Gemini beauty lounge

This was the first time in my life that I experienced such an unpleasant visit to a salon. I came in just to have my gel removed and my nail length shortened. The technician didn’t wear gloves (but that’s not so important) and she didn’t use sanitizer on my hands. The nail file was used, and when I asked about it, she said it was normal to reuse a file after other clients. The technician was talking on phone during my manicure . I was in shock and honestly felt embarrassed for them. I refused to go ahead with the manicure because it was simply too risky. Never come again and don’t recommend this places. It’s not about quality and safe

Very slow, pedi took 2 hours abd only cos I pushed them, shocking for the price they charge. Very beaten up, and not so clean looking.

I had a really nice experience in Gemini Beauty and the staff there tried their best to satisfy their client. They listen to their client and then help to have the best result you want. The atmosphere also was very calm and friendly

Extremely disappointed by the waxing done by a new Nepali girl at the Salon. She rubbed the wax bottle repeatedly over my underarm and took longer than usual time to do waxing. The very next day my underarm turned quite dark, its been a month and my underarm havent recovered yet.Also the salon was very hot even in the morning, the air conditioning was either off or was not working properly. There was a male staff member in the salon and waxing room door had no lock, which was a great discomfort. Gemini is not recommended for waxing ladies.

Love the staff, so friendly and professional at what they do. The owner is the sweetest person gives great beauty advice. The place has great ambiance and perfect services, feels so homey and cozy.

One of the best blow drys I’ve gotten in Dubai. Be sure to ask for Yazan. Nail service is also really good and reasonably priced

My gelish mani got chipped within 3 days( tips of nails ) and when I went for removal to other salon, I left with classic pedi tinted feet, and discovered that my fingers were over filled which led me to super sensitive 2 nails.. need recovery now for months after this experience.

I wanted to express my gratitude for Yazan, very talented master, who cut my hair and did amazing hairstyle for me. Overall, staff is very friendly and welcoming. I recommend to come here for nice atmosphere and wonderful haircut

Very unprofessional, all my toes were hurting after the pedicure, they are not experienced. Plus that they are very overpriced, I received much better service with lower prices from other salons.

I have done bikini waxing at this salon and it was the worst skills that they have. I normally can tolerate the pain of bikini waxing but not with this staff.First of all, the staff who did my waxing did not wear gloves. Not using hot wax for bikini for some reason, and used wax with strip and kept removing many many times on my delicate area, caused so much pain.She tweez the left hairs by FINGERS without using tweezer!!!At the end, gave me the oil to put it myself by my bare hand...And it is 90dhs...is it worth 90dhs of service??super unprofessional.Dont go to this salon for waxing!!!
