Did my lashes here, pretty happy with the result. Very natural. I can tell the technician lady really put in effort and her time (2 hours including removal), she also constantly checks on my opinion.Saw a few ladies doing their nails here, maybe i will try manicure next time. Overall I had a good experience.

Very disappointing! Waste of time! I did eyelashes and it started to fall off on the second day ! Then I messaged to salon same way as I did booking and they even didn’t bother to reply or apologize. I will attach the photo after 1 week eyelashes. 1 week and it already looks like disaster. Don’t waste your time and don’t believe photos in their instagram.

Fantastic salon! The personnel is polite, knowledgeable, and punctual. My gel nail extensions and classic pedicure both lasted for more than 30 days, demonstrating the excellent quality of their work. Ive been here twice now, and I really love it. Highly recommended !

I have specifically booked a particular nail technician, but when I arrived at the salon I found out she is busy with someone else and lady that was doing my nails didn’t know how to use nail machine for cuticles.I have booked mani and pedi together, but after starting my pedicure, the lady have left to accommodate walk in customer. So by the time my manicure finished, she was still working and I left without nail polish , because I allocated time for this services and cannot afford to spend all day in the salon.

Highly recommended. The staff are really friendly. Every month I do my nails and they always meet my expectation. Special mention to Lezel her attention to detail is superb 👍

Very bas experience with the lady that do hair , i called her to see if she have availability right away she said she has availability after half an hour, i go to do my hair she said she cannot because she accepted another lady and she start to shout . Very unprofessional and disrespectful . This happened after being a loyal customer since day this salon has opened and sent multiple of my friends to them

The ladies at this salon and spa are courteous and friendly. I was the only client on a Friday morning and it felt wonderful! I had the gel mani pedi with Bio Sculpture EVO range. The best application and care of a gel manicure I have had. My nails didnt break once the polish started to peel 7 weeks later. I am looking forward to return and have them pamper my nails again.

Just had my eyebrows threaded. Asked for a tidy up but she decided to thread all the little amount of hairs I had on the end of my eyebrows. Good thing is I have microblading done. Perhaps that’s why she thought she could thread the ends off. So out of 8 years of getting my eyebrows threaded this is the worst experience. I rated them 2 stars only because I haven’t tried any of their other services and do not plan to after today.

Owner is extremely nice and friendly. The services are quite good and prices are fair. Would definitely go back

Got my hair straightened (Afro hair) the ladies at the salon were pleasant and the place was clean and welcoming.Gave 4 stars because i think they could me more inclusive... maybe include an afro treatment

I love love love this hair colour... I’m highly allergic to chemicals but this one has all my vote. Organic color and friendly staff ♥️ I’ve done it a year back and it’s still strong with vibrant strokes ♥️♥️♥️♥️ try it to believe it ♥️

Always good but, for an unknown reason they incremented AED 50 for the root color. That is too much.

This company does fraud with the staff, gets the staff to work and does not pay money, experiment with the clients by keeping the staff.

I did a consultation with them and I also asked her for wifi. One time she did not know how to do wifi and I tried with her to repeat and say anything, dear. I returned to the hotel and decided to go back to her 🥲
