Ive never been said NO to by a hair stylist before. WHICH IS A GOOD THING. I went in there to fix my brassy graying hair only to be surprised by a well blended goodness of colour. I love it so much! Driving to Salah was worth it - he was attentive, straight to the point and bluntly honest for my own good! His team, esp Saqib, really took good care of me. Shout out to everyone at Grove Salon and thank you, Salah for not disappointing a first time client 🙏🏼😊

Exceptional.From car park assistance to end result, Salah and his team are amazing. After booking the appointment you receive directions to the free parking provided by the salon and the receptionist swiftly came to greet me at the elevator once I had arrived. Salah always manages to show his wealth of knowledge and passion in the industry communicating from the start what can be achieved realistically while keeping your goals in mind. I had the pleasure of meeting Crystal throughout my time there who is a lovely lady and no doubt a great asset to the team. Keep being amazing and I look forward to returning again next time.

I recently visited Hair by Salah for an anti-frizz treatment, and I’m thrilled with how it turned out! They took the time to do a test on my hair beforehand to ensure the treatment was a good match, which I really appreciated. In the past, I’ve had treatments that didn’t work well, and my hair texture usually got the blame, so this extra step made a big difference 🙂Now, my hair is so much easier to manage, with no frizz!! I also love that Salah is always upfront about what to expect and then follows through every time. The whole experience was great, and I’m already looking forward to coming back for a color consultation soon. Highly recommend!

I Visited the salon in december after seeing they had good offers advertised on the instagram and seemed really profession and high end, just to experience a disaster. I would never usually go out of my way to write a bad review but I am still suffering til this day over the mockery they made of my hair. The story started when i walked in to the salon there was a lady called NADLI i asked her about the offer that stated new year offer she said in a very rude tone that new year means beginning of January and the offer is not valid 2 days before new year .From the moment i stepped in that salon i knew i will step out unhappy because of the way it started.But i told them i will pay the original price cause im already here and i don’t have that much time to go and come back.After they’ve seen my hair they made me pay first then signe a statement that no matter what happens to my hair they are not responsible.I would never signe that statement if it was a hair color or hair cut .I thought with the hair treatment nothing would happen.So they started applying the product on my hair and i felt a burning sensation on my scalp i informed them they said no it’s normal.They washed my hair and i still feel that my scalp is hurting.After 3 days of the treatment my scalp started to peel badly and all my work colleagues noticed that.It was so embarrassing and uglyI went back to the salon the owner came and checked my hair the first thing he said that they are not responsible about any allergic reaction that might happen.I said this is not allergic reaction i seeked another hair stylist opinion and he told me that the product was applied on my scalp ,They should leave 1/3 inches between scalp and starting of the product,So what they did they applied like a calming product on my scalp and they washed my hair and they said it’s normal you don’t have to worry about it .I texted the receptionist and i told her that the product was applied on my scalp i want a refund for my service because it was done in a wrong way .She simply said u signed the form and we are not refunding then she blocked my number.Im already complaining to consumer rights and they asked about a report from DHA that i got already .I don’t recommend this salon at allIm still suffering with the scalp peeling after one month of the treatment .

The whole experience was just amazing. The place is so comfortable and relaxing. Salah and the team are absolutely incredible! They work very efficiently. Salah listened to what I want to achieve, gave me his honest opinion and explained everything step by step, asking if I’m comfortable every now and then. I’m loving the balayage and the blend they’ve done with zero damage to the hair.I have been to many prestigious salons in Dubai and they have all told me my previously black dyed hair cannot become lighter.So happy to finally find a salon where I can feel comfortable and get the best service. I have been following their instagram page for quite some years now and have been always wanting to try their colouring techniques- but it is a bit expensive and always dropped the idea, however wanted a birthday makeover and to my surprise they did a perfect job. They are welcoming and make you comfortable- Salah inspected my hair personally and asked me my reference picture of hair colour inspiration. He informed the pros and cons and did a patch test- unlikely other salons who just say yes to every service- Salah and his team were very professional to understand and cater to the needs.After doing the test- he informed me about the damage and the possibility of not achieving the colour- whether it is paid or free he was knowledgeable to inform me about the good and bad points about my hair and the result. However, he saw me disappointed and offered me other option to colour my hair - Agreeing to go with a different colour- the process almost took 7 hours but every second was worth it. Love the colouring technique, the colour blend, the shades and the way he did my hair- his colourists are also professional, Hair was also set perfectly. Definately a 5*! You wont be disappointed. Definately recommending it to other people, you can go there blindly and know he will offer you the best service with the result you want or even make it better by offering you a second option!Thanks Salah and his team!

