Disappointed! I came in to get Keratin bond and it hasn’t even been a month and my extensions are falling. The extensions haven’t been set in lines. They are all over the place causing tangling. The shade of the extensions colour do not match the colour of my hair. I knew something was not right when they didn’t even prepare the extensions for my hair. Each strand is soo thick it is pulling on my natural hair causing hair damage. People have spotted my extensions from a mile away because each piece has been positioned so badly and so thick. I would never recommend this place. For the price you pay here you can get 1 years hair extension supply for yourself.For people that haven’t tried this place but have seen influencers or celebrities come here. It’s all lies and influencers probably get paid to promote this and celebraties probably get the hair done for a day or two for the event. Do not get fooled by the name it has no professionals working here just some girls that they’ve hired from Asian countries for cheap cheap labour and trained them for a month and now they do hair lol. I can’t speak for the branch in America but would definitely not recommend Dubai branch. I’ve attached video and pictures for your attention. I have receipts in case they say it’s not their workAnother thing I want to note is that they don’t shampoo or condition your hair properly Normally a salon should shampoo your hair twice. They only shampoo once and that too when they wash they leave so much shampoo on your scalp causing dryness and itchiness.If you still want to visit this place and experience bad treatment then make sure to ask for prices before booking your appointment as they tend to make up prices as they go along.They will yank your hair and if you ask them to go gentle they will tell you your hair is problematic. If you want a blowout, they will do it in less than 15 mins but when you walk of out the salon the blowout would look as if nothing has been done.

I came here because of the reviews and previous amazing experience with Great Lenghts in Germany. But I can only agree with the latest review, after 1 month (!!) the first extensions kept falling out, now after barely 3 months I lost probably half the extensions and hair keeps falling out every day. Hair tangled very badly after a few weeks and I had to go to another salon for colour correction of my own hair. I wanted to get a nice blonde without extensive dyeing but the lady dyeing my hair was definitely not a professional. Official Great Lenght website says they’re working with newest technologies (like ultra sonic that I used to do in Germany) but they didn’t even offer it. Not recommending this salon.

Very disappointed by the prices today!!!!Can someone explain how a shorter length of extensions and less quantity is more expensive than longer ones ?I will never come back to this place I used to be loyal to since years now.I had a initial quotation that shocked me and been revised and still had no choice to pay at the end.

I am a loyal customer of Great Lengths for 3 years now. Although it is slightly more pricey than other salons, the results and consistency are worth it. I know that I will be happy with the results every time. Doris, who did my extension application, and Emma who did my keratin treatment, are amazing. They asked me all the right questions, were patient, and did a very professional job. The quality of the hair is exceptional, as well as the color matching and blending. They are also efficient with application so you dont have to schedule all day to get your hair done. The salon itself is bright and airy, in a villa, so you feel as if you are in your own home. I cannot recommend the salon higher.

The best salon ever, attention, care and credibility .. I have been dealing with them for many years and I wish we had a branch in Saudi Arabia .. The hair extensions are more than wonderful and natural and I can dye them without being affected. I love them because they are cooperative and work hard. Thank you very much. The quality of the hair is so bad always tangled I had it before in 2019 it was goor now i tried in 2023 the quality of the hair is so bad and always tangled i gave it a try one more time as the hair dresses kept on convincing me that it would be good anyways i did it again and I regret it so much because it’s even worse from the first week i faced issues with the extensions. I’ve been putting in different places and i know the quality from one another. I would say this is the worst of them all and definitely never again.

I have been coming to Great Lengths for nearly twelve years and whilst I have tried other salons on a few occasions merely out of curiosity, I always end up coming back here. Their extensions have the best hair quality and colors to choose from and everything is always available. The salon is spacious and elegant , in a great location which is easy to access , but more importantly the stylist are the most professional and experienced in the business and have been there for many years, which is very reassuring. Great Length really is the best in Town and I highly recommend them .

I come here often for a blow dry. Today I went for extensions and I am very happy about the treatment. I wanted more volume, and they give me exactly what I want. The people that work here are also very lovely, they listen to your wishes and are super friendly. I am very happy with the result and recommend this place to everyone!

I have personally been coming here since 2014. I used to travel from Milan to Dubai just to change my extensions. In 2016 when I moved here one of the things I was excited about it how close I was to great lengths! I have been wearing extensions for 15 years now and great lengths are by far the best. Not only in terms of quality of hair, but in terms of application. They look seamless.

I have been coming to this salon for my extensions for seven years and would not go anywhere else, always get an excellent service with Vivian who always ensures the hair colour matches what I like while providing her professional opinion if there is a better option. Wonderful salon would highly recommend it 😊

My first experience with Great Lengths was 12+ years ago. It was and still is the best place for hair extensions. The service is great, the colour matching of extensions with my own hair was perfect. Great Lengths will always be the ONLY place I go to for hair extensions in the UAE!

I would like to say at first that the ladies at the salon were very nice and respectful. The problem was that I wasnt informed about the fact that they dont work with other extensions other than great lengths before my appointment. I was never their customer, which I specified during the online conversation too, when I requested for extension removal and reapplication. This clearly meant that I had my own extensions already in place. Very disappointing experience.

I highly recommend Great lengths Dubai. Roxy is an expert and excellent professional and she matched my hair color perfectly. I was not happy with the fact that the hair was curly and the manager Mrs. Evelyn offered me a Brazilian blowdry and even to replace all the extensions free of charge which is a breath fresh air and shows the focus on customer unlike other salons in Dubai. Great quality of hair extensions, thick from root to end, with a reasonable price to their services. Very impressed with their staff as 3 were working on my hair to finish asap. I had my old extensions (not GL) removed, keratin done to my roots, new GL extensions placed all in approximately 4 hours.

I did keratin Extensions here... stayed for more than 3 months. It is expensive a bit.Unfortunately the hair were shedding more than usual. They said that I should have inform them at first itself

I am really disappointed with great length salon,, I booked an appointment few days ago for today (Friday) with roxy and this is not my first time here ,, They called me yesterday and confirmed my appointment at 3:30 and I said yes ,, I came today and the receptionist told me that roxy will be few minutes late then after 25 minutes still she didn’t come then I asked she said she needs extra 30 minutes to finish another client!!! Ok what about me the client who has an appointment and came on time !! I told them if she will not start me now I am leaving and they said that she can’t leave the client so if the appointment before was I am the one who should sit and wait for an hour!! This is so disrespectful especially that I cleared my schedule today for the appointment then I come and they tell she is not available wait for an hour,, I left the salon of course and I am very very disappointed ,, Look for a salon that respect its clients and not let them wait for an hour

I was here with my wife for the second time and we think the staff could be more friendly. The Location is very good and Saloon is modern, but for that price the treatment could be better. We Hope others have more luck.
