Thank you so much I did an amazing henna today with the Artist Fawziya.I really recommend making henna with her she is very friendly and professional.

I got henna done here by fouzia she’s very cooperative and really talented henna artist , her work is amazing and neat , overall happy with results and experience

I came for a blowdry at Mizhar New West Branch. The branch was fully booked bookedFortunately, the head of hair department Rania was there and she was very nice to do my hair. ! The result was perfect’ when the operation manager passed by, she said hello and was very accommodating too! I will definitely come back! Highly recommend! ٦

I have done my eyebrows threading with Naaz and she’s amazing, i use to never do my eyebrows because of bad experience. But since i tried her twice i fully trust her work and never even doubt.

It’s literally the worst service ever!! I had to do a blow dry and a hair cut, the lady who’s doing for me GAVE ME THE BRUSH TO BRUSH MY HAIR! As per her: your hair is very dry you brush it!! Also she wasn’t in the mood at all to do the service I felt like she’s gonna hit me anytime!!??? What is this BAD AND WORST SERVICE! If they’re not doing their job PROPERLY OTHERS WILL! There are a lot who’s looking for a job with a good BEHAVIOR AND MOOD with minimum salary!

Had to visit the saloon for hair wash and blow dry but the ladies refused because and as per their policy they can’t wash hair with Henna!!! But if I wanted my hair the be washed I should use their Moroccan Bath, payed 150aed to wash my hair !!!Two ladies were standing at the counter hearing the conversation and were ‘begging’ them to wash my hair after seeing my complete desappointment !!! But it was a No No!Grand Flora will never see my face again and beside this review I am spreading this awful customer service .

I had very bad experience with 2 hairdressers yesterday with my daughters, they were supposed to have a basic haircut (bangs and trimming). It seems that both ladies were not in a mood or they didn’t want to put effort in a job that they are getting paid for. I have ended up to go to other hairdresser who tried to fix the haircut. My daughters are not happy and I am not satisfied with the results.

Would like to thank the henna section the lady in the reception is very friendly and have good customer service,, and would like to thank the lady how did my amazing henna her name is Fouzia.

❌ I tried the nail polish, it was bad even my daughter can put it better. The haircut was a nightmare and she cut my bang ALOT with more hair from the sides without even asking me how i want it or how to trim my hair! . My hairs looks weird and when i called i asked for the best person for hair cut and i got this. Nothing good at this salon ❌On top of that, they keep insisting and insisting for you to buy the products even when i said no 10 times. I hate this attitude dont force the customer. I dont have to buy from you or try your treatment. Just give the customer what they asked for. ❌❌❌

Before eid i called and asked until when the saloon working they said me until 2 am i went there at 11 pm for henna and so not professional attitude of the receptionists at the henna reception they wanted to leave fast so they asked me to pay now and come bak next early morning at 8/9 am 😕🫥And the manager there was telling henna s open and henna girls were saying no we are done for todaySoooo .. decide for yourselves first then announce timings or whateverAlso flora has become soooooo expensive for realll

Actually grandflora was one of the best salons unfortunately they are the worst now i asked for acrylic removal the one who has removed it was not professional at all it took me two hours for just removing and it was so painful i couldn’t handle the pain until three days my nails burning and hurting such a bad experience not coming again!

All good except that Michelle does not know how to manage staff and customers. I waited for nearly an hour for a service, however, she prioritized someone who came 10 minutes before me. When I asked her, her response was “which one, I don’t know”. If you don’t know you should ask !

My favorite saloon is flora and what I love the most is lashes done by naaz and eye brown done by zia 😍😍😍

The Henna in Eid doest become dark !! Very bad henna no color and faded ! This picture is in the second day of doing henna !! And its 126AED doesnt worth it!

The staff are very friendly and helpful which makes it more easier for the clients to communicate and express anything related to their services. They take special care of their clients. I don’t prefer to go anywhere else because of the regular staff in flora - Sheikha for wax and eyebrows, Amaria for hair and Daisy for nails. Their supervisor Ms. Sana is a pleasure to deal with. Very professional at their work and makes you feel special with their friendly welcoming smile. The results are amazing.

Me and my family have been coming to this salon for more than 3 years and there’s ever single service you can ask for. I only trust one person with my lashes, Naaz. She does them like no other and my lashes always stay lifted for more than 2 months it’s amazing. The Moroccan baths are so relaxing and the massages are always worth it. Noreen from the hair section is the only one I would go to and she always does the best job. Every wedding, party, even or even treatments Noreen is the one. Plus the manicure pedicures are really well and they just know what they’re doing. Jean and juuvy are one of the best two ladies that did my nails. Overall I’ll always come back to grand flora they literally have my heart.

Went for a haircut and manicure, for the haircut I got home to see that it was REALLY choppy. I got overcharged for a “haircut” when the lady herself told me it was a trim. Very unfair and bad. Not to mention that she didn’t do much to make it “look better” she just made it look worse, she even cut my bangs without consulting me and made them look uneven. As for the manicure, it was nice, both ladies who serviced me did a very well job.

Its very good salon for waxing services but its zero in hair treatment they dont have any knowledge about any treatment you are on your own if youre educated about hair treatments than only you can go and just take a service otherwise nobody knows which treatment is good for which hair type all ladies they just know the names for hair straightening treatment but if we ask why and is it good for my hair they dont know any details about it 😑 I was very disappointed they have very big department but service is not up to date 😔
