Big branch and a good number of staff. Require more organizing. I reached the salon and requested to have a seat. To my shock, they started giving out numbers to customers who came after me and completely forgot about me. When I heard they were calling numbers I went to the employee. they were still distributing numbers to people who came later. There was no apology, complete denial regarding number distribution. I had to remind the staff about when I reached there, how long have I been waiting, beg to get another staff to work on my 2nd daughter.Anyways, the henna design looked good.

Came in for light henna design for my 6 years old daughter and the price was way too exaggerated. Tried to negotiate for a discount, but no hope.Furthermore, the ladies in henna section are way too rude and lacked professionalism; to the extent that the henna lady spoke poorly of me and my little daughter in Hindi assuming I dont understand her. Very cheap behavior, as though those ladies are brought in straight from the street. Never coming back again.Obviously, I wont hide, henna work was neat and nice; but that doesnt cancel out the staff behavior

They tell you price and on the counter they changed it bad service every time they take more money and they argue with you with bad attitude

I came yesterday to do a hairstyle the lady was very nice with me but the hairstyle didnt last at all, i didnt pay for a hairstyle only for it to get deformed with 15mins and after I left the salon my mood was totally ruined

The service was not good. I came for henna and pay for both hands in and out. She took payment for that. I told her I want to cancel for drawing inside because the drawing was not good . The cashier said we cannot give your money back!!! How??? And I pay cash.. I think customer service must be informed for customer rights!!!! Not recommended at all . The worst admin of flora branches.

I come to saloon to shave my hair eyebrows and this the first and last time I will do in this saloon since no one informed me that I have to pay AED 10/- for razor … please do not cheat your customers… Why other saloons are not charging for razor… . I will complain to consumer rights… I can pay 10 dirhams for 12 pieces of razors … you have to put poster in saloon about the new razor that customer will be charged …

Only Sana threading section is very good, she knows how to perfectly bleach my eyebrows and do a nice shape, even though my eyebrows are really hard to shape and fix. That’s why I put three stars only because sana is good.BUTHenna section most employees are VERYYY bad, they don’t treat customers well, it’s as if you are the employee and they are the customers. The henna section employees get mad at customers, and they don’t even do the same design you ask for, and one hand one design the other hand different design. I never EVER had a good experience with the henna section NEVER!!

I thought i would receive a unique service according to the price being paid for a mani/pedi service , but it was below average. The technicians looks like they are overworked and exhausted and they keep running from one room to another so obviously they cant do the job from their heart. The interior is very basic and there is even no coffee or water being offered. The only good thing that i liked was the massage chair.One more point that i didnt like , is their supervisor who keeps coming and checking every now and standing on top of their head , its not a good image for the client and the employee.

I did Henna today for my hands and feet.. I didn’t like it the design is different from what i chose and they have all new ladies doing henna with minimum experience.. they made me pay anyway they just make discount.

Am more than 10 years customer and i have never regret to come to this saloon , all staff are friendly, however my favorite one is “ Firtuna “ from hair section she is the best in her job and soo frindley with th customer and knows what you want excatly and Maria from naile section she is my favorite naile specialist, over all i wish the saloon to give membership to old customers as priority customer to benfiet more , wish for flora all the best . Very good fast service for hair and many walk in customers and they can acommodate..alhamdulleah they saved me on Saturday evening i didnt find any salon to accept me to do my hair for wedding when i went i found them ready tp accept many customers. Praise be to God, they saved me. I could not find any salon that would accept me without a reservation for a hairdryer. On Saturday and at our wedding, I walked and found the staff ready for that day, and I know that there are guests and customers. Thank you for the excellent service. And the fast 👍
