So I came to the salon for a lash refill, and I already had a full set of lashes, a couple of lashes were required. I’d say three or four. I found the price to be really expensive. They charge me 150 dirhams for a lash refill, which wasn’t a full refill, but I agree to pay the amount, irrespective When they started refill 15 minutes past The lash tech kept going on which I was surprised since I needed a tiny bit of refill after one hour, when I opened my eyes, I was horrified! She filled my entire eye full of lashes, and I was looking like a witch. The lash tech, her name is Dana, Probably badmouth, but didn’t realise her own mistakes until the reception came and she started to remove the terrible work. She had done. I really recommend that you don’t visit the salon since they charge a hell lot of money and their services are shitty. I paid 150 dirhams to get stuck for two hours, get a messy lash refill and removal done!

Great nail salon in Dubai! The quality of work is top-notch and the prices are very reasonable. The professionals helped me deal with problematic toenails. I only go here and highly recommend it to everyone!

First experience was good and I was very happy but after keep going to them service became more and more bad, they don’t have choice of colors, what ever I choose they said it’s finish, pedicure was done by Alai super bad, administrator can’t find any suggestions and doesn’t know what is customer service at all, I had conversations with owner as I’m understand khilola very rude and don’t care about the reputation of her salon. In Dubai a lot of options and what kind of treatment of customers is unacceptable. Never again and not recommend it to anyone

And I have been receiving compliments on my nails a lot lately, mostly because I have no imagination for the designs and the technicians always come up with something new. Highly recommended. Always had a positive experience with them,until my last visit.To begin with,the lady was new and I found out only after I texted them on whatsapp.So unprofessionally cut me on the left hand,leaving me literally bleeding.Making unnecessary comments about the color I chose and just overall bad experience.Less than two weeks later I had pain under the nail,so I could feel it’s something to do with the gel.Had to remove it urgently and what I find?A red spot on my middle finger nail from the machine.So most probably it’s a burn.I’ll not visit again,even though I used to love this salon before.One bad experience is enough for a customer to leave🫤also,want to mention than less than 2 weeks later nails started breaking.I haven’t seen my nails in such bad condition.

Bad service, rude administrators, shame. I live here more than 3 year here and I have never seen such horror. All the gel came off, I sent a photo and the salon blocked me in response. They are irresponsible. If you respect yourself dont go.

I come here to rest my soul. excellent craftsmen, huge palette, sterilization according to all standards. I would especially like to mention Master Ilzian, she has magical hands.I have extremely capricious and sensitive nails, I have been looking for a long time for a specialist who would make my manicure last for more than 3 days. highly recommend

A cozy salon with friendly staff, excellent service and customer focus. Im sure all the masters are wonderful, but I want to mention Ilziana. She works very neatly and quickly, I always leave her with an excellent manicure that lasts confidently until the next visit, sometimes I wear it for up to 5 weeks and everything is in place. Very pleased.
