and 2 they were not compassionate at all. I had mani pedi done also. I didn’t have paint put on my nails either. So really they do not know how to provide a good customer service. I wasn’t happy with the quality. I asked for her to call management. The excuse as per management they said we are not allowed. Shame on such a company. No humanity at all either.

Best eyelashes extension ever!The lady was super nice and good, for the first time I didn’t feel any pain because of the glue. Very delicate and caring… I also slept a bit during the treatment 🤩

Ladies are amazing and they do a great job but the salon manager or the lady at the reception is the reason my rating has drastically decreased. She forgot to charge me for removal which was her fault and she was reminding me to come and pay. First of all you this is her job to make sure all services are paid. I paid but have no intention of going there again. I was a customer for almost 2 years but her action changed my mind.

Total waste of money.Didnt even apply any cream after scrubbing my feet.I can still feel the pain as she removed excess skin from toes.The Place is extremely dirty, dont go by the pics.Do not recommend.Unprofessional people.I can barely walk as I have a infection now after pedicure.

Worst facial I’ve ever had. I come to this place for my lashes and decided to try a facial for the first time. The room was filthy, I felt dirty even lying down on the bed. I repeatedly asked her to use products for oily skin and she still didn’t. It led me to massive breakouts after. Also, I repeatedly asked her to remove all my blackheads and whiteheads which also she didn’t do properly. Her excuse was there aren’t any which isn’t possible because I go for a facial every month and I know exactly how clogged my skin gets. Definitely wouldn’t go back.

I went there for the first time with my sister for lash extensions. The place was not clean at all, she didn’t change the bedding my sister laid on and let me lay on the same one. She didn’t clean our lashes or eyes before applying the extension. The extension was applied to our skin instead of lashes and it was hurting, some of them fell within 3 days and we went back for fixing and two fell right the next day. I would not go again! Do not recommend.

Visited this salon Nov. 20th 2020Had my Eye Lash Extension done here and I love it. Thank you Jonalyn for doing an amazing job. I will surely come back.However, my gelish mani and pedi were done very poorly. My previous visits was done very neatly but this specific lady (forgot to ask for her name) did not do it properly. There were lots of polish coming out on my skin. I asked the lady to clean it up and she said she cant and it will go away if I kept washing my hands 🙁 Honestly it looked like it was done by a 12 year old. I could have done better.Still giving it a 5 star cause Jonalyn did an amazing job and my last visits for mani pedi was done well. Ill just make sure not to have that lady touch my nails again.

I made a booking beforehand, and once I reached I was told to wait 45 minutes because they werent informed by their manager. This wasnt the first time this had happened. The three times I had been to this salon, there was always an issue with the manager double booking or not informing the staff, and this would lead to staff arguing loudly with each other from one room to the other. The customer service was atrocious and the staff with each other were highly unprofessional. The wax left me scarred for a week with red and swollen blotches all over my skin. I kept explaining to the woman to be a bit more gentle as I have sensitive skin. She was highly untrained and it took her nearly an hour just to wax my legs. I would not recommend this place to anyone, this was by far the worst and most painful waxing experience I have ever had.

I have had 2 great experiences within the saloon, both times for my eyelash extensions, they are very hospitalable and make sure they do what the customer wants, they are fast & professional. highly recommend. Jonalyn was the one who gave me this great customer service.

Second day, when classic manicure should’ve dried out well… and that’s what happened. Tried so many different nail polish brands and so many salons before, and never have I ever experienced the nail polish becoming like that! I don’t know should I blame your quality of nail polish or the woman who made my nails, layering and layering without having the apportiate knowledge about how to properly apply… the nail polish wasn’t even put well, and I didn’t comment, but for this to happen the second day! How is this even logical! No comment worst experience and service ever!!!!!!!

