Hello Hair by us! I visited your salon yesterday to change my hair color & it was absolutely perfect for me! Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality & service! Everyone was friendly & a shoutout to the owner Wasim who made my hair look amazing for the upcoming fall season! I’ll definitely visit your salon again! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a fabulous hair transformation! ❤️❤️❤️

I was referred to Dani by a friend and contacted him via WhatsApp to explain my hair situation. My hair was black, I had bleached it, and it turned light, but I wanted a chocolate brown color. He confirmed that he could achieve this, so I booked an appointment.On the day of the appointment, I arrived, but the receptionist was surprised to see me as I apparently didnt have an appointment in their system. After showing her the WhatsApp conversation, she called Dani, and it became clear that he had forgotten. He arrived 30 minutes late.When Dani finally arrived, I made it clear that I did not want black hair and emphasized that I wanted a brown (chocolate) color. He reassured me that it wouldn’t be a problem. After that, he went inside to mix the color, and that was the last I saw of him. Another stylist applied the color, washed my hair, and did the blow-dry. I had to ask them to call Dani back to check the color, as I could see it turning black.I left the salon angry but didn’t say anything at the time. The next day, I sent Dani a picture and asked him if he saw brown because that was what I had asked for. He responded that it would get better after the first wash, which I found completely unprofessional. He also claimed he had mentioned that it might turn darker, which he hadn’t, as I would never have agreed to that. When I expressed my frustration about only seeing him briefly and having someone else handle everything, he rudely responded that it wasn’t my business where he sits or what he does, claiming his 10 years of experience.This experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing, and I would not recommend this salon.

Don’t really write reviews but I had to for this one. Extremely kind and professional from the start to end!! Very attentive and listened to what I wanted!! Loved my hair colour and cut especially for someone who is picky. I can’t recommend this place enough especially for colour! All the stuff were very handy and helpful! Definitely will visit again!! P.S Wasim knew exactly what I wanted and delivered to perfection!Thank you.!

I’ve been doing my hair with Wasim for around 5 years now! He’s the best in highlights and haircut. The best thing about him is that he won’t touch your hair if it is damaged, other salons will just do any color and rob you

Came on time and waited for more than 15 minutes for the specialist (Wasim) to come, he was not friendly nor welcoming at all. I asked for a few highlights with roots color and toner with haircut. He did the roots and they took me to the basin where they did the rinse and then he told me that he cannot do highlights and started saying that my hair is damaged (which wasn’t true, it was frizzy because of excessive rubbing with shampoo and rinse with very little conditioner applied) then he told me he already applied the rinse and I said I feel like my hair still has a copper reflection which apparently made him feel offended!! I asked what would he recommend to better improve the condition of my so-called damaged hair but he refused to even suggest any treatment. When it was time to blow dry my hair the other person wanted to directly brush and blow dry without applying any leave in or serum. I don’t feel like this was an overall good experience and it’s definitely the first and last visit to this place.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Richard and Sako on the day of my appointment. I am pleased to say that they both did such an amazing job. Richard is an excellent colorist and Sako is very talented in styling. Overall they created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend them both.

EXCEPTIONAL! I got highlights with Wasim and Melad and I am so happy with the results. Wasim was very honest during the consultation and recommended the right approach to minimize hair damage.Thank you to the team. I love my hair!

If you want to go to a salon that will give you the results you wish and even better, then this is the place! They are all amazing and never failed me down! And on top of that, the owner Dany is the greatest ever! He dedicates the time to take care of all the customers and he provides you with the best advice. And the staff are so nice!Very recommended! I would give them a thousand stars not only five!

The entire team is nice and welcoming.They treat clients like family !And the blowdry lasts for days !!I colored my hair here for the first time with Wassim and I did no maintenance on it and it’s been more than 6 months 🙏🏼 Still looks amazingWish them all the best ! ❤️

Decided to try this salon as I saw it on instagram, made my appointment with Wasim. I drove 30 minutes to get there just to be told they cant do my hair because I dyed it black 3 years ago. They should ask these questions before making an appointment, I wasted my time and its so hard for me to leave my daughter and go for an appointment. I ended up going to a salon near Arabian ranches and my hair it turned out perfectly fine. Seemed like Wasim was too tired and didnt want to put the work in. Was very disappointed. Will not recommend anyone to go here.

