I came to the salon asked for gel polish she started doing my nails assuming she did a good job with patches on my nails and the gel color stuck to my skin did not even push my cuticle back to put the gel nail and I politely asked her to fix it few times she said I did my best ! It looks good !!! She just wanted me to accept my nails looking like mountains and leaving silently acting like I like it !! I asked her in a nice way if you cannot do it let someone else do it, because I was in the salon for two hours almost three I’m tired I wanted to leave, she started to get upset ! And she left my hand without any top coat and left she refused to continue and everyone else did not do anything they just ignored and let me sit there with my half gel on the nails not competed !! She’s shouting talking in her language just because all what I wanted is someone to fix her very bad work ! The reception standing by her telling me she tried whenever I ask the reception and ask the person that did my nails do you like your nails do you see it professional! She’s like I tried she tried everyone there trying to explain for her even though she is wrong ! And the manager does not even speak with the costumers by the phone for the complain everyone trying to cover her up not saying to the manager anytime but I did not pay for the gel service because I did not pay for incomplete hair this nail tech has blonde long her she is from Philippines ! Very rude ! I’m never coming back to this salon and I do not recommend this over prices for cheap work !

This my first experience with make up artist in Flora salon Alwarqa her name is Rana. She is a perfect make up artist I have deal with her ,She is polite, humble very organized, quiet and professional makeup artist really she is very, very, very nice make up artist thank you very much, Rana.

In this specific branch the prices are not fixed. Every time I do wash and blow dry they charge me differently. It started from 120 AED and increased every time till it reached 241 AED for only washing and blow drying. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

My favorite saloon so far, i used to try new saloons every time i want to do my nails because i never really like the service or the cleanliness of the saloon and the used tools and the technique is not the best. But now i always go to grand flora to do my nails, they have the best technique to clean the nails, the staff are so friendly and nice and every one of them will welcome you with huge smile and they accept any comment you give them and they take care of the customer so much. So disappointed with Saloons Ramadan timing. On Google time it is mention 9 am, at the door of Saloon it is mention 10 am and now its 11am the Saloon lights are off and not even 1 employee is visible and its pitch dark with only doors open. Please fix your Ramadan timing and make it public, I was waiting here since 10 am and there is no one in Saloon just doors are open with no single human. Very unprofessional. Waste of time waiting for your guys to open.

They all are very friendly, nice, warm respectful , cooperative and kind. They greet me with happy faces all the time. Their services are wonderful , great and exquisite. You should try their bedicure and manicure 💅 just fantastic.I got the best mani-pedi at This salon. They also provided me with beautiful treatments that everyone admires. I totally recommend pedi and mani section to all my friends and family. Ask for Lolita and G Ian they are perfect. They’re supervisor Teresa, she is fantastic and wonderful lady. I went there so they took high rate from me only for root touch up and applied bleach so my hair got so irritated. I told her to wash the colour was so bad and they charged me a lot only for root touch up

Costumer service below zero, they just answer yes to everything even if they don’t understand. 3 times repeated the services that I want to do over phone and in the saloon and was told by extremely rude staff “ you didn’t confirm what you want to do naa “ and walked away! Manager on duty was there, didn’t do absolutes nothing. Not sure if the previous Manager is changed because she wasn’t there when I visited , but she was much better when interacting with costumers. I guess this saloon is a living proof of the saying “you pay peanuts, you get monkeys “ ! Seriously overpriced, not clean at all, staff can’t put a sentence in English and rude on top of all!!! I must rate 1 star because the review can’t be posted otherwise, but not even a 0 is deserved! I doubt anyone reads the reviews , but I know for sure that am blocking this place from my list!

One of the worst experiences for henna in the three branches in Al Mizher two and the Jumeirah branch, the girls are rude and they talk, and when you try to choose from their designs, they will make the henna with thick lines and big and when I wanted to tell her please can you make it like the picture on the wall she throws the hena tell me this what she knew either I like, or I can go to another salon to make it, so I sit in silence and make her complete the hena but if they keep being with this bad behaviour the business will close

Where is your loyalty?! She doesnt even allow to use discount cards during this occasion, all clinics and sallons respect this special day and provide 50% discount for their customers out of showing their gratitude and loyalty to the country that made their dreams come true, and we as locals should not tolerate with Flora unloyal act in the National day of the United Arab Emirates.
