Terrible service and customer care! The worst salon in Dubai!!!!!!!I had appointment at 10am with 3 artists on the same time( mani, pedi and lashes extension), I spent 5 hours here and must finish at 1pm max!!!!Receptionist before one day called 3 times and when I came it was terrible mistake because it was another artist!My lashes are peeled off on the third day, mani and pedi were very ugly and I made a new one after 6 days, it was very bad quality materials!The staff are very rude, discussed clients and bosses in Russian, USED FOUL LANGUAGE!!!Manager even no apologies for their mistakes and the charge from me more expensive prices than sent before by Instagram !I’m not sure about disinfecting nail tools because no one shown me a new clean and disinfected nail tools!I turned to the Municipality and I hope they will soon arrange a verification in this salon!

First time I came, even after the bad reviews I have read everywhere I was impressed with the work done by Yasmine. By fot the second appointment I have booked everything was horrible…No respect for the time, they are working with one technician for hands and feet and that definitely will cause a lot of delays! I have waited one hour for my nails done!! I don’t recommend it all. Very poor management..the only who deserves acknowledgement is Yasmin. Don’t come!

Just had my first appointment here and loved every bit of my experience with Vitalina, who did my eyebrows laminations. I can’t thank her enough, as my eyebrows never looked prettier! The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I’m definitely coming back!👍

This place is very professional nails everything is perfect 😍 best in Dubai. They have nice professional products omg , words can’t discribe how I luv the services , especially the 2 nails artists Laura & Clara they take their time to make sure ur nails is popping, I recommend this place to everyone is knows classy services . I’m definitely going back there just find my latest nails spot. Lip blush was so good too. I don’t care if if I live far , buh I’m always gonna be there. Thanks ladies ❤️❤️❤️🙏💝💋.

Worst salon ever!!!!!The lash technician was extremely rude!!She was mad when i arrived.Also she was fighting with me while doing my lashes!!I left the salon with 1 eye lash extension which was a very bad quality!!!The receptionist was not there and nobody was answering my call to complain on her.DONT GO TO THIS SALON THEY ARE THE WORST EVER!!!You will leave the place with very bad service !Im shocked how are they still operating!!!

Services are really good however, they have the WORST customer service EVER. I have to chase the girl for taking an appointment.Confirming me an appointment and 5min later telling me it’s taken. I don’t understand how she works. That’s a pity because the masters are really good.Update: I complained on instagram hoping that owner would see it but I got blocked.

Sitora was amazing! Really nice and fast. Salon is very clean. Prices are great. Definitely my new regular nail salon.

Very uncomfortable and unprofessionals, they don’t even Realize you made The booking, i went to do my eyelashes and they put blasting loud russian music when you’re trying to relax, while other people in the same room moving cleaning dropping things on the floor. The girl keeps stabbing your eye, I lasted 30 min and left

I have never come to a single appointment and they actually let me in at the time of the appointment. First time I booked for 4pm, showed up at 3:50, and was told by the receptionist she was “just about to call me and let me know the appointment would be delayed 2.5 hours....” came back at 6:30 and was told to wait another 20 minutes. The second time I booked, the appointment was for 2pm, I arrived at 1:55, and was told to wait “a few minutes.” Half an hour layer, and I’m still sitting in the waiting area!!! Absolute worst treatment and extremely unprofessional, will not be returning again.

I did in Girltalk center my second faical, I m so happy for this natural treatment which was painless without side effects with natural products..., I did my hair for botax & protein also so satisfied. Thanks for all your cares 👌💞

This place is a scam. Bought mom for her bday a voucher which they said it includes all services, when mom went there they told her what she wanted was not included and very selective items are. Totally unprofessional when confronted.

WARNING: My friend was treated in a very unprofessional way and I believe this place is almost criminal the way they conduct their business. I strongly recommend people NOT to use their services.
