I’ve visited many salons in Dubai and have found that the threading service at this branch is so good! I came back after a year just because I couldn’t find the same standard and quality elsewhere for eyebrow shaping and threading. Banita is my go to for eyebrows, she always gets the job done well.

Fatima gave me a wonderful haircut, and some lovely advice on how to treat my hair as it’s rather dry. She was incredibly pleasant and took great care in making sure the haircut was just right, and I felt like I had a new head of hair when I left the salon!

My firs time visit and satisfied. I requested for the best hairstylist because I only go for hair cut every 2 years.Super happy with my hair cut by anty Ana. I showed her the hairstyle i wanted and she did exactly that.They offered me a coffee at the beginning and also the price is affordable for marina area (I believe they give me discount)Maybe the atmosphere was not up to my liking. But at least I look this good with my new hairstyle :)

Today was my first experience with Gladys salon and it’s safe to say the environment was very warm and welcoming. The employees I interacted with were Ana and Rama and they’re both extremely sweet. Had a 30 minute oil head massage by Ana and I have to say it was absolutely fantastic! She applied the right pressure and completely took away the headache I was experiencing. It was followed by a massaging warm hair wash and finally a hair dry. Would recommend and would definitely come back! Ana was great!

The 1 star is for the recipient who started a fight with the hair stylist who was in the middle of my service- she couldn’t even wait to take her aside!. When i tried to talk to her she said “I’m not talking to you” .. half of my hair was covered with color otherwise i would leave immediately.Had to sit there for awkward uncomfortable 2 hours until my hair was washed .. I paid the full amount agreed on and refused even to dry my hair and wanted to be out asap.Not worth the money nor the time spent for a saloon experience.

I am not going to use them again. The quality of the product is bad and the nail technician are not competent. They constantly speak in their own languages. I had shellac manicure which was done really badly and had peeled off after a couple of days. The varnish was bumpy and they had missed corners!Very unprofessional!

After so long using nail extensions I could finally recover my nails, they got so long and so strong as never. Mary Flor you do an amazing work. I can’t thank you enough for recovering my own nails.

In general : It’s nicer after the renovation .They do need to be clear about their new prices . Saw many disagreements with customers not happy to pay the final price as they were expecting different sun from previous price listSpecifics : It does feel like Fatima is the only one working hard . In my 4 hour there ( walk-in and extended hair work and colour ) she was very attentive and tried her very best to satisfy customers (before me and while colour was setting ) I found it not nice when the other team members knew the manager was coming and stood there pretending to help her . Although they didn’t lift a finger prior that .The colour results and the cut was niceI would go again although it’s a bit expensive but congruent with Dubai prices particularly Marina prices.

Extremely unprofessional staff. Very intrusive and gossipy staff. They are not good at what they do. They continuously speak in their local language and make the customers feel uncomfortable. Attitude is to not cater to any requests of the client.You don’t even have proper record keeping and you expect me to share my number with you all. I have better things to do. This is a public forum and that’s the only reason why you are replying. Other than that no one has done anything inspite of complaints from my end.If you look into your complaints and actually spend money in training your staff then you won’t have to pretend to bother when someone posts this kind of a review.

I like how people treat you here , services are good value for money and you dont feel hole in your pocket after visiting the salon. Pooja is great with threading always. Vinita did my hair cut and colour today. She did exactly what I asked her for. I have been going there for about 2 years now

Got a root colour and blow dry. Not the most glamorous of salons but this doesn’t take away from the quality of service at all. Staff are lovely and friendly. Plenty of promotions/offers without the need for Entertainer, Groupon or other aps which make the prices very reasonable for the Marina area. Liked that I didn’t have to tell the hairdresser my actual root colour and loved that they could actually blow dry my hair straight without using the straightener after blowdrying (my hair isn’t even frizzy by the way!). Also liked that they had plenty of good, up to date magazines to read.

I had the worst service ever! I did my gel nails and it didn’t last even for a day and when I complained about it I got the worst customer service and they refused to fix it for free. Their manager said my nail quality is not good enough and the gel will not last any way 🙄!!This is bulling and it was a discussing conversation. I will complain again about this horrible attitude.I don’t recommend this salon. It doesn’t worth your money at all. The worst of the worst.

I had mani-pedi, hair treatment, waxing and threading there. Not cheap, and the ladies will do their best to convince you to upgrade to a pricier service; but it is good and efficient service, and staff is polite and very good at what they do.

This place was a Covid nightmare come to life. I stepped in for my appointment and saw one employee not wearing a mask, and another with mask below nose. I told them Id wait outside until they were ready. When I came in, the woman who ushered me into the room was still not masked, but luckily the one waxing me was. And when I came out to pay, the manager only put her mask on when she strolled to the card machine. I dont think they understand that Covid is a respiratory disease and that you spread it when youre sitting inside a tiny salon maskless.

Please do not visit them for hair services. They are the worst. Neither cut or colour they cant do anything.They spoilt my hair beyond repair. Theycare only about money oriented and service is very poor. The problem is they have no knowledge of what they are doing! Be careful
