From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the ambiance was so relaxing and clean.I had the pleasure of working with Omar, and he is absolutely incredible. His attention to detail was unmatched, and he is highly skilled and passionate about his job.Thee final result stunning.I cant recommend Hair lounge and Omar enough!

I had been looking for a good salon around DIP-1 for a few days and came across Hair Lounge. Initially, I wasn’t sure about their services, but to my surprise, they turned out to be fantastic! Their work is excellent, and the service is top-notch.Thank you Ram, for the amazing haircut!I’ll definitely recommend Hair Lounge to my close ones and will visit again soon.

I didn’t like the service the staff are welcoming and nice but I don’t think they have the experience - I took 5 hrs for roots colouring then low light which wasn’t the colour I like - they corrected the colour next day but my hair is damaged, they were very friendly but I wouldn’t go again for service

Re: Poor Haircut, Dye/Bleach and AttitudeI had visited the salon recently to get my haircut, hair dyed and blow-dried by Mike. The cost of which was AED 890.The service I had received was extremely poor and unpleasant.I had shown a picture to the hairdresser and asked him to do it like the picture (see 3rd image). It was nothing like it at all, not even the colour, I asked for, a balayage hair color, of course the colour didn’t have to be as light as per the picture but the closest it can be according to my hair condition, as a professional hairdresser he should know. Then, he asked to put some layer which I had agreed but the layers were roughly cut without blending to the hair naturally, no style with uneven finished (see 4th image).Then I had contacted the hairdresser and had requested to fix my hair which I wished I had not done. The price I paid for to such exclusive salon, I expected a high quality of service and to be happy with the outcome of my hair. Unfortunately I did not feel the same, especially following my next visit, which my hair cut resulted from bad to worse, horrific (see 1st image)!I had asked the hairdresser to dye my dark roots similar colour to the rest of my hair, as the dark roots didn’t give the balayage finished but rather dirty looking. Following the hair dye of the roots, the colour turned orange which I didnt like. He then explained to me that he didn’t bleach them as my skull could had been damaged, after all my skull was burning from the dye he put which I didn’t complain about. It would have been better if he could have explained this to me earlier, so that I could have the option to express my opinion. Being still unsatisfied with the result, without any hope for improvements, I told him to proceed with fixing my haircut. He dried up my hair, then started chopping my hair off with the shaving machine while standing up, without any support/covered to my clothes and with bad behaviour which was unprofessional and unpleasant for such an exclusive salon.The following morning, I realised that my gold necklace which is very sentimental to me, had also been chopped off too. I had learnt this by calling the salon and asking if they had found any necklace which I had described to them. To my horror they had sent me an image which only part of the necklace had been found and could be seen that it had been chopped off from both sides (see 2nd image). They had not found the other part of my necklace. This was a very upsetting and unacceptable experience I will not forget.As soon as I had left the Hair Lounge Ladies Salon, I had visited another salon as I just could not bear with my horrible haircut, at least. I am thankful that the other salon had fixed my hair cut, which also costed me. I had also changed the orange hair colour as it was not pleasing to look at.I have informed the owner but has not given any respond. I just hope that no one else could experience such incident.

Very bad experience ! I ask how much will cost me the service and the hairdresser said 350dhs. After he finished they asked me for 700 dhs because i do not know what excuse. Which i refused to pay, than he said ok, ok 500 dhs. Completely unprofessional. On top of everything the result was terrible.He left me with yellow hair and trying to convince me after few wash will get better.They dont know how to make blond hair, yellow or orange-Yes. Please dont go there, they are not correct with prices and tying to collect more at the end !

Fabio is a true magician. I had come to him with a disaster on my head. I cane in with 3 old colors on top of each other a botched haircut with different lengths and it is short hair. I told him I needed his help to fix what I thought was unfixable. Fabio gave me the healthiest and prettiest head of hair I have had in years. A beautiful rich color, a perfect symmetrical haircut, a fresh look that was built on something that looked so bad. He is my go to hair stylist from this moment forward.

