I loved the idea to have a salon near by the gym. it such a good idea. I am a loyalty costumer to this salon, I tried lots of thing in the salon and I love everything thing that I tried. Their manicure and pedicure are the best. The massage also so nice and relaxing. Faten is the best for the hair. She do the best hair treatment, hair dying, cutting and trimming for hair. Their products are so professional such as Schwarzkopf and L’Oreal. Their stuff are professional. A must to try.

The salon is uncomfortable and lacks privacy for women due to a surveillance camera. Additionally, the air conditioning is often turned off, making the space uncomfortably hot. I hope these issues are resolved soon to improve the overall experience.

First of all , customer service was amazing. I called to book an appointment and they were very helpful.I had services done by Gene and Mai.I loved my eyebrows and nails done by Gene. She knew the condition of my nails and advised me on what to do, and also helped me shape my eyebrows beautifully !Mai solved an issue I had with my scalp which I was not aware of. I always got an irritation every time I did my roots, this time with Mai I did not. She worked on my hair and you could see how much she loves her job. She also knew what to use in terms of shampoo since I have a sensitive scalp.Finally the reception, all the staff were very friendly and I will definitely come back again!

The GLO salon is super feminine and very beautiful, I had my nails done in gellish with Genes manicure, and she was super special with me, because I had a broken nail and she fixed it for me, leaving the other nails the same level, without having to cut it short, and keeping it beautiful.

I must say.. this is one of the best spa/salon I have visited. Reception staff greeted me with great politeness, they were professional at the same time. Big thanks to Fathen, she made me feel like a princess in no time. She did my hairs so well that I was fully surprised.Moreover million thanks to their manager Mir, who was sweet enough to pay attention to me so keenly while I was having a general conversation with her. I have not seen a sweet and humble manager like her.

MY FAV SALOON IN THE WORLD! I only get my haircut with Faten, shes hands down the best. Ask for long layers and face framing and thank me later

As a first impression, I came at 9 oclock and the salon not yet opened, knowing that working hours starts from 9 oclock.

Pushpa is overall ready good at doing mani and pedi. Whenever I do gel nails with her the service is great. Has a good character so you won’t get bored when you are doing your nails and takes all your requests under consideration. Do your nails with pushpa!

Went to do my eyebrows, they book appointment at 2. However thwy called me bk at 1:30 to tell me spot got available if i would like to comeDid my eyebrows with Pushpa( sorry if i got it wrong) very kind and gentle lady did my eyebrows how i eanted ❤️

Today was my first visit to Glo Spa. Honestly I was very impressed with the service. My hair stylist Faten was very cool and knowledgeable person. She did my root coloring excellent, the color was the one I had in mind. Secondly she cut my hair and gave me a new look. The overall experience was worth it. Even the young lady who washed my hair was very good. I have already booked my second appointment in January and will surely recommend this spa. I need to visit them for mani pedi too.

Manicure and pedicure are always extremely professional and excellent.Faten is the BEST hairdresser. She is very quick with the blowdry and styling and does an EXTREMELY good haircut / hairstyle. I always recommend my friends to see her, she is the absolute best in the city!

Very high quality products and service here is always good. Their gel nails last 3 weeks minimum and never get chipped. I love how their staff are so friendly and positive. Always a good time spent here and I always leave in a better mood. One of the rare salons that is open early also! 9 AM slots are the best as the salon is quiet and peaceful during that time.

They are not ethical when dealing with customers and there are many hidden charges, they will quote you one price and conveniently increase it by adding “extras” - please be very cautious and confirm the price at least twice before booking with them.

Never ever go here and get your hair done by Faten in specific. She does not listen to what the client needs, does whatever style she likes and then tries to overcharge for services that weren’t even asked for. I went in for a hair trim and to get my fringe cut, I showed her the kind of fringe I needed and she didn’t even bother to follow what I wanted, ended up completely ruining my hair. Full of attitude and will make you regret walking in. Everyone else is wonderful and are definitely assets to the salon but having Faten there will ruin your whole experience. Be careful and ask for anyone else. Trust me, you’ll end up in tears too,

Today was my first visit, I loved how the team is very accommodating and friendly , they managed to serve me although I didn’t have any appointment.Jene did my pedicure and manicure, she was super fast and professional. I will definitely recommend her to my friends and family.Prices are very reasonable considering the premium location.

