Glamour Touch ladies saloon

I would really not suggest anyone to get a haircut here.I had visited to cut my hair short and Ms Ann cut my hair very uneven for which I had to go next day again to fix it as I couldnt go to work like that.On reaching the salon when I told her, her first reaction instead of accepting was “I have clients”.Which clearly means she doesnt care about the damage done and only reflects her poor customer service. I am attaching the photo below. Although she tried making it even but its too bad and I have no option but to let it grow.

The atmosphere is really good.Staff’s are very friendly and nice. If you are looking for a moderate and good atmosphere best to for it.

Very pathetic. Price is different and more for every visit. Also staff are not willing to attend the customers. They are not professional.

The most pathetic Parlour in Karama… Staffs are awesome but the OWNER IS THE MOST WEIRD PERSON…Spoke and complain about the renovation she did in Parlour which is pathetic to the extent where if you go for facial the next door laundry machine sound will be ringing inside your ears like an helicopter …. This is the branch near Bikarewala in Karama…. THE MOST WEIRD OWNER BEING A LADY AND WE AS CUSTOMER OWNER DOESNT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS WHO IS PAYING FOR SERVICE … Better Baldiya checks as money has value and will definitely raise this issue to the Government…Ms. OWNER who ever you are always remember without customer your business will be in a loss….THE BEST PART IS OWNER OF THAT SALOON SAYS IF YOU DONT WANT TO COME DONT COME.. WHO WILL EVER COME AS IF THERE IS NO OTHER PARLOUR….

Loyal customer here of Ms. Namrita, Ms. Analyn and Ms. Anne Alvarez.. my go to salon whenever i need my hair & nails done.. their love for their work shows through how well they treat their clients and how neat their masterpieces are.. these three are the company’s precious gems! kudos to their excellent service! highly recommended 😉

Very poor customer service and nasty attitude towards customers, they did threading for me very worst , it pained like hell and made me wait for an hour to do the other part and area, I was sitting with Pain with half done work. Terrible attitude and very hurtful actions . Never come to this place

Best salon in karama - ask for Namrata she is really good or Ann for pedicures

Stop do not go scam especially not the French or the foreigners it raises their prices I paid 400 aed for braids