Ive been searching for a salon to call home after relocating to the UAE. Today I was impressed by the quick, efficient, and expert service by Osama and every staff member I interacted with. Ill surely be back.

I had taken my lil one a 5 Yr old girl for a hair cut. At first I was told the charges are AED120+ vat. Post her hair cut they asked me if they should blow dry her hair and I was like yes, isnt it but obvious after u wet a lil girls hair and just chop them doesnt it call for atleast a drying. Anyways post that I was asked to pay 220 because they did a blow dry for a kid. Come on guys.. u should definetly reconsider your prices. The receptionist and the so called stylist werent in sync with their prices at all..the stylist came back and told me that the hair cut is 150..ridiculously high prices for a kids hair cut.Since I gave them a tough time and held on to my point of not paying them that price.. they were ok to take 120. Do pls review their prices before u do anything here. Not such a pleasant experience at all.

Hair Lounge Dubai is the best place to go for highlights, hair cut, blowdry and all the hair needs. My stylist Fabio and the whole Team are amazing and incredibly knowledgeable about the different treatments, plenty of parking too and coffee shops around the area although their coffee is lovely too. Ive been coming here for years. My two girls have been coming here for years as well just to have their hair trimmed. You used to have a kids rate for this and it was about 80 dhs. I was shocked yesterday when I was charged 315 dhs for the two of them for a simple 10 minute job of trimming their ends only. You tried to charge 365 as supposedly my older girl had a blow dry. The stylist asked her something which she didnt understand and just said yes as she thought he was asking her if he should dry her hair. He should have asked me instead as I was there the whole time. And that 5 minute blow dry didnt look like a blow dry as I didnt realise at all she was having a blow dry. Ok, you didnt charge for that in the end, but the prices are way too high for just trimming the ends straight. 3 stars for the good old times only.

Very bad experience....Unprofessional work.Actual price and the price which is mentioned in the site is totally different.I didnt ask for blow dry. But they charge me for blow dry.Normally after the hair cut the stylist will set the hair and will show that which style they did for the client, its free of cost only. But here they charged 100 dhs.As per the site hair cut charge was 170dhs but I got charged 315 dhs.Very worst experience...Very bad hair cut...And waste of money....

If you have not have had your hair blow dried ‘Lebanese style’ you have not have the experience of a real hair blow drying. I have thin hair but when I go to hair lounge not only they accommodate my last minute bookings with a kind smile and a coffee but also I trust any of the stuff to give my hair the “lift” it needs. When I ask them “ puffy on top” - they know what in mean 🔥. Thank you guys.

Ive lived in Dubai all my life, have been to many salons and I have to say this is the BEST. In every aspect. Mike is one of the best hairstylist I have known. I started going to see Mike to get my hair cut last year. I usually hate getting my hair cut, but Mike really made me feel at ease. I wont go anywhere else now. Great atmosphere and very professional. I have recently started going to Hair Lounge for facials too because the beautician there is amazing and really knows what my skin needs! Highly recommended.

Very bad experience with this salon stylist name - Joseph.Just went today for a hair cut and the so called professional stylist was not at all professional . He was very rude to begin with and after showing the pic style for the requested haircut, he argued to charge double price to make more short since he was almost done. And even didn’t bothered to do proper blow dry. Seems to be rushing to finish the haircut.Pathetic service , will never go back .1 st time experience with them and turned out to be very bad.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! I have recently visited this salon with my daughter for haircut. We both have got our haircut done and we both had extremely horrible experience. Both me and my daughter wanted a specific kind of hair style but they have cut our hair so short which looks ugly. They specifically charged extra for blow dry when I told them that I only want straight hair, the guy to did the cutting made it curly and for the first time I experienced such ugly result post a haircut.. seeing myself in mirror is horrific these days. NEVER EVER GO HERE !!!!!
