I came by chance as I was staying at the hotel.Service is 10/10 stuff 10/10I removed my gel polish, the Lady melanie was very gentle and Professional!Stuff were very helpful they recommend me the hot eye mask because I wasnt feeling good and it helped me a lot.I would definitely come back.

I had a manicure and pedicure done, and I was satisfied with the service, the quality was excellent, and everything was clean. The staff were also friendly and welcoming. Then, I asked if I could get my hair done, even though I hadn’t booked an appointment for it. The receptionist kindly accommodated my request, but when we arrived at the hair section, the hairdressers reaction was disappointing. She began shouting at the receptionist, which I found unprofessional and disrespectful. I decided not to proceed with the hair service, but the receptionist quickly found another stylist for me. I appreciated her efforts, however, the hair service itself was just average.

It’s quiet and peaceful, the mani pedi experience was good their hygiene is also good in the salon, they have good offers and the prices are reasonable. Thid won’t be my last visit. They were very polite and welcoming

3.5/5The salon has cozy and comfortable vibes, the massage lady is 10/10 and shes super good and the classic mani and pedi is always perfect.Ive been going for their massages for 2 years now and the same issue is still going on & i am surprised that its not being tackled yet and zero effort is being taken to fix it.The sspa area is so noisy as i always end up hearing everything and everyone while getting my massage, there is no effort in making the massage room comfortable or relaxing from the staff, no candles, no nice or aromatic scnets, the spa music cuts off, and the room had tooo much light from the outside area that was coming through the door. I basically felt like i was doing the massage in the middle of the salon and was unable to disconnect from the outsideYes the massage was nice but was it relaxing!? Maybe not fully and its really disappointing that the same problem is still persistent over the years if anything its worse.Once that issue is tackled the salon is a hardcore 4/5

I was specifically looking for French style breathable polish. I had an important event to attend the next day. I already had an appointment elsewhere for this, but unfortunately, they didnt offer it despite my booking. Looking for other options on short notice, I was lucky to think of Glow365 as it was nearby and immediately called and showed up for the perfect polish service before their closing time. It was exactly the breathable French polish I wanted, and they even fixed a broken nail I had with extensions. They saved my day! Sooo happy to have visited them.

My favorite place to do both my nails and hair, the staff are very nice and friendly. Plus they have good offers on holidays

I really love coming to the salon for pedicures and manicures, the atmosphere is top notch. I love doing mine with Meshyl, shes too sweet and her work is phenomenal!

Asked for Russian manicure, got a Philippina technician which was not confident at all, starting messing up my manicure ended up asking for a regular manicure, it took ages for the two technician to finish, not worth it at all for this price! Really ruined my mood that day .

Management is really bad. It’s not the first time they have a “miscommunication” when it comes to my own appointments. I’ve booked an appointment with Hasna on 5th of May and I have received two confirmations about it. Just before my appointment they call and say we did not know that Hasna will be on leave today. It’s not the first time that they ruin my appointments and I’ve been a client since 2 years.

One of the best salon experiences Ive ever had in a very long time! As soon as I stepped into the salon the staff was very welcoming, and I started with a manicure and pedicure. Marisol did my manicure while Joyce did my pedicure. They had amazing color recommendations and found the best alternative to the ideas that I had in mind. After my nail service I did a massage with Bee (who is a masseuse from Thailand) and I have no words to describe how immensely relaxing it was and the way in which she tended to my needs and how to tackle issues with my back.My last service was Sidr hair treatment with hair stylist Hasnaa. I was so happy to see her since she used to do aloe vera treatment for me before she left the UAE. Hasnaa has blessed magical hands and knows exactly what shes doing. Very professional hair stylist and always a pleasure to do my treatments with her. Highly recommend Hasnaa as someone to trust your hair with.

The hairdresser khawla is incredible. But the salon management is bad. Every time I book for a blow dry or haircut, the salon makes me wait for 45 minutes to get my service because other clients are late 🤦‍♀️Mani pedi is not the best, I would not recommend coming here unless you’re in a extreme circumstance 😬

I have known Luz for more than 10 years. She goes over and beyond every time she works with me. I have recently moved out of from Dubai but I come back only for her. Just last Sunday, I flew out for a day’s return flight to Dubai just so I could book myself in with her. She’s a credit to any salon she’s a part of. I love her ❤️

Quite literally the worst salon I have ever been to. our booking was for 7pm but they were late so we started at 7:40pm. I wanted acrylic nails done and the nail lady filed my finger instead of the nail multiple times. the nail work was not clean. the technique is terrible and the final result was horrendous. I showed the nail lady what I wanted before she started working and the nail lady assured me she knew how to do it; however, after 3 hours of work the nail lady admitted defeat and wouldnt do the nail art which was a simple smiley face. when communicating my concerns with management, my concerns were disregarded. In the end, management said I dont need to pay for the nails but she wanted me to stay and get acrylics removed at 10:30pm. Overall, a horrible traumatic experience. I would not recommend going there EVER.

I had awful experience with a hairdresser. The whole session was 35 minutes!!!A hairdresser was impolite and it seemed like she did haircut for the first time. Low quality and I had to go to another master in another salon to fix what was done at 365 glow!I don’t know why I paid for this. You guys need to check quality of your masters.Very sad that good looking salon has low quality service.

I enjoyed my time there and the mani & pedi was excellent. However, I gave it a 4 star due to shortage of staff. When I arrived, the pedicurist attended to me late as she was still on her previous client. Another point is the type of music playing (Rashid Al Majid) does not suit the ambience. I’d rather listen to classic music that suits the salon/spa setting. I’ll still come back to see if there are improvements as per comments above as I see potential in this place being my go-to salon. If these changes happen, I’ll be changing my score from 4 to 5.

Something that does not make sense because of the Esaad card or the Esaad discount. The owner of the card is my husband.. I mean, everywhere I go we use the card and it is very clear behind the card that the wife, children and parents use the card.. 👎👎