I came to Hair Creators for a cut and blow dry. The service was exceptional! Diana did my hair, she asked me every step of the way if Im fine with the hair length, it made me very comfortable and relaxed throughout. I would highly recommend everyone to try them. Hair by Salah has been my go to salon for the past year. I loved my hair makeover by Azer and always trust him to create the most amazing hair color for me. He considers what would work best for me and recommended suitable cuts and colors whenever I go for a cut or color. I appreciate the ambiance of the salon and its cleanliness, as well as the comfort provided with their facilities. I can say that they are an expert in their field and they do things efficiently with multiple hands working on you. Kudos to the team particularly to Aizer and Nana for doing an amazing job! I highly recommend tgem and will be back soon.

Worst salon experience of my life. The owner/stylist has the worst attitude. Salah only consults then disappears the rest of the 7+ HOURS you’ll be at the salon. They make you sign a waiver before even starting the service so you cannot complain if your hair gets damaged or turns on completely different than what was discussed, which is what happened to me. I came in looking to fix my roots on my already blonde hair. Not only did I sit in the salon for over 7.5 HOURS but he turned my blonde hair into a dusty brunette color. I explained to him that its not what I like nor what I wanted. He did not care to address the issue and in this salon the owner is always right, not the client. Save yourself the time and money and go to a different salon. Here you’ll be met with attitude and the results of your hair is 50/50, it either comes out okay (but never what you asked for) or it comes out horrible.. all at your own risk.The salon has RUDLY attacked me on WhatsApp regarding my claims. I have provided photo of how horrible, uneven, and yellow my hair was after your services. Very rude, very unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue they want to throw blame onto client. Save your money and go elsewhere. Cause if you don’t like what they do they will attack you!

I had a hair makeover today at Hair creators with Azer and it was absolutely brilliant!He followed what I asked for on the dot and took such good care of my hair remaining healthy while blowdrying.He gave me many recommendations also for my haircut to ensure I get the closest thing possible to what I want to achieve while being able to maintain it on my own later.Also the salon is clean and beautiful! 😍I highly recommend them and it definitely won’t be my last visit 😊

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Hair Creators - Hair by Salah. Salah and his team are the most professional. From consultation to the end result, Salah gives personal attention to each and every client in the salon making sure the results are satisfactory. They give a detailed overview of the service and the price quotation is given before the service starts so no surprises in the end. Even for a small service like root touch up, they give proper attention. Apart from this, they never force you to get a service done. They will suggest but never push for it. Salah always gives an honest advise at the time of consultation and explains in detail what the procedure looks like and what colour can be achieved to the hair according to the condition of the hair and many other factors. Absolutely loved their professional attitude towards all the clients, giving respect and equal attention and treatment to all.

Horrible Experience ever!Hair Stylist Ruined My Day by his rudenessToday I had the unfortunate experience of visiting Hair by Salah, and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I stepped foot into the salon, it was clear that they lacked any sense of customer service. However, the worst part of it all was the deplorable behavior of the hair stylist Salah.To begin with, the stylist seemed disinterested and unengaged from the get-go. I had high hopes for a relaxing and enjoyable salon experience, but those expectations were quickly shattered. The stylist barely acknowledged me and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. It was evident that they had no interest in providing a satisfactory service.What made matters worse was the stylists rude and condescending attitude throughout the appointment. They belittled my hair concerns and disregarded any input I had regarding the desired outcome.Their dismissive behavior was insulting and left me feeling disrespected and unheard.Thankfully I didn’t get Balayage done from the salon and I just walked off after testing my hair.Save yourself the frustration and seek out a salon that values its customers and has competent staff.

I cannot recommend Salah and his team enough. Started off with a consultation with Salah - we discussed what I wanted and he made sure I was well informed and happy to go ahead with my hair makeover, making sure the products used were gentle enough (my hair was the darkest of browns and I wanted to do a beige blend). The whole team were very warm, helpful and made sure I was comfortable. I love the results and would definitely be back.

