Furious lady saloon

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.Only if I would give this salon a minus I would. The nail technician took 3 hours to do my nails and did the most pathetic job ever. When I reached out to the management to ask them to re-do my nails, she said she needs to check the “scenario” with salon. All I asked was to get them to re-do my nails and they said I should come the same time. Mind you I have a flight early morning and do not have the chance to go till I get back with these disgusting nails. Trusting their people over customers and showing what an incredible job they do at showing their value as “customer first”.Teach your staff to be professional and HONEST. Enjoy!Just to add on the below comment by the salon : the staff pushed me to do by hair blow dry and nails to “SAVE” my time as the nail technician already spent almost 3.5 hours to file them.And as for the rectifying my nails- We had a WhatsApp conversion where you said “We will not allow this after 10 days. We can only do it if I come at the same time or tomorrow when clearly I’m out of town. How stupid is that? How can I make myself come to your salon when I’m not physically available in the country. I really hope you guys make some sense the next time you deal with a client.Funnily enough- as I had an early morning flight the nails randomly started to break by itself (due to the job not being done properly) the nails were too bent towards.Hats off for losing a client and I will make sure that I spread this word across. And honestly Shame on you guys for lying on this & trying to make yourself look nice here. Cheers!

Very very bad service and unhygienic place, the staff is completely unprofessional and all are freshers who experiments with their customers l.They are so inexperienced and unhygienic that the product they used cause me infection on my toe post pedicure, and when I confronted the salon owner just normally said that post pedicure sometimes this happens where in I have been to salons in Dubai for 11 years and never faced this issueThe worst part is when I went to their salon to show the infection there was another customer confronting them for same issue, this means I’m not the only one there are many people facing this issue and I’m not sure why even such places are allowed to operate, honest opinion don’t go this salon if u love body…..

Very interesting packages, blow drying, manicure, pedicure and eyebrows at the top. The staff is very nice. I recommend !

I have done my protein treatment from them, and it turned out best decision. They did great job even after 1 year treatment is still same, staff is so supportive and kind they guided me so well. Highly recommended, highly stratified. Definitely I will try them in future

So this is what happened, I have a long hair as seen in the photos. I went to Furious ladies salon on March 27th (one month from now).I’ve waited for a year to grow it and decided to go to salon to have it fixed and rebonded at least.Unfortunately, the lady who did my hair seems unprofessional since the front part and the ends of my hair got burnt that I have to go to another salon to have it fixed, but then there was no way to revive the damaged part of the hair so I need to have my hair cut coz it’s really partially screwed up.Although I asked to take my money back which they actually did but then the damaged that was done is not acceptable at all.I can say I regret going to this salon as now I have to wait for another year to grow it back due to the damages which the hair dresser have caused.

I highly recommend Furious Beauty Parlor and salon to anyone looking for services in IMPZ.

This salon provides good services , staff is well trained and professional. I visit them regularly.Despite the heavy crowd they manage all clients efficiently. If they improve interior and spacing they will get more clients.

Love this place! I always come here to get my hairdo, skin care services and mani pedi done. they do an awesome job and are very friendly. A must recommended place for relaxing with good quality at reasonable price ❤️

Extremely poor time management & coordination! My preferred technician was ill and i therefore rescheduled my time after confirming if that particular time slot was available. Once they confirmed and i reached salon at the given time, i noticed everyone was occupied. Still, i waited for 5 minutes. There was no greeting from the staff around, and no one to even acknowledge a customers presence and to do the necessary checking if i had an appointment or no. Such an unwelcome gesture. Upon checking with someone i was told that some technician is coming from their other branch. Half an hour lapsed and I was still waiting without any coordination / update from the salon staff about someone being on the way... or how much more time would they take. This was totally unprofessional and callous attitude. Its just that you prefer 1 or 2 people working there who give you good treatment & service. Else no other reason to return, esp their JVC branch!!

Gelish nail. I did the above services in IMPZ branch. Staffs were friendly. Was neat place. Just went for one time. Looking forward to go next time. If the service consistency remains same and find good package option, I might think of being regular customers. Will put review again after few more services.

Excellent service, the keratine last the 6 months they promise, they are very professional with the haircut as well.Every month i get my pedicure done and they do a very neat job.

Horrible !!!I asked for a normal layerd haircut .. and she did her own haircut .. all i asked was to keep the length as i need to tie pony for workI kept telling her the length getting shorter but she insisted its what i asked forI look like a kid now 🥺 very disappointed will make sure i dont go there ever againThey have all new unprofessional staffs

I made an appointment like every week to do bluedry, and when the girl arrived, she killed me now. I was going to call you and pick you up Kansal, so I told her how is the latest time to tell Kansal that I killed me? I have another customer. I waited a while. The customer killed her. It’s normal, I won’t do a manicure, and of course I stopped the customer’s work completely and I’m an hour away. Wait as if I dont existVery unprofessional staff and very bad customer service