Even the gelish nail paint started peeling off in 3 days.I informed the receptionist about the bad haircut experience and they really don’t seem to care. The response was 2 other people took haircut the same day, and they are happy.I had to go to another salon to fix my hair the very next day .“ We apologize for the same and we will bring it to the hairdresser notice “

I went for a hair cut and eyelash extension, both was so professional. I really like how she make my hair, a shot bob cut, she was so professional and taking care of my require. It’s the first time I have The eyelash extension and it looks natural and nice. Also she make a nice work, slowly and carefully on what she was doing. Highly recommended.

Good prices and high quality of services. I did full volume lash extension there just per 150 dhs. For this price you’ll never find any equal in a whole Dubai. They are horrible, I made my hair treatment there and the hair dresser is not giving you a right advice for the preservice my hair got damage after 2 days only, I made keratin treatment I totally regret it and I did gel mani padi and it peels off from the second day !!! I called to ask them to fix my hair as it’s got damage from their wrong advice they said they can’t fix it they only can fix the nails. Why I have to come from so far to fix nail only !! And I pay big amount of money for hair and it’s like you did noth there hairdress clearly mention i can use any shampo and advice for keratin hair mask I did like she said exactly but they telling the hair dresser advice to put the hair mask first then shampo !!! Non making sense as I apply little shampo on the roots only but my hair totally damageIt’s waste of time and money !!! Shame on you

The salon itself is very dirty, I was there in the evening and it was not cleaned, nor sanitized, and slightly cluttered with stuff. Honestly the worst eyelash extensions I ever got done. Its supposed to be 3D/Russian Volume but theyre super thin. Next to the poor quality of materials, they started to fall out in big clumps, all lashes are stuck together and they have not been individually placed, just in big clumps. However, the gelish mani/pedi by Jocelyn is amazing! She seems like the only one who does a good job there.

I have just recently moved to dubai and was struggling to find somewhere I could trust I could get my nails done from.Im not one to normally have Gelish Nails done but had a Gelish manicure and Pedicure at File & Style and its was amazing. I have came to this saloon for cutting my hair and i showed julie a photo of bob hair cut and she was soo nice in talking and patient with me in every step of my hair cut ... i realy like the final look happy from there service and there price every girl in the saloon was soo nice to me

I would not recommend this place. Although the staff is very welcoming and I would like to appreciate their efforts. My manicure started cracking within an hour of leaving the salon I went back the next day and the same thing happened which can only explain the poor quality of nail polish. Management seems to have an ineffective coordination system with the staff at the salon and overbooking seems to be very common.

Had a very positive experience with Jonalyn and Sushma. Got my waxing done and both were quite professional. I couldnt help myself and visit them the very next day for my mani pedi which was again done by both the ladies. Warm attitude, clean place and quick service with good quality.

Not sure about how I feel about this experience, a very small salon. went there to try there offer with Groupon. Booked at 5 arrived at 5:15 got lost on the way. there were only 4 staff with the receptionist! 2 of them were doing pedi mani for a customer, other one was doing the nails of one customer ( which I had to wait for her to finish for me to start ), the 4th one was doing the Receptionist nails :)!!!!! I guess the receptionist is way more important than the customers. I stayed there for two hours for a normal pedi mani. Even when the receptionist was done with her nails the one that did her hands didnt even bother to come and help her colleague as she waited for the other one to finish with the customer to come and do for me. wont be going there anymore although the two girls that did my nails were good. but not respectful for the customers and no managing experience to handle customers.

Total time waste and unprofessional salon. They don’t value your time and keep taking appointments without finishing the earlier one. You will be waiting there for hours watching 3 sad staff performing their duties with utmost exhaustion. Even if you address them about the concern, they would give you stupid reason of ‘one staff ‘ allowed. And please make sure you ask them about the price of hair service before hand, according to your length,, otherwise you will be surprised in the end .! Most of their nail paints are dry..My first and definitely a last visit to this Salon.

I got my hair color from here done in Black, it washed out really quick and from 2 weeks my brown hair began to show. When I tried to discuss this and went in the salon the lady Ann was so unprofessional and laughed and said cannot do anything. Would not recommend this salon.

Eyelashes made by Jonalyn is amazing and lasting about 2-3weeks. She makes it in just an hour but perfectly well done. You can even request for the type and length of lashes as you like.