Love Julie! She worked magic with my hair. I will follow her wherever she goes to do my hair. However, they are still weirdly passive aggressive with the way they ask you to pay. E.g. first they ask you to sign a 2 page waiver on WhatsApp saying no matter what the end result is, you agree to undergo the treatment..And they make you pay in full before they start the service.. Made me feel angsty, like they aren’t confident in what they do and they have had bad experience with some treatments. So they are trying to secure the payment.. Anyways, it was a good experience for me in the end, so alls good..

I recently visited the salon for a hair coloring appointment, and during the visit, the stylist insisted on applying an anti-frizz treatment, despite my concerns about its compatibility with my hair. Its essential for salons and stylists to prioritize the well-being of their customers and use safe and suitable products.I hope sharing this experience can help others make informed choices when selecting a salon or stylist for their hair care needs.

Im a bit late in writing this review but I thought its important I do. My first visit to the salon was last year and I absolutely loved their entire service. I would highly recommend all the team, they communicate and make you feel very happy. Salah advised what is the best thing for me and not whats expensive which I believe is very important while establishing customer relationship is to give the customer the right information and not just for the business. He is a lovely and amazing person and the entire team was also left a good impression. Extremely disappointed with my visit to this salon todayI was attracted by an advertised offer for a hair color service, but upon arrival, I was misled. Despite confirming with the hairstylist(Salah) on Instagram, I discovered he wasn’t the one performing the service. Instead, an inexperienced individual, who had trouble communicating and lacked knowledge about hair, was assigned to do my hair. When I expressed my concerns, the hairstylist demanded double the price if I wanted him to intervene. This inconsistency between the advertised service and the reality, along with the unprofessional behavior, was utterly disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this salon based on my experience.

In the spirit of Ramadan, Hair by Salah generously provided a free hair cut and blow dry on two entire days. I was lucky enough to book one in and the entire experience was fantastic. My hair stylist was Mustapha who was friendly and took the time to understand what I was looking for. The staff were warm and welcoming and I am already looking forward to my next appointment there. :)

Took appointment for hair color through watsapp. Since it was my first experience, I was having difficulties in deciding the color, but Mr. Salah helped in choosing the right tone of brown. It was perfectly executed by the team and I am happy with results. Perfect blend to my black hair.

I have always wanted to dive into the world of hair extensions and I finally did try them at hair creators by Mr Salah.The results and after math of everything that mr salah did ended perfectly. I feel more confident now with how my hair being long and thick.I did tape/ invisible extensions and it literally looks like it’s my own hair. I would definitely recommend if you ever wanted to try out hair extensions for the first time. I will definitely be re visiting them when I need to get them retouched.Overall the service and the staffs were very kind and made me feel comfortable.They as well guided me on how to maintain my extensions well.I will be looking forward to visiting them more often too for other services such as hair color and styling.Thanks again to mr salah and his team.

Ive tried many different hair saloons previously but since I have visited Hair by Salah, I honestly dont even look at the price anymore considering the quality and value you get from here. I had some really bad colouring on my hair from a previous hair saloon and so professionally they treated that. Amazing professionals and your hair in their hands becomes a masterpiece. I also love their hair colouring shades and Salah is a genius. Definitely recommended!

I had my best hair colouring experience in Dubai. The entire team is very professional, and not only they met my expectations, they went above and beyond it.Its not only the fact that you really get the colour you want, but the attention and care to get a healthy hair.Im very pleased with the results and I highly recommend them.🤍

Salah is disrespectful and is not honoring commitment. The aura in this salon is very awkward.From the experience in the salon, they do not take criticisms but still, let me leave this honest and detailed experience here.1. They provided a quotation but charged me more than that. On top of that, they added another paid service without informing me about it first (e.g. blow-dry).2. I booked for Salah, they confirmed it, but on the day itself, they informed me that Salah will not be the one to do it because he only does services for his models. He will only provide consultation, and for that, you will have to wait for him to be available first (even if you booked an appointment). It is okay if he cannot do it but you should have informed me beforehand.3. I availed their hair coloring services. I was quite happy with the color but my hair became very dry after few washes so I contacted them to ask what treatment would they suggest for my hair. I came back to the salon and availed the treatment, paid for it (and it’s not cheap). Unfortunately, after just one wash, I have noticed that it did not help so I immediately took photos and sent them. I was asked to come back to the salon, and there they have discovered that the treatment they have suggested was not actually appropriate for my hair type.4. They promised and we had an agreement that they will provide services to compensate the mistake (Point #3). I was informed to come back once my hair color has faded since the services include hair toning. I booked another appointment for this, I have sent the screenshot of our agreement as a reminder (their staff acknowledged it). On the day of my appointment, Salah refused to fulfill what was promised (so I basically wasted my time going there). He just refunded part, not even the full amount of what I have paid for. He did not even apologize for what happened to my hair and he refused to to address the issue.5. They invest in models and social media to attract clients but in reality, the experience that I had and the quality of services are not similar to their attractive posts. So disappointing!I trusted this salon. The issue could have been solved professionally yet what I received were insults and foul words and I cannot just forget that.