I have been to the salon twice now. Once for a color correction which was great and again for a cut which was not great! I had Wasim who I believe is an excellent colourist however its disappointing he makes you feel like he is being forced to work on your hair, never smiles and makes 0 effort to make you feel welcome unless you are an influencer!The salon itself is nice but not at all welcoming, no one even offers a drink, smiles or checks on you when you are left waiting for long periods. I was left waiting for a blow dry for over 15 minutes and then the stylist changed 4 times!!!!

Best hair salon in town. They are all polite and professional and the atmosphere in the salon is great. Houssem and Dany are friendly and able to give good consultations for the best-suited hairstyles for each individual.The rest of the team are just amazing too!

I cant even begin to describe What an expert WassimAnd his whole team are. He is gifted and has an eye!!! This is the only rime ive ever achieved my dream hair colour and goals. Never letting anyone ever touch my hair again! The place is very clean and they are taking covid precautions, everyone is so friendly and its a welcoming environment! I have lived in Dubai my whole life and never encountered a hair salon consistent with its service and stylists. I used to fly to Beirut every time I wanted to color my hair or get a simple hair cut. Until I found this hidden gem! And until I found RICHARD and HOSSAM! All of the others are good too, but these are the two that I do my hair with. Ladies, look no more, this is Beirut quality hair salon in Dubai. Prices are reasonable in comparison to other ladies salons run by male hair stylists. Super professional, trendy and talented stylists work here. Book an appointment as it tends to always be full.

This place is truly unprofessional, I had wasim as my hair dresser 4 months ago. He wasn’t helpful at all with the consultation. He didn’t want to work with my hair and refused. He did the worst haircut with so much attitude. Didn’t make me feel good about my hair. Worst attitude , he treats all the influencers like queens . I definitely need a compensation.

The best service and the best professionals, the team is amazing, I honestly dont trust my hair to anyone else than Wassim, ❤️❤️❤️, Im not afraid to admit that its the best place to get everything done from blow-dry to comprehensive coloring in the highest level.

Mediocre service for the price, I feel I couldve cut my own hair home.I went to my appointment and waited about 20 mins to see someone.Once I saw the hairdresser (who was busy with 2-3 other people at the same time), he told me to stand up to cut my hair and had a full on conversation with one of the customers he knew (and this conversation lasted a long time while I was standing up). They cut my hair in not even 5 minutes, used a shampoo that is very unproper for my hair (made it seem very thin and lifeless) and finally asked me if I wanted to make it wavy. To make it wavy, they used a curling iron for 10 mins and put some hairspray that left my head scratching all night.This entire thing was a 15 mins job, leaving my hair more lifeless than EVER for a total of 230 dirhams. I felt like it was an overpriced McDonalds for hair.As my hair is thin, I expected them to use something to give it more volume or at least do a trim that can make it seem fuller.I have had good hairdressers who knew what to do.To be honest, I left feeling scammed.Never again.Thanks

So disappointed !!! I TOLD the Hairdresser I was growing my hair and wanted to keep the ability to keep a ponytail and that I just need the back part thinned out and some soft layers. He basically chopped my hair off !!! After almost a year of growing it ...... So pissed off and he didnt even say sorry or give me a discount. I told him exactly what I needed and wanted and he pretended to listen ....... And then just started cutting and chopped it off. He knew I wanted to keep a ponytail .... Want to cry - yet not worth it !!

I went to the salon to do my hair milad did an amazing job very professional and did exactly what’s I have expected the only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is the unprofessionalism of the receptionist , she is not customer oriented plus she dosnt listen to understand and solve the issue it very unfortunate for great amazing salon with great hair stylist

Dany’s the worse hairdresser. After only one week of his extensions and paying 2000 AED, they fell off and he refused to fix them. He was extremely unprofessional as well and racist. Only works on Europeans & Lebanese clients.

This is honestly the best hair saloon in Dubai, best service and best hair styles . And it is the most affordable saloon and honestly the prices are way lower than all other salons in Dubai, for such a service they deserve 10/10

The owners will do your hair! Their work is good but they are extremely rude 😂 they don’t smile they don’t chat they give you attitude! She is currently in this salon.. The way they deal with customers is rude to the point of laughter! I will try hair dye due to time constraints, but if the treatment is important to you, I advise you to use Amr Changzilla instead of these 🙃🙃🙃
