I had a wonderful experience at Gracieful Glamour Ladies Salon! I went in for a manicure and pedicure, which was on offer, and also did natural eyelash extensions at fair price. The results were fantastic! The receptionist was so welcoming, and the ambience was relaxing and chic. The staff were lovely, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Had the worst experience today in this gracieful glamour salon. My whole family is regular customers in this salon. But they are faking the prices of the services. I have done my hair rebonding, and all of my services from this salon until now. But today I went for a full face threading they are telling me its 40aed just because they dont have customers today. And in their services booklet the prices are different. It was 25 aed last time also. I dont know why they are loosing customers just by doing this childish things. 😑 And the phillipine lady who is working there is very arrogant. She is changing prices as she want. Doesnt know how to listen to customers. They have two different price lists just to change anytime they want! This is not accepted! (However Lakshi and indian lady is really good ♥️ ) Im very dissapointed! Worst customer service ever!!!!.

The salons friendly and welcoming atmosphere made me feel comfortable throughout the entire time ,although it’s my first time visit I feel I find the right place to pamper myself as always from now onwards.Hair dresser and nail technicians are very professionals .I am beyond satisfied with my experience and highly recommend [GRACIEFUL GLAMOUR LADIES SALON ] to anyone looking for fabulous hair and fantastic services .