Hair by Salah is my go to hair salon, I bring my daughter here and I will recommend it to everyone! It’s definitely run by a professional who is genuinely passionate about his work.Salah understands hair, texture and colours incredibly well. Salah takes the time to consult with you on what you would like to get done and has a try and test approach before the final hair decisions are made. His feedback is brutally honest and as a client may take you back initially but if you trust his work and go with his recommendation, it really work out well and you walk out with astonishing results. Salah gives you what you want and and not what you think you wanted.His team work very professionally, know what they are doing and are always very precise in following his instructions. The actual salon atmosphere is very clean, brightly-lit, modern and accommodating. I can see they are taking every precaution to ensure social distancing and standards of disinfection in the salon.If you really care about your tresses, and have had enough of commercial salons, give Hair by Salah a shot and you’re definitely in good hands!

I put off posting a bad review because I got my hair done by another stylist at the salon that I did enjoy. However when he was out of town I got my hair done by salah.During the entire process he was extremely uninterested and after paying extra money to have my hair done by him. He did 1/3 of my hair and left the rest to his other staff.I first only asked for highlights and they proceed to state that for best result to dye my entire hair (I was already fully blonde) they over processed my hair, my blend was so terrible the banding of my hair 3 months later was the worst I had ever seen.And don’t be fooled they will make you sign a consent form that you know the risks of your hair health. However in my entire life of dyeing my hair I had never experience a salon over processing my hair for a money grab (dyeing every inch of hair more blonde instead of just adding root highlights that I asked for)At the end when I clearly was unhappy with the final result because the blend was so bad at my roots and his other hair dresser could tell & he agreed with me but when salah came over he brushed off what I tried to tell him and honestly seemed like he couldn’t care less.I don’t know how this man owns a salon with the LONG list of complaints about him at this point. Maybe just stick to social media and stop ruining peoples hair and days salah.** To reply to your response you clearly don’t even know which customer I am. because I got my service at the end of July and again I’ve never been back EVER or would request a touch up from a place with so much disregard for its customers. How insane of a business to tell people who had a bad experience with you that they’re lying. When in fact you’re making up stories, this is proof you can’t take any feedback thus why so many 1 star reviews. You can’t even apologize or own up to the wanting to do better.Also for everyone they charge before you even get the service done because clearly there have been multiple occasions of people probably hating the service they get.

All i want to say is that Salah is the magician in hair colouring world 🤩 I am so happy with my new hair thanks to Salah and his team at DIFC branch. He not only listened to my ideas of hair color but suggested the best according to my hair health/ type and skin tone. He was so humble and attended all the clients himself. His team is highly trained and professional, they don’t compromise on quality hence use professional and quality products leaving your hair beautifully coloured with no damage. Couldn’t recommend enough. Ps the salon is neat and clean with staff so friendly and welcoming, making ones visit worth.

Honestly one of the best services I have ever experienced throughout the UAE. Their staff was ever so kind and caring and their speed and professionalism was impeccable. Location wise it was perfect and the over all look of the salon was perfect too. Hey! So i got a beautiful hair transformation done from hair creators, the stylist was Salem…no chit chats nothing of the sort. The guy was extremely professional, he waited a long long time since its really hard for my natural black to cut down, then again with the toning he made sure the color is what we had discussed earlier, he told me how browns would make my skin tone dull and what colors should i opt for. Also helped me with my concern regarding the ppt hair loss and cuts that would help conceal the lost volume.Absolutely loved the end result, the cut the color the way my hair feels.

