Did basic mani pedi - work is mediocre, barely good. Salon is nasty and workers are eating and dying and washing their own hair and washing their feet. Products seem cheap. Would never go back.

Please please please stay away from this salon in City walk, dubai.Me and my friend went to get done Keratin treatment, the technician (Ms.Rachel) had no idea what she was doing and the worst she made out of our hair.Well the customer service is truly awful because nothing was done regarding the issue. They were just ignoring us and making fun out of the situation they made.We asked for the owner contact number to get reimbursement of the payment we have done. But they were just pretending busy and not ready to give the owners contact.And we have noticed that this salon is using worst creams and products. Which definitely affects anyone’s health.!!!

I am not a review person but I will specifically review this salon as I read few bad reviews for this salon and my experience is totally different.I went for gelish manicure and gelish pedicure today and I loved it.Staff was very nice and sweet. Girls who did my manicure and pedicure were very professional and very good at their work. The thing I like the most that they were quick and efficient. I hate sitting in salon for hours for a small thing. They did my nails so efficiently and the colour was so good.I will recommend this salon for sure.I don’t know about the bad reviews because honestly I was reluctant in the start after reading the reviews but those aren’t true.I love it .Thank you guys for the good work.

I did keratin and highlights from this salon and after the first wash my hair gain became freeze , I paid this much its not worth the time and money.

Do not go here. Service is rude especially that Egyptian woman in the store. She claimed I had used toner on my full hair when I told her I have not. She was very judgmental, refused to serve me in spite of the choice I wanted, disregarded giving other options to help me, and handled me and my friends with a very hostile manner. She is a horrible employee and I could clearly see her and her coworkers judging me and my friends choices. Not to mention we booked for an appointment ahead of time and were not even acknowledged till thirty minutes in. I dont even know how they had customers in there and how the store is open in City Walk.Waste of time and waste of business.

Substandard products, incompetent staff who dont know what theyre doing and a lot of misinformation. They charged me extra for things the owner said is included in the offer(which I was happy to pay but when they messed up my nails I paid and walked out midway) Staff are rude.I should have read the reviews before using their service.

Very bad, so messy all equipment were old and dirty and damaged. Staff were not helpful and they were just bargaining and fighting with each other. It was really bad experience, I did hair Kratin and after first wash my hair is puffy and frizzy.

Worst saloon ever! Dont go there even if you are under the threat of a gun!They lied about the products used for hair treatment and after that they stopped replyibg and even blick my number!This is outrageous and i cant believe that this level of service exists in dubai non the less in city walk!If i can rate my experience truely i would give it a big huge zero!!

Horrible if I can put zero I do horrible salon horrible staff always fighting!!! Product in the reception is not what they use I go the lice in my hair !!!! Because they use all same hairbrush its dirty the staff are liars and thieves the owner is outside he is waiting for the money to be collected !!! Avoiiiiiddd at all cost!!! Terrible filthy place using cheap dangerous products. Dont get deceived by their prime location. Lowest standards Ive ever seen in all aspects: products are terrible, staff is extremely rude and unprofessional (shouting and fighting with each other for salary and all sort of matters)and the place is dirty and shabby. Dubai Municipality should shut it down immediately!!!!

Do not go there for manicure and pedicure!They do not have brushes for extensions.The girl buffered so deep my nails to remove my gelish. After 2 days 2 nails broke and other the gelish fall off. First time i experience this! I wrote to them on the chat and instead of apologizing or offer to fix them, the answered: “ok”

I’m not sure if this is because the salon is not fully constructed yet - but it is so small and there is no proper ventilation. There is not enough seating. I got my hair dyed and I wasn’t even given a proper apron (just a plastic thing) and hair dye got onto my clothes. There is not even a clothes hanger for clothes - just a pipe to put things on. Extremely extremely unprofessional. Don’t fall for the Instagram marketing.

Prices are good. Expert services. Parlour look and feel is very low. They have to give attention to ambience. Also, if someone booked an appointment, please dont entertain other on that time.

Worst experience ever! They confirmed on the phone that they have GK product and when I reached they told me they don’t but the other product is very similar! Wasted money for nth!!!! My hair became more frizzy and no results close to what they promised!!!! Called the owner the only number they provide he said call me again to book another appointment to do GK then he blocked my number and did not reach back!! Very rude and such a scam!!

BE AWARE!!! My wife witnessed one of the staff robbing to one of the customers while doing a facial. Unbelievable... Shamefully the victim didnt call the police because compassion...

Did a hair treatment and i didnt get a result from the treatment and they dont answer after i did the treatment
