Wow! What a terrible experience I had. First of all the lady - owner wasn’t professional at all. She damaged my nails pretty bad 💅🏼 and left my nails on blood.Second of all, she charged me 150drh for regular manicure without even removing the gel polish. REGULAR!!! Enjoy the pictures.One of the worst time in my life!

Very professional and friendly staff.My hair was so damaged from previous salons, but in Hair Coloring ladies salon they managed to treat my hair very good.I love my hair color and the quality of my hair now. It’s healthy and shiny again.Even the nail station is amazing. They really know what they are doing and how to take care of their customers.Keep it up Shahlo. You are the best ❤️❤️❤️

Disaster . No wonder they always empty!!! 1st this funny system they always have to call to someone to confirm if that okay that they ll do services as per written on their board or no. 2nd will ask u million questions like ok u want to blow dry but u wanna wash as well ??? And so on , will make u feel like they do favour for u by washing. ( I understand jts probably come from management , not from the ladys who work in salon) and most important , they are not professionals at least at services which I asked. Was clear that lady dunno how to blow dry , was doing complete mess and ofc not what as promised

Experience really bad. give excuses and throw the responsibility to the client and never admit the mistakes they made! The staff who made lashes asked me and i told this was my first time doing it. but never explained to me the fee changes and never showed me the pictures about what it will be like. and also charge me higher prices without telling me before i do it. When i telling them about their problems and mistakes still saying they are not wrong and the staff shows like forcing her to apologize, and the attitude was really bad，the services that i experienced was treated me like a fool! even though at the end, they try to gave me 70 diharrm for different price but what i want is not money! just be honest and be brave to admit the mistakes they did! Earning money is important but learning to be a responsible person and a shop is even important! never recommend and go this saloon again! so arrogant and conceited staff!

Will Not recommend it to anyone .Been at this salon for hair treatment .Wanted to do hair mask or something light with wash and blow dry , Lady (her name is Shahlo if I’m not mistaken ) offered hair treatment with a best offer price for 600 aed and said that it will last for 6 month .SUPER DISAPOINTED ! After 1 month my hair is very Dry with split ends.

I am glad that I have finally found professionals in my field! The service is always at the highest level! Very nice salon! Friendly responsive team. It was the first time, but I will definitely come back again 🥰🙏🏻
