Gorgeous salon! Staff were so friendly and accomodating. The environment is calming and beautiful.Definitely one of the prettiest salons I’ve ever visited.I had eye lash extensions done and the technician listened to exactly what I wanted! She was delicate and careful, almost fell asleep it was that relaxing.Would highly recommend

A very cute salon with friendly & professional staff! I did my acrylic nails with design, the nail technician worked carefully & got the result I wanted- it was beautiful! I also did a back massage which was very relaxing. You’ll definitely see la vie en rose after visiting Gaby beauty salons 💕

I had an amazing experience, the praticien took well care of me, it is very beautiful place. My nails are perfect and she make sure you’re happy and understand well what are your needs. Also did a nice bouncy Blowdry

I came for pedicure, and noticed the following: (1) materials used are not sanitized, (2) the towel used was dirty, (3) the materials was kept unorganized in a basket, they were not packed in the blue pocket and are using the open one which I think been already used by others without washing and sanitizing them, which I don’t prefer especially after covid-19. So I cancelled and didn’t do the service. I will not visit this salon again. I highly recommend them to care about hygiene of the materials used and safety of customers before providing any services, safety is always first.

I had the best experience today, I went in to do my nails and the staff was super friendly, I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she did it even better that I could have imagined, really recommend this place

Very good salon, I had a very nice manicure and pedicure, also I did facial, I liked everything very much. I had a body massage and I can recommend all the treatments, I am very satisfied.

To begin with,I have nothing against the staff of this salon.Friendly staff and kind which is the only reason I gave 2 stars. However, I’m sorry to say that the service is terrible. My nails that I did keep falling off even though I’m taking great care of them and keep them away from hot water or anything that can affect it.Personally , I would not recommend this salon for nails ; the hair is great. However , for nails it’s a disaster

I have done my gelish mani with overlay to make my nails stronger and also gelish pedi. Service was satisfied, cute place. I like the shape of mani a lot.

Hello, very happy with the hair cut made by Charlie (i Hope I got her name right). Asked for curtain bangs style just showing a picture and was perfectly executed with patience and passion. I also did my nails French classic many pedi, which is not easy cause it’s classic: it was perfect and it last for more than a week which I wasn’t expecting. From the receptionist Lara to all the other girls its a very welcoming salon.They finally got a professional hairdresser Abid and he is amazing, very talented ! He is well trained and has alot of experience in hair services. Great blow dry by him !I usually visit for nails but now this will be my goto for all salon services 👍

I wish i could rate it minus 100 and I feel responsible for leaving a review to prevent other ladies using this salon. My first and last time using this place. In my 15 years of waxing history, i have never experienced anything like that. Working without gloves. Double dipping. Almost ripped out my middle part. Im now burnt and have to use antibiotic ointment. Im beyond upset and have to deal with the consequences for the next 2-3 weeks! Unprofessional, anti-sanitary and incompetent in waxing services.

I got my eyelash extensions done from gaby beauty & I am very satisfied with the result! The salon has a Barbie pink aesthetic with very friendly & professional staff, they guided me with what kind of eyelash extensions I should go for according to my eye shape. The process took 1 hour 30 mins! I am very happy with how well I was taken care of & I love the end result💖💖💖💖

The worst manicure i have ever had. All the nailpolish is gone and 3 of my nails brokeI also had a massage and got allergies on my back afterwards. Don’t recommend it

DONT waist your time and money on this place!I booked a appointment for a massage, they offered me a package and I fully paid on the first visit.A few days later I contacted them for a 2nd appointment, after trying a couple of different dates they found me a spot. On the way to my 2nd session literally 10 minutes before they called to cancel my appointment.I called again to book however they texted me on WhatsApp saying theyll be closed for 2-3 weeks because the salon will be reallocated to business bay🙄.I requested a refund, after providing the details theyve disappeared, never answered and NEVER REFUNDED

