Grand Flora Beauty Salon & Spa - Q1 Mall

I had the worst experience ever, i paid 262 Aed for a blowdry with curls in the end and it was the worst blowdry ever, the stylist Meseraat said it would stay for a week, lol. It didnt even stay for 10 minutes. I was so disappointed, i called the salon and they said thats what you asked for, they mean to say i will ask for a no blowdry hairstyle and pay 262aed? Very bad customer service i wish i could give them a minus star for it. I had to do a blowdry myself before leaving for my event.

I went to get a blow out showed the hairstylist a video on how to do it. She did something completely different and said that because my hair type was different. Even though I previously did my hair there and the other stylist was able to do it. The place has gone down hill. Don’t recommend

Am visiting the branch 3 times in a weekI always do my makeup with their professional makeup artist “Yasmin” she is amazing I’ve been with her almost 7 years can’t change her at all.Second: the adorable hairstyle “Meseret” no one can play with a hair like her she can do anything and style you want.Believe me ladies just try them ones and you will never go to anyone else.I just love them. ♥️

The lady who did my hands henna was just lovely, patient, and perfectionist! However the lady for feet henna was grumpy and did her job in less than 10mins and was so not perfect. I was charged 420aed for henna... I think thats a bit too much but maybe cause it was Wid so got charged more...

I highly Donr recommend you come here, especially for nail extensions. It was such a waste of money. Did acrylic nails and after few days the nails start falling .. their solution was to give me refill and make me pay even more. Yet again they started falling off and even sooner this time , the manager said theres nothing they can do for me lol. Do not do ur nails at this salon.

There price is very high , when i call them they said blow dry start from 100, they wanted to charge me 178 Dhs for straight blow dry , they put charge for washing hair , charge for using straightener, after discussing the price they remove the washing price , still at the end i pay 157 for blow dry and my hair is till shoulder . They highest price I have ever paid for blow dry !!!

The best person to wear makeup is Rana, Mashallah, it is amazing, neat and clean makeup.
