Hair Concept Salon - Marina Mall

Had an appointment 19.15h and arrived on time. Was told to wait for 30 minutes due to delay. Agreed to come back on 20:15h - same again. Totally not acceptable and will never consider this place again as I was searching for new reliable barber shop.I guess it is due to sales pressure to accept any customer and hope the best with the time slots. The 15 minutes slots they consider for their customers are a joke anyway, hence I believe this being chaotic every evening.Absolutely no recommendation!

It was very bad experience I made my eye brows and upper lip and the results was awful in addition I was hurt, bleeding, lip swelling, one of my lids already got blue.I blow dry my daughters hair 3 times before, the level is average I. 2 times and below average in one.I do not advise at all for females, however my husband is going to the male sector and they do a good jo.Thanks

Awful - cannot believe they call themselves hairdressers - booked a wash and blow dry for my daughter for NYE. Rough dried her hair to a fizzy mess , no heat spray almost pulled it all out when drying - wouldn’t even use clips instead had a girl holding her hair up and then used curling tongs? Seriously 15 mins later (total for wash and blow dry) 200 Aed - wow greed and laziness is eating up Dubai. They should be ashamed of themselves

Never ever! I just wanted a beard shave, but got several other services without really being asked. Instead of 20$ they charged 100$ in the end.

LOVED IT! Munir took the time to consult with me and explained the process of achieving what i wanted. He didnt try to act like a magician but made me feel very secure in trusting him with my naturally (VERY) curly hair. Thank you and i WILL be back

The lady at the reception says wait for the master, I wait and then ask where the master is, she answers, can I make an appointment for you tomorrow, today it turns out that the master has a day off. how is this even possible

My fiancee was really happy with her hair, but the experience was completely ruined by the over-the-top price. She was only in there for 45mins. and paid 1260aed :/

Arrogant staff with terrible customer service. Waited close to half an hour even though I had an appointment and arrived 5 mins before, only to be told that I had to wait longer. Meanwhile, people arriving after me were getting attended. Worst humiliating experience ever. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy even.

I loved my experience there everytime I go, I love Robert and the way he does my hair! Ill definitely recommend this salon to all my friends