I must say this saloon is a game changer, This is the best saloon I have been to. They have amazing staff who takes care of you, beautiful saloon and the most talented Mr Salah who knows how to exceed your expectation. My hair was badly damaged with different colors and with that he managed to do sandy beige ash color and it just looked wow. Visited Hair Creators Salon for a quick Blow Dry and Haircut. Have heard great things about them and I am very satisfied and happy with the experience. The Space itself is so clean, very well designed, and they offer excellent services for any and all hair types and requirements. Their new innovative hair products, friendly yet professional staff and very well experienced hair stylists definitely provided the best service I asked for. Very unprofessional and horrible experience.I took an appointment and reached at the confirmed time @3:00PM and was informed that the makeover process will take 4-6 hours which I consent to it, also we have agreed to the price before we started as per their terms and conditions and the price included the hair creator work and the main hair creator (Salah) work on my hair. Agreement was as below:This service cost you 650 - 750 by Senior ColoristOr1000 - 1200 by senior colorist with Salah togetherOr1500 to 1800 by Salah himself1000 to 1200 Service was what we agreed on .. what happened was totally different story, the senior colorist was not senior a all he was new joiner who just started one day before and they handed him over my case to work on it without proper observation, also (Salah) who was supposed to work along with the senior colorist did not even touch or work on my hair as agreed before we started, yet I had to pay the bill including his work which was way more then what we agreed on (paid 1700)I spent almost 9 hours their and had the worst experience ever and will definitely never go back or recommend it to anyone ..

Today was my first visit to a hair salon in Dubai and to Hair Creators and based on friends recommendations and the posts and reviews on their instagram page, I decided to give them a try. It was an amazing experience!! The staff are very well trained, professional, and welcoming. I went for a haircut and I was a bit worried about cutting my hair short, but the outcome was amazing. I totally loved it! And even I didnt have to wait at all, the service was fast. I‘ll be coming again very soon to dye my hair :)

My hair was butchered- do not come here for a layered hair cut. I paid for their “master” stylist Salah but it was honestly one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever received. They did a wet cut and curled it so I didn’t notice until later. My hair is unblended and choppy. For the price and “experience” this was not worth the $

Edit: Replying to your comment the way you responds and what i can see also from the other replies you responded to it’s not diplomatic at all that you don’t accept people’s opinion and what is more surprising is that your reply is a general reply you don’t even know which client i am nor seeing my hair picture :) and replying to your question the part you tested before applying the product i agreed to however your hairstylist said it wont come to all my hair as there’s some parts can’t be the same, I accepted and told him its ok then i chose darker color and he said ok however he applied another style and color before showing me what it would be. And what is surprising is that you had an offer for 600 and asked me to pay more because you will use a lot of products to use it on my hair condition to get that color however it didnt come nearly to what i wanted nor you said that and you charged me for the extra charge at the end. To whoever is replying to the reviews it’s not professional at all you reply with such a way i don’t really appreciate it, It’s more of you attacking my issue than addressing it and i’m here saying my opinion and review regarding the service I received which i don’t think you can modify it from what you said in your replyWith full respect to the salon and good reviews. I don’t recommend it at all as you choose a color and they do different color and they tell you it’s you signed on that you cant get the same as the picture and you just find it’s a different color after the color has been applied on your hair not before then. Unfortunately I have been going to him for years, since he had his place in knowledge village then moved to paramount hotel and now business bay. it’s very hard for me to trust and change my hair stylist therefore despite many bad experiences I kept on going to him till this past weekend which was would mark it as my last time. Salah has an extremely bad attitude, bad salon atmosphere and worst of all he does not take constructive criticism well at all. He had messed up my hair twice before (both times turned out orange) and last time I paid AED 2000 to insure he is more involved in the process but to my surprise he barely came over and did anything to my hair and despite being at the salon for 10+ hours, front of my hair tuned out to be orange again. The next day I went for fixing and even though I have had purchased the highest package and now there is clearly an issue with the hair, he still didn’t fix the hair himself and gave it to the team and guess what? Instead of orange, this time my hair went white - I requested for a refund of AED 700 since the high package didn’t differ from the normal AED 1300 I usually pay and I still had orange hair, bad experience and at the end he refused to refund and acknowledge any wrong doing. Highly suggest to not waste your money and time and go somewhere else. It’s not only me, he keep on losing costumers for having the worse behaved towards everyone and for them not getting the results they want.Based on my own experiences for the past yearsSusan

Positive points: The consultation and service was good. Good teamwork and effort. Lot of care taken to ensure I was comfortable. Coloring and blowdrying was done with care. Health of hair was given utmost priority.Negative points: A couple of things I did not like about my experience was the hefty cost of the service, which was more expensive than what I was told on the phone when I asked, after sending samples of desired color and my natural hair. It is important to clarify the cost during the consultation itself, so that there are no surprises later.Also, when going back to ask for a retouch and/or further consultation, I found the atmosphere to be defiant and unfriendly, almost a bit hostile, which was a stark difference from my first visit. The only one I found welcoming was the receptionist. Not a good second time experience.

