I did hair cut and color. I told them to dont mix bleach. But they mixed. I saw that. Owner lady told to that. I saw properly.. after i told i dont want bleach one like they make new one.. but i dont know too much hair falling😭😭😭 i never recommend this place. I never go again. My hair falling too much😭😭😭😭

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Golden Beauty Ladies Salon. The staff there were excessively talkative and seemed completely disinterested in providing quality service. I visited for a hot oil massage, but it turned out to be the worst one Ive ever had. The therapist barely did more than brush through my hair, and it felt like a complete waste of time and money. Not only was the hot oil massage subpar, but even during the blow-dry service, the experience remained disappointing. The stylist simply brushed my hair briefly and proceeded to blow dry it without any care or attention to detail. When I inquired about the lack of effort, I was told that this was their standard procedure. Whats more, during my appointment, the stylist frequently left me unattended to engage in chit-chat with other customers, further diminishing any sense of relaxation or self-care. Given these multiple issues, I cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable beauty experience.

Very disappointing services and staffs are over talkative as they don’t interested to work. I went for my baby girls hair cutting and the lady was in a hurry to finish up and go. I feel like she didn’t do anything on hair and I wasted my money. Please don’t recommend this saloon and it’s out of Dubai’s customer care quality level.
