As a customer I called to reschedule my appointment time and it was approved by the you, and it’s not my fault if the employee had not been informed in advance, simply if she don’t want she can refused the appointment🤷🏽‍♀️But today I faced a situation with one of the employees, and I consider this to be the worst experience ever I have had with them she was extremely rude, and she was not nice at all, while I was kind to her and always willingly gave her a tip, but unfortunately she does not deserve respect.The salon manager is a nice and friendly person, but unfortunately the employee did not learn from her to respect the customers herself.

I went two days before Eid for henna the prices were high and the service was bad..They gave us number and our number has passed they took people who just came instead of us and when we checked they didnt even have a number they said that they booked yesterday!! But when I called they said that first come first serve!!!

The reception staff are big liars, I booked appointment for morrocan bath and contacted me several times and changed my timings multiple later called me and mentioned that steam is under repair and broken when I walked directly to salon without saying them found out they lied, staff was not Sorry for there behaviour, this very bad and reputation damage..I will make serious complain to Salon owner about the situation happening in salon, Am customer since I was 15year old and this service.. it dont deserve 1star as well...