Faten the hairdresser is absolutely a five stars , she is so professional and so kind. She managed to restyle my hair in a really professional manner.A great team led by an amazing manager Mir.

Disappointing experience.- Very confused admin staff, they lack organizational skills.- My appointment was overlapped with other clients two times in one week. So one was postponed and the other I just found the technician busy with another client in my previously scheduled appointment. The staff asked me to come back tomorrow to get my service!!!! Totally unprofessional!- I booked a specific service but when I was about to start they told me that I should get different one as per what’s mentioned in the system. Again staff mistake.- Higher management need to reconsider the admin staff training for better problem solving and organisation.- It’s good to know as a client before you go that small amounts are not refundable neither in cash nor through bank.- The bottom line is that I haven’t received my service as scheduled, my time wasted in argument looking for solution and I haven’t been refunded instead I got unwanted invaluable small product.- The two stars are for the neat place, but unfortunately the overall experience is below expectations.

A Relaxing Oasis with Exceptional Service...!I recently visited Glo and was blown away by the amazing service and amiable staff. Serene ambiance and attention to cleanliness created a such a peaceful atmosphere. The therapists were highly skilled and tailored each treatment to perfection. An absolutely excellent salon. They go above and beyond for their customers, really excellent customer service and the employees are so kind and welcoming. I got three things done here, I first went in for the clear balance oily and acne facial i did around 8 or 9 weekly facials with eve, who btw is very kind and fun, because i had a terrible reaction to a product i’ve been using for 3 months and had really painfully breakouts and redness all over my face and after completing all the sessions i have almost little to no breakouts and now my face has settled and is starting to clear I also purchased an anti-blemish product they’ve got in the salon that she uses in the facial that really helped as well. Another service i did was a massage it was relaxing and really helped with the pent up stress i held in my body. I also got 2 hair treatments for dryness I believe it was called the fiber clinx treatment and it was great really brought some moisture, bounce and life back to my hair an excellent salon overall 10/10.

I went for the first time last weeks and wanted to try multiple services so i did my nails and hairNoor did my hair, she suggested a gentle hair treatment for me and was very gentle while washing and massaging my scalp. I then asked her for a blow dry and i swear no one has ever perfected it the way she did!! It was exactly how i always wanted other hairstylists to do it!!Maui did manicure for me and she was really really good at it, she perfected the almond shape for me and kept the length of my nails, she was very sweet and friendly and suggested different colors for me to choose from.Nurai did pedicure for me and she was the sweetest, she was very very gentle and quiet!! I even accidentally smudged the polish on my toe and she gladly redid it for me.I will definitely come back and ask specifically for all of them!!

I visit Glo Spa on a weekly basis for massage therapy with Eve. She is absolutely amazing as what she does and has helped relieve me of sever back pain. Eve is incredibly professional and kind and I look forward to my weekly sessions with.Today Eve also did a facial for me and is extremely knowledgeable in this regard. She gave me amazing advice on how to look after my skin

All services I tried in GLO have been great. The mani pedi was relaxing and the color variety is awesome. The blowout and curling looked gorgeous and lasted a while and lastly their facial treatment was so soothing and the result after a couple of sessions is amazing! Not to mention the hospitality of the GLO team. They are caring, enthusiastic and always want your comfort, highly recommend !

I came into the salon with a very sore back, not even being able to walk without pain, I had one of the best 45 mins back massages ever from the lovely Anne. My back feels new and a lot more pain free. Place is very well kept and clean, room was very relaxing with calm music, and prices are very fair. Highly recommend this place.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the ladies spa at Glo glam spa , and I couldn’t be happier with my visit. I did a body massage with Eve she is a Thai lady she is so good and her massage is very relaxing I will definitely come back to try the madero massage with her . She is the best as I tried so many places but this place is the best for massage. Another addition to her work is that she is so nice her customer service skills is perfect. If you want the best Thai massage you should try her.

I did lash lifting , and it turned out horrible!!!!, a very bad lash lift, and they told me because she used size small instead of other sizes bc my lashes are long , and this is not my problem that she did that mistake and not only me also my friend we went the same day, so we asked for a refund eventually.