He is very professional and the best thing about him he is so passionate about his field that he would make sure that he send u home fully satisfied. I selected my own shade and gave him the picture. He made my hair exactly like that infact better than the picture. But then i didnt liked the shade on my face and he offered me to change that completely for free. Ash shade blend was done on my hair, i wanted shade blend with soft highlights, however i cannot see any highlights on the roots.My roots are all natural black till mid section of hair. Salon is good they understand color tones well, but dont fall for the offer. Also salah didnt even come and discuss about the color tone even once.

Salah is so disrespectful and unprofessional. He asked me to come as a hair model. I have extra long hair and in my whole life everyone has complimented me on the quality and thickness of my hair. Instead, Salah’s assistant told me I have beautiful hair. But the renowned hair creator salon and it’s chief Salah after seeing my hair were quite hesitant to colour my hair for but obvious reasons which are the thickness and length of my hair. My hair takes good 4-5 hours atleast just for hair colour. This unprofessional salon instead of telling me that my hair colour will cost them a lot and they won’t be able to give it as a complimentary service for a hair model. They told me my hair quality is not good and if they will colour my hair my hair will fall. This was so pathetic and absurd.What was more disappointing was that salah who was communicating with me all this while before visiting their store sends the receptionist to convey this message to me. Atleast have the courtesy to serve your clients well.Attaching the picture for your reference. Does this look like that damaged that it can’t be coloured. Such a pathetic salon. I will recommend everyone not to go there as salah is so unprofessional and too rude.

If you have already extension in your hair then this is not the right salon to go. They were frank to tell that I would get the color that I choose and recommended to add extension from their salon. However, they didn’t show interest to color it for me and exaggerated in the time required for coloring (around 8 hours) so that I wouldn’t do it there 😃They also add mask which I didn’t request (not full hair) which costs 300 and they didn’t explain the purpose or benefit of the mask

It was my very first visit at hair creators academy after a friend had tagged this salon on instagram. I thought to give it a go. But the high ego of the main colorist Mr. Salah was a big turn off as I have zero tolerance for such people with attitude problems. When I booked an appointment I was very clear about my services with him but I just saw him during my consultation & for the color application. After that I was taken care by a helper who didnt know what she was doing. She didnt look professional at all. She didnt know what color to achieve so she kept removing the foil and reapplying the color again & again that ended up in a lot of pulling on my hair. The height of confusion & tension in her work was to such an extent that I had to remind her twice for the coffee cup I had requested earlier. Salah had handed me over to such a person to get the final results on my hair. My color is so shiny on the ends & isnt something that one would ask about. If I would call someone at home to do the highlights maybe I would have received a much better results. After that Salah asked someone else to do my haircut & he didnt even bother to check with the client if she was satisfied with the results or not. He showed no interest in delivering customer service to its best. I wanted a haircut followed by a hair color wherein the prices would vary if they did that. But they first colored my hair and later cut it though charging me for long hair. The worst hair salons in dubai so far. Plus its a very slow salon. They need to speed up the process and try to deliver the best to the customers. I didnt even see one single person smiling & treating the customers over there . I had lined up 3 of my friends for their hair this coming week but unfortunately I would have to share this experience with all the people I come across with so that no one wastes their money and time going there. Best hairdresser in the UAE! I’m a regular customer for more than a year now, my hair is dark, they manage to make it blonde or very light without bleaching or damaging it! The service they provide is more like a five star hotel, staff are very friendly, they keep on checking on you if you’re comfortable, if the water temperature is good or if you want something to drink..ect. The best thing is that they keep informing you about the process and the status of your hair in every step. All these little details are driven by Salah, he isn’t only a professional hairdresser but also a protectionist at everything ! What I also like is that he taught all the staff to work just like him, which makes them all capable of delivering the same result. The first time I walked in, I was a bit worried when Salah left and got another hairdresser to work on me, but the result was just wonderful, that’s what makes this place different is that all the staff are good, there isn’t one best hairdresser whom you have to request, they’re all just amazing!