Mixed feelings about the place. Im usually happy with the service, although this time (my third set of acrylics from the salon) were not done well and I am going in for a revision.Setting up an appointment is a headache, as theres never an open slot since the same staff are sent for home services. They show up tired at the salon. I dont understand how you can send the same staff back and forth this way, its not humane.I adore the lady that does my nails. She is very sweet. But it is clear this time she was tired as my nails were not done very well. I asked for ombre french acrylics, one hand perfect and one not at all. Jagged edges, not blended properly. I am going in this week for a touch up as Im not happy with the hand.The owner should take care of her staff. Hire more, take care of them, and they will work to your advantage. Twice now I over hear complaints about over-working, barely any time off, long hours. Also items are often out of stock, so I am stuck with one color for acrylic (light pink).Please put some effort into your staff. Hire more so that we have more options when booking. I, like many others, work a 9-5 job. When the lady on the phone tells me I only have 2 options to come in during the week in the early morning, it is frustrating. After this revision I will be finding another salon, as Im tired of struggling for an appointment and arguing with the lady on WhatsApp each time.Also, always men knocking and coming in without waiting for the door open. I am muslim but not wearing hijab or anything, and dont care about it, but shocked at how they just open and walk in when it is a lady salon only. What if someone covered was in the Salon? I would be appalled. They are always knocking and opening the door and yelling, once I even went out and told them to stop as it was ruining the experience. I go there to relax, have some me-time, pay to get pampered, not deal with that.Invest in your people. Given them time off. Hire more for shorter shifts. Split the people between salon and home and the travel time is too much. They are being over-worked.Great concept and skill, but needs better management. If not addressed, I dont think the salon will last. Home services maybe, but in-store no.After my revision, I will not be coming back. I tried 3 times now, but you have lost a customer.

Location and the atmosphere of the salon looks amazing but Staff not professional at all, they seems that they don’t have any idea about mani pedi, worst experience ever. very expensive for the cheap service.

What a gorgeous salon with out of this world service!! My favorite place for nails and hair styling. Rimma is really amazing. I tried LPG for the first time today, and I’m so impressed with the results and how knowledgable the technician was. Will definitely be coming back soon.

I would put 0 stars if possible. Extremely unprofessional. Eyelash technician arrived 3 hours late and zero apologies. Extremely slow staff as well with a simple nail fill taking 2 hours. On top of it the whole place was under construction. Zero stars

I couldn’t get the service that I was looking for because it was out of stock but at least the personnel was nice with me even though I had to leave without getting any service.I can’t give 5 stars because I didn’t get any service but maybe in the future I’ll be able to get the service and update my review.If you have Emirates platinum card you can get 50% off in all services.

The salon is a pink haven in jumeirah owned by an influencer i have been relying on for beauty and skincare for years. i did my nails + micro needling and facial there and the service was SO GOOD ! ! Affordable prices and impeccable service.

Worst service! Horrible experience! Not professional at all ! The girl had no experience in waxing ! They used very low quality wax , Dont even have post wax oil. And too expensive. Charged me wrongly at the end

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM !!!! I went for lpg sessions i bought 10 sessions for 1000 aed however after 2 sessions they lost their LPG machine and couldn’t provide the service anymore ! I asked for a refund and told them to deduct 200 aed from 1000 aed since that was the cost of the 2 sessions at that point i was told that they were going to charge the original price of the package which was 250 aed and i will get back only 499 not 800 aed that I am owed !! The reason was explained by the manager was that their computer can only process a refund this was with original price not with the price of the package !! This went on for over a month and I would call and request my money back they would say okay let me speak to management and never call back I offered to go in person to pick up the cash and they said they don’t have 499 aed to give me they will do it though bank transfer !!! Very under happy with the service they are going to scam you to get u in the door ask you for full payment for a DEAL they have and if u are not satisfied charge you full price and give u back less than half the money you are owed !!!!!!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL

Very bad experience I would never recommend this salon to anyone and I would never visit again. The technicians were very bad, unprofessional and very slow.

I’ve tried their relaxing massage and i really liked it. Also the anti cellulite massage is very good.

The worst salon in the world. They had my eyelashes done. The first thing they told me on the phone was a price. When I arrived, the price became a good amount more expensive. Then I asked for a specific style of eyelashes. They gave me eyelashes. I mean, if they were for free, I wouldnt get them. But I told them I didnt like them. You told me you dont have eyelashes, so it wouldnt come out good. Everything is bad. The service is expensive and the material is disgraceful
