Noor absolutely ruined my hair! I was looking for a balayage and just a light toner on my roots to brighten it up but I did not want my natural roots to be changed and I made this very clear to him. He disagreed with what I wanted and said my natural hair colour ‘is not nice’. So instead he did what he wanted. My natural hair colour ended up going bright copper as you can see and my natural hair colour is medium brown. The blonde balayage was no more, he blended it to the point you couldn’t even see the blonde anymore. He told me it’ll be more noticeable when you curl it. I complained and they told me to come back to correct it - BIG mistake. He then dyed my roots BLACK to try and correct the copper and told me after a few washes it’ll go back to brown.My hair at this point had 3 different shades and it just looked absolutely awful. They even left the colour on my roots for so long that I felt my scalp burning. I was left feeling so angry and upset with my hair as it just looked even worse. I demanded to see another hair stylist to fix this mess that Noor made. Thanks god the other hair stylist brought my hair back to life, meanwhile, Noor was talking and gossiping about me in Arabic right in front of my face to another client as if I cannot understand him which was absolutely so rude and disrespectful. Instead of issuing an apology and admitting his mistake, this is how he treats his clients.Absolutely disgusting service and I will never go back to him again. Would highly not recommend!! I have spoken to many other girls who also had a bad experience with him too. He thinks he is a top hairdresser when infact he is just lazy and careless. I have never been so disappointed with my hair in my life and the fact I had to go back THREE times for it to be finally corrected by somebody else.

I have super long hair and am very picky about who cuts it—so much so that in four years of living in Dubai, I’ve only had a handful of trims. My hair as always was desperate for a trim so I had my feelers out for a hairdresser. When I saw Barry on Instagram, I knew I could trust him! He suggested adding small layers, and I’m so glad I agreed. My hair now looks amazing—flowing, easy to maintain, and exactly what I wanted.The entire experience was fantastic, from Barry’s talent and charm to the relaxing head massage in their super comfortable sinks. I also had my nails done, and the service was just as impressive. Highly recommend this salon—great service, a lovely atmosphere, and incredibly skilled staff. I’ll definitely be back!

I have been with Barry at Grafton Hair for well over a year now and will continue for many years to come. I searched for 2 years to find someone that can cut and colour my short hair. He is it!The salon is beautiful, the staff are wonderful, I have often had my nails done (highly recommend).Dont need nails whilst you are waiting for your colour to take, try a neck/shoulder or even foot massage. Absolute heaven!

Lovely salon with lovely staff. Received excellent service from the girls here- Marissa and Joy were so accommodating and were able to work on my curly hair perfectly. I booked for an extension removal, treatment, wash and blowdry- I am so happy! Their attention to detail and attitudes are great. 100% recommend this salon.
