Tried the saloon today for the first time, they have great offers and prices in general. I had a lovely experience, lovey people the owner her self welcoming customers .clean place and Magda the hair dresser was sweet , caring and very professional. Perfect hair cut and blow dry.Thank you.

The worst salon experience ever! They keep keratin and protein products on their staffs hair but use them on other clients without proper care. My curly hair got damaged because they used the same straightener on another client and then on my hair without cleaning it or asking for my permission. As a result, my hair became completely ruined.

Worst customer service. The nail technician Sabitha is the most rudest staff anyone could have. She humiliated me and insulted me forcing me to do the nails the way she wanted. I only went there as the owner was like a friend and they gave me good price. Irrespective of the nail not lasting for 1 week everytime, I asked Sabitha to do my way this time and she insulted me. She speaks like she owns that place. Very disappointing to say this is the second time she behaved like this and to my surprise the owner did not do anything to sort it out. Its my mistake to go there after the 1st incident. I was told to leave with fake nails stuck to my hand. The whole incident put me in a very traumatic position. I Will not go there ever again.

Got mani-pedi & eyebrow threading! Had a great experience, the staff are very nice & accommodating! The prices are also much cheaper than salons in mirdif. Would recommend & I look forward to visiting again!

Rude from the beginning till the end. Wish their service was decent atleast. When askd for a hot oil head massage , they did it for 4 mins. 4!!! And when raised an issue regarding it , said this is how its done here.And their voucher booklet is an absolute scam. If you are reading this. Save your time and money and go anyyywhere else but here

Excellent service, especially in pedicure and manicure. Great hospitality as soon as you enter the salon. Moroccan tea and sweets. The salon manager is very polite and takes care of every detail. I advise you to try it. There is a Moroccan bath and massage as well.

I visit the salon for getting a manicure and gel nail Paint very frequently. But this time I tried their Moroccan bath. I enjoyed their service very much. They gave me very good amount of time and the lady was very skilled and knew what she was doing. The lady at the reception is very sweet and checks up on your frequently. Over all, I was very happy with the service and their staff. The lady who does the nails (Nina) is very professional and gave me the best gel nails I have got done in dubai. I recommend visiting them for especially Nails and their Moroccan bath.

The salon manager doesn’t know how to communicate with customers nor to deal with them. I have been waiting for 30 minutes and she didn’t even offer coffee. However, she did serve drinks for other customers. I found it very rude. Above that, she let a customer do her nails even though i came before.

Unfortunately I decided to go back after my 1st visit which was good for eyebrows so i though to get my nails done and change my hair style which I wish i did not do it in this salon.I spent 2:30 hrs in the salon then had to come back again next day to fix my “gelish mani” as the color took off next day and that makes me frustrated to waste my time and drive to the salon again.Hair style was really old fashion style and I informed they lady there that i did not like it but i will give it a day, when i come back “next day directly” they refuse to fix it until i pay 70 aed as new hair cut!!The manager lady there does not have any skills in dealing with customers, keep interrupting me with high voice.I would rather to fix my hair and pay in another salon than to spend more money in this one.

The salon is quiet and clean. It is located in Al Warqa City Mall, above Al Ansari Exchange. The simplest things can be said about my experience with it.For a salon, it is wonderful, starting from the welcome, the elegant style of the owner of the salon, Zeina, by the name of her name, and the excellent service. The staff are very kind. My special thanks go to the wonderful Rama. The prices are very reasonable and negotiable. I wish them success.

I paid about 700 dirhams to dye the hair, and from the second day the color faded and turned yellow, and I had allergies in my head. I could not go to them, and the day I spoke to the manager and explained to her, she said, “It is not my problem, and you have to pay again for the dye, even though I advised them that I did not want the color yellow. This is me, I was leaving at 10 in the morning, and I left.” They have it at 5:30 p.m. only for dyeing. The one who dyes my hair is charged for every second customer who enters, and I just try to get rid of the customers and after she finishes her work on me.. and after she finishes the dyeing, the manager comes and says, hold me accountable and pay.. they have no credibility and there is no style, and this is the last time I go. For them 👎👎

Supervisor, probably is the owner, is very rude and not honest.Got the coupon voucher for 50% off, and gave only 25% off. ive called the salon, spoke the supervisor, and pre-agreed on the service and price before coming, and yet they changed their mind at payment and asked for double what we agreed on. with no option i thought, i paid.totally scam. no customer service. spam.Not honestIt is not recommended to deal with them.The salon owner is also not tactful with the female employeesI cant believe these people and this salon are open in Dubai

The salons treatment is wonderful, but but, but I personally always go to salons that use sterile tools to clean nails, but unfortunately this salon needs complete cleanliness. The worker was holding her hair and nose without gloves and then she finished my nails. This means that someone who is accustomed to clean work will not be able to bear this hideous sight. And their nail polishes are almost sincere 😭😭😭😭
