Good salon. The girls are professional with everything I did there. Eyebrows, nails, hair, massage. Had today my hair coloring/toning with Maggie, and was so happy with the results. Did also nails and the design was a recommendation from the master. Enjoyed it. Also their service is personal and attentive. They making sure you are ok, you are comfortable and happy. The manager is good in arranging appointments even if they fully booked. Recommend.

Pedicure with Maya was excellent. Very professional, soft, nails well painted. I will always book my appointments with her. Also Suscita’s service was impeccable. She offered me the most delicious chai tea. Thank you Maya and Suscita for your service

Brilliant service had balayage, haircut and extensions were coloured. I think it was nisha who did my hair i am so sorry if its the wrong name🤭 but she provided an exceptional service. Its my 3rd visit to this salon and i am always satisfied. Especially to Maggi she is the one who fix my hair, she is friendly and most of all very professional, she knows exactly what you want for ur hair and i love my hair now, tnx to Maggi. The salon is very clean and relaxing it is spacious. All the staff are very nice and friendly. It is a bit costly but worth it unlike any other salons, its maybe cheap but poor service and sometimes damage ur hair.

Had a root compuring and blow drying.She? Did well with details. That i did not expected as it was getting closer to closing time but no short cut, very satisfied. Thx Jin

Just wanted to share my personal experience at Hair craft Salon. I must share that all the staff are really nice . Shivani the manager, is very soft spoken and always addresses my whatsup immediately. Preet the hair specialist , is too good !! I just love her head massage during hair wash . Whether its the hair colour application or hair wash n blow dry...she is just perfect. For waxing, no doubting Maya is the bestest. Today i tried mani pedi ...Sonia u were too good. Just perfectly done..just how i wanted...Sonia has fixed my eyebrows too!! So this review is just to say thankyou for the efforts u all put in to make customers happpyyy😊

I had the BBO treatment at Hair Kraft Salon, and it was a truly pleasant experience. Despite hearing concerns about potential side effects like hair fall, I found it worked well for me. In fact, I liked it so much that I went for it again after 3 months. The staff, particularly Preet and Shivani, are exceptionally friendly, always ready to recommend whats best for you and easily reachable. They genuinely care about the condition of your hair and provide excellent suggestions. Thanks to you both for the wonderful job you’re doing every day.

They did a pretty decent jobs with the nails but disclaimer if you’re getting a hair trim done at hair craft salon.They don’t do hair wash, if you’re there just for a hair trim. Instead they will try to upsell full hair cut so they can do wash and set. Also they will ask you after being seated on the chair what’s the trim inch? If you say more than 1 inch, they will be apologetic that we just cover 1 inch in “hair trim” because of the amount being paid.And none of the information will be discussed over the phone. I had personally called and booked the appointment.

All of my experience with them has been amazing. Maya who does waxing has been excellent and does painless waxing...Bimla does eyebrows and pedicure and is extremely professional. Ms. Shivani who sits at the front desk, always finds a slot to schedule me no matter how late I am in making my appointments. Overall, they are extremely amazing and helpful and i would recommend this salon to everyone.

I am absolutely heartbroken and thoroughly disgusted with the treatment I have received today. I have been a loyal customer since they opened and have received over 15 treatments from them. But today when my mum went to book with them, they told her “do not bring your daughter”. I have psoriasis, a non contagious skin condition that causes my skin to flake. After spending over Dhs 15,000 in treatments and being a loyal customer from the start, I got the cold shoulder and harshly discriminated against. I am only 19 years old and looked forward to their hot oil massages despite the million questions about my skin and the looks of disgust on their faces just because I don’t look like other people and have something I can’t control. This is extremely unprofessional and this has taken a toll on my self esteem. I am so hurt that someone could treat me like this especially considering how often I went. I hope you understand where I’m coming from and never go to this salon. They made me feel disgusting and self conscious and I would never go back even if they begged me to. Stay away is all I can say! I would give less than one star if I could!

Absolute waste of money and health,None of the staff are specialists. They dont care what you want. They do what they want, from hair color to facial and gelish.1. They colourd my hair black when I wanted a light brown,2. They ruined my nails by making it so thin that it was almost reach to a point I would have no nails at all.3. The facial wasnt even a facial, she steamed my face for 5 minutes and massages my body and used cheap product that I had allergies to and my face had relation for 3 weeks, no only didnt clean my skin but also gave me a rash.When you even tell them that this isnt right, they dont care and treat you as if you are stupid and never got your nails done or your facials done or you hair colourd before.Absolute waste of time and health and money and made you look ugly instead of pretty at the end,NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Wonderful service! I had the hot oil treatment done and it truly replenished and brought my dry hair back to life. My hair is so soft and shiny now! All thanks to my stylist Preet! She is so sweet and wonderful. I would give more than five stars if I could!

Today I went for Meni pedi through cobone. First they said after confirmation that pls come and when I reached all the way driving, they we do not take cobone customers today. I requested but still said no we cannot give u services.Very bad experience.

Went here for gel manicure and my skin around my nails has basically been butchered. I am in pain till today. The WORSTTTT experience I have ever had. I went to be relaxed but it was torture. Absolutely unprofessional and horrible.

I went there for a hair cut . Just the ends. I checked the price on their web and it was 80 dhs. However the lady at the end said that she cut my hair in a different style so eventually I payed 200 dhs.