It was a very disappointing experience, I left the salon very sad with a very inconfortable feeling as I have been kicked out because I was concerned about my hair.I asked to have less than 50% of my hair bleached then Salah told me that he would rather not to do anything otherwise I will have to sign a disclaimerI asked for any other solution then he advise me not to do anything because the result wont be good anyway without bleaching at least 40% of my hairI came initially with a very bad color in my hair I spent days choosing the right salon took my day off because I really wanted to look nice and different I ended up with a worse color (because they did the root color only without applying a toner) and a very bad feeling, I dont think this is how you are supposed to feel after visiting a profesional beauty salon like Salah shop, Am I wrong?

My experience with hair by salah was absolutely lovely! The staff were so kind and made sure if I was ok all the time! My hair needed a major colour correction after being ruined by a past experience (though they are known to be a reputed salon but completely spoilt my hair and colour) and thank god I found hair by salah. My hair looks so nice mashallah and the blend is just amazing!! Like its the best balayage Ive ever gotten! For sure salah does magic to fix hair because honestly I thought I just have to wait until my hair grows out and then cut it. Sana is such a jovial and happy person around i totally loved talking to her! And Naseena (hope I got the beautiful ladys name correct) constantly kept checking on me if I was ok and comfortable. Sabeena was checking on me as well and was very kind to me. You can tell that she is a very skilled stylist because she answered all my questions in a great manner and even did a great job on my hair in the first half of my hair session. These ladies are lovely souls and of course the rest of the staff were a great pleasure to be around! My only regret is that I did not go them in the first place and went elsewhere to get my hair done. Nonetheless, now that i made this discovery I aint going anywhere else for sure!!!

Salah runs a tight ship at his salon. Coloring hair is a long and time consuming process, so they do their best to ensure everyone is operating as efficiently as possible to get you in & out, without compromising quality at any point. I went in for a natural subtle balayage and Salah delivered! Aiman was also amazing at checking in with my progress every step of the way to ensure my results were what I wanted. Highly recommend!

The place is a bit far away but oh my god I would definitely keep coming back here regardless.Salah is very knowledgeable, you can tell he knows what hes doing , he checks your hair type, textures etc and then tells you what he thinks would suit you based on your overall appearance. Unfortunately i had a bad experience with salah , after i gave a comment about my roots color he just turned his back and didnt listen to me as i wanted to ask him if i should do a toner so the color wont look too odd he just ask the hair dresser to dry my hair and let me go !!!! That was too rude and unprofessional at all !!although i was a client for 4 years and i liked what they did and the way may hair looked like but there were no RESPECT ! Hair color could be fixed but being unrespectuf is some thing that you really cant deal with or even fix ! Shame !

To be honest, employees were very friendly and the service was perfect but i didn’t like my hair color at all, i’ve showed a picture that was actually from the salon’s account so i believe it should be easy for them to apply it on my hair; i’ve repeatedly asked them to NOT make my hair color too light yet they didn’t listen. After the blow-dry part i’ve asked salah to tone my hair color and that i wanted it to be a little darker but he was stubborn and thought he knew what would look best on me, it should be my option and choice to choose what i think suits me and my personality. I couldn’t go back to fix it because it was my last day in Dubai. I lost 1000 AED for an ugly hair dye.

It is one of the best hair experiences I’ve had in Dubai so far. They did a beautiful job. I loved the color. The only thing I’d say could be better is their speed, but then again quality does take time.

Fantastic hair salon if you want to go to someone who is an expert in getting the right colour - the salon owner is a perfectionist and clearly passionate about getting the perfect result. I only had to explain once what I had in mind and the result was exactly what I wanted. The salon was really busy when I went in and now I understand why! No complaints at all.

Terrible experience, does not care about hair health, they totally burned my hair. Spent so many hours at this salon just to get my hair over bleached. When blow drying all that I could see was all hair falling on to my clothes and all this to end up having green hair. Had to go and get my hair chopped off at another salon the next day. It was beyond repair. Makes me sad to even give one star for this place!!I was just looking at all the other reviews, easily dismissing anyone with a bad review by writing “do we know you??” shows what kind of a place/person you are!!
