I love this place for Professional team and well trained technicians. I have chosen 2 technicians who do my manicure and pedicure permanently so they know exactly what I want in terms of shape and length, all I need to do is to choose the color, sit back and relax. High quality materials help me wear my manicure up to 4 weeks without chipping and I’m very grateful for that keeping in mind busy life schedule. They have great hair stylists too. Try any of the services, you won’t regret.

Cute salon but pricing misleading. Called in for trim before coming, said price is 150AED. When arrived to salon found out the normal trim is 220AED with wash, and if your hair is not in straight line then trim is not possible and you have to do full haircut with price of 320AED. Bad communication. But nice high ceiling in salon. Also called my hair dodgy, felt amazing coming to this place first time. Which by the way my hair not dodgy at all, and even if it is in her opinion, is that’s something you say to your first time client?

If i can give a 7 stars i would, been in dubai for 14 years and tried a lot until i found Galinas Best place for nails ever, i have tried pretty much all of the girls working in this salon but if you have ingrowth nails like mine, jenny does an amazing job on this and for the best nail art Edrence is really talented, highly recommended

I have very thin hair, so I always struggle to find a good hairdresser who knows his way. Claude is an exceptional hair stylist and she knows and understands her colors and her skilled crafts and trades. Lulu gives a very relaxing head massage and is attending to all the needs. The whole staff makes me feel welcome.To me there is no other salon that provides such an excellent knowledge and all round service.Also their nail artists Edrence is amazing and did such a nice and long-lasting job.

Awful experience with the hair services. Hair technician Olesya talked me out of doing highlights (ok, thanks for this) and offered some other services since I came already. So, she did oil hair treatment, trimmed my hair a bit and cut off some kind of bangs which hang ragged and slatternly every time after wash and blow dry. This so called “hair cut” looks so untidy! Can’t wait for my hair to grow back so i can cut them level in a nice salon. Without asking my opinion she did some silly curls on me (not free obviously, wait for the final bill). I don’t see any difference in my hair structure and quality after the first wash, and that “oil treatment” was supposed to make my hair shiny and healthier. Final bill came to 685! I couldn’t believe it. “Hair cut” (seriously, trimming and awful bangs is not a haircut) plus blow dry (curls, which I didn’t ask for) was 430 or so and hair treatment made the rest. Honestly, my hair never looked worse. And just to give you a perspective: respectable, famous and luxurious “Platinum Black” salon charged me less for proper highlights+trimming+blow dry. Hair technician from “Galina’s” obviously took me for a ride😏I highly recommend you not to take this risk and go do your hair some place else.

Great Salon! Highly professional and clean. They have the best hair services which were provided by Camil Gools! I’ve gotten my hair dyed multiple times and I was amazed by his amazing techniques every time. Highly recommended and I think every one should check it out :)

I started going to Galina’s, because my favourite hairstylist from Y12, Kamil started working there. I’ve been in Dubai for 14 years, changed several stylists, but I can easily say that Kamil is really skilled at haircuts and colour and understands what you’re looking for in the cut. He’s also extremely pleasant and we enjoy catching up while I get my hair done. The salon is a no nonsense, relaxed environment and location is very central, right on Al Wasl. The pedicure is good too, but for me that’s just a bonus. I would highly recommend him.

They have the best beauty services and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for my nails, hair or eyelash extensions!Shout-out to the the staff who are fantastic with mani-pedi, nail art, lashes, hair etc and last but not the least Galina herself, who’s ensured her customers get the best services always!

Ive done my haircut recently in this salon with super professional and very talented Camil. He is very passionate about his work and very dedicated. He was doing my hair until everything was just perfect. Im super happy and cant recommend enough Camil and this salon. Ill be back for sure!