They have a really bad customer care skills, the staff is not friendly at all. I went there to get my nails done and i ended up there for 2 hours because the nail technician was leaving every 5 mins. I had a massage and she actually left me in the middle of my massage to do something else. This is very unprofessional.

I’ve been trying to book them for several times, they seem to have limited slot for customers with voucher from Groupon which I understand. So I called to book with them one week in advance, I finally got my booking but at the end they contacted me to change the timing which I couldn’t accept. I get that issue happens but the way they communicate with customers with vouchers is unacceptable, no apologizing, they only asked you to take the new timing or leave it. I’ve never had any services from them but I just think we shouldn’t support a business that treats people like this. We paid for the vouchers, they got money, it’s not for free.

HORRIBLE service and treatment from the team. I purchased 4 Groupon vouchers - 2 for me and 2 for my mom to use on the same day and they told me you’re not allowed to use more than 2 vouchers a day total EVEN THOUGH WE ARE 2 PEOPLE (so 2 vouchers per person). And nowhere does it say that on the Groupon website. They want me to come 2 days to use 4 vouchers. When I asked to speak to the manager, there was no answer after many tries. And then when I couldn’t come 2 days in a row as I am traveling, the woman on the phone told me to refund my Groupon. So they rather lose clients because they have stupid rules that don’t make sense. NEVER AGAIN.

Absolute nightmare this salon. The scheduling system was terrible. I was phoned twice just an hour before my appointment to reschedule it (twice) since a full paying client that wants to be serviced straight away has to be prioritised than a Groupon voucher holder. Should put that on your Groupon terms and conditions.

Its my first time in the salon, the outcome of my requested service is just amazing, I just love how the lady treated me with the service. Very lovely and accommodating, loves to bring my group of friends next time.

Dont bother using if you get a voucher or groupon for this place as the staff treat you badly and make you wait for min. 45mins without even explaining that there will be a delay. They opening talk about how as a voucher or groupon your treatment isnt really important. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional

Worst hair cut, the hair dresser doesnt even know how to give cuts, only ok for trimming. And blow dry was good too but hair cut was very bad i feel bad seeing my hair now she doesnt even know how to give layers like i can see from her techniques she doesnt know anything about hair cut!

I was been for the first time in the Salon few months ago for mani and pedi, I was very happy and satisfied great service, very kind and wonderful staff, prices are very low for the quality of the service that they give, they offer me coffe and tea, mani pedi was amazing, I was come back few and few times for do mani and pedi, eylashes exstention, treatment and blow dry for my hair and I ‘m always happy and satisfied for the results and for all .Before I tried a lot of salons in Dubai but I wasn’t satisfied , but after tried it I ‘m sure that File and Style is the best one I highly recommend it .

Budget location with no name products out of India. Facial was basic, extraction was a waste of time but the facial massage was very good! They should rename the service to facial massage.

I was waiting so long because they didn’t manage the time, the staff is not organized and seem not motivated at all. Salon is very small but someone needs to reorganise their routine.

Very slow, I went for a wash and blow dry... they didn’t wash my hair properly - the blow dry I could do better at home hair is still frizzy. I suggest you don’t waste ur money.

Went for a waxing, they ripped my skin off in many places. Left the salon super sticky since they don’t know how to clean the wax off.Never go here for a wax. I didn’t try any of their other services.

DO NOT come here for any hair coloring services. A simple roots touch up has cost me a week of frustration and upset. I am left with harsh ginger /yellow / overcooked roots ( I have dark brown hair). I went to the salon to ask for my money back and to leave and was told they don’t have refunds and that she would try to fix it. Why would I let the same person who made this problem attend to it again?If you are paid to care for people’s hair - then at least be certain before you go messing around with chemicals on peoples hair.Never again , I regret so much coming here and giving them my money for this below low service.I wasn’t going to leave a Google review , as a courtesy to go back to the salon to speak to them and to get my money back , but unfortunately they get to keep my money and leave me with a bad hair job.