I came to Galinas Beauty Salon on the 01st of April , to make a rebounding and hair colouring, I have spoke to the saloon through Instagram before I come to ask for the prices and all the information, the lady who was answering me, she ignored my message for some days then she answered after I texted again, I went to the salon, at 10:00 am as confirmed, my hairdresser Dina was a bit late so I hate to wait for 15min until she came, I showed her the picture on how I wants my hair to be colored, she understood and I have repeated many many times that I dont wanna touch the roots, but she did what she wants, first before I came I asked on Instagram, if the hair colouring will be the first or the rebounding, and they told me that its the hair colouring first after that I can do my rebounding but when I went, it was the opposite and it was a mess because I didnt know what she was doing exactly, like Dina wasnt explaining what she is doing everytime in details, in additional to that the environment is not professional, as other places I have visited, its so random.I clearly told to Dina that I have my wedding party in July and I need my hair to be well treated, because if theres any mistake 2 months will not be enough to treat it.The keratin treatment was not bad, I have done excellent keratin treatments before, my hair is still not straight and curly from some parts.In the next morning when I went to the balcony and I looked in the mirror, the sunlight was on my hair and it was a catastrophe, my hair was all orange very light orange colour, like I am doing Hennah, I screamed immediately and my blood pressure got so high.. I TOLD TO MY HAIRDRESSER TO NOT TOUCH MY ROOTS, the Eid was terrible and my vacation in Dubai was all ruined, I couldnt take good pictures and I had to edit all the pictures...also I wasnt informed which brand was applied for my hair for the colour and the keratin,.. I have contacted the saloon and told them about this terrible experience and they said that they can fix it with the same hairdresser but they didnt explain how, my vacation in Dubai was for 08days and it would be very unpleasant to come back at 10:00 am to waste a whole day when I have already made an itinerary and paid for all my activities, they said according to their redo policy they can only accommodate me in 6 days, after that they are not responsible.. no manager spoke to me, and no one called me at least to hear more details... The place is awful, they charged me around 700$ for this terrible experience, I dont recommend this place to anyone and I will tell about this experience to everyone I know.. such a very bad service!!! Just terrible!!!

From the minute you walk in to the minute you leave, you are treated like royalty. Camile has a magic touch and managed to transform my damaged hair into healthy & shiny hair. He is also amazing with colors and knows what suits and what doesn’t and how to make it look amazing . I also love the nails section and my nails have also gone from constantly breaking to always looking strong and healthy . I have tried many Salons but by far this is my favorite Salon in terms of every service and every person . Love it !

The girls working there are real Professionals full stop! Each one of them! They do your nails with style and take care of you as doctors (not just decorators). I have been going to Galina for 4 years every month and now missing them dearly having moved out of Dubai. Highly recommended!

I used this salon for eyelash extensions. Initially, the staff seemed professional and friendly. However, the lady putting on my eye lashes I believe went for cigarette breaks, when I asked to have a break in the middle of the work as it was taking very long. Either that or she had not washed her hands enough because I could smell the cigarettes on her hand as she was applying the lashes.For the rest of the day, my eyes were very red. The following day, not only were my eyes red, it was swollen around my eyes and my eyes were so sensitive and hurt the whole time. It of course gave me a migraine. I updated the salon and they downplayed it and said not to worry about it and that it will go away. The next day it got even worst. Turns out its an infection.When I told the salon about it they still underplayed it. I asked them for a refund and provided them with proof the issue with my eyes, and asked them for a refund. They said they would only give me the refund if I went in by a particular day and time to get it, even though I paid by card. They say that their policy does not allow for card refunds....I have asked them over for the amount to be refunded to my card or whether or not they will refund to my card is yet to be seen.

I have been doing my nails with Lanes and highly recommended her for nail extensions and all nail services. And Jenny is really amazing when it come to doing pedicure. This is my favorite place for a very long time now.

I was given a gift voucher for the salon and was really pleasantly surprised with the quality of the service. I got a gellish mani and pedi with no extra charge for removal of my existing gels. Great attention to detail. Very lovely salon. I would highly recommend.

It shocks me how inconsistent the pricing is here.. first time I did a full head of highlights with olaplex and toner and paid 550. A couple of months later, I did the exact same service with a different hairdresser, only I’ve added a hair trim , and I paid more than double!! 1200-1500 aed for highlights is ridiculously expensive, I’ve never gotten charged that much even in 5star hotel salons. Definitely not returning here again!

I tried this salon many times for nails with katya! Unfortunately overconfident and rude person !!But really doesn’t worth what we paid !Once we pay we have to be served kindly ,Their work not extraordinary for nails i guess many salons have the same quality services with better cost!
