She knows how i want my hair to look exactly do as per my requirements and also suggest based on her expertise. All the other staff are welcoming and supportive. Hairplay Salon is my go-to salon! The manicure was perfect, and my balayage looks amazing! My hairstylist (I forgot her name)😅 was very nice and gave me great advice for my hair. I really appreciated her tips! The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was nice. I definitely recommend this salon for hair and nail services!

Very happy to get my highlights done at Hairplay salon with Jharna. Love the color and also that the highlights done without a bleach minimizing the side effects and drying of hair. Feel comfortable doing my hair cut, highlights and styling with the skilled Jharna over the years. Hairplay staff is very friendly and good at their jobs including for pedicure, manicure, threading.

This is my third time coming to Hairplay Business Bay.Booking was always so easy, I always managed to get timing that I asked for.They are available online through Whatsapp for booking and was able to accommodate my last minute appointment change which I really appreciated and thankful for.The staffs here are friendly, wonderful and helpful.I had the pleasure of having Anita as my hairdresser.From the first time we met, she listened attentively to my needs and how I wanted my hair to be done.From the colouring to the keratin treatment, Anita is an expert and she always takes the time to execute it meticulously, which is highly valued from a returning customer’s perspective.I always get compliments now for how healthy and nice my hair is looking. I highly recommend their excellent service!

I have been a customer of Hairplay since 2020. I have tried other salons as well in Business Bay but this is undoubtedly the best. What makes this salon special is their staff who is excellent in their work and treats their customers with a lot of care. I would particularly like to acknowledge Sandhya’s work. Of all the staff members, she is the most dedicated, hard working, kind and considerate staff member. When she had joined new last year, I always hesitated to go to her and try her out. But she still always treated me with respect, always welcomed me with a smile, made me tea, etc. I happened to try Sandhya’s services almost 5 months ago and I am extremely happy. I now go to her for almost everything. She is excellent at threading, pedicure, hot oil hair massage, hair wash, neck & shoulder and foot massages. The massages are one of the hardest thing to do, and Sandhya is just amazing. Whenever I go to her, my pain gets relieved. I do not feel any pain, when she does threading too. She is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that she has delivered her best. She never complains, sometimes works even beyond the normals hours, has a very pleasant nature and is humble. I will go to Hairplay only because of staff like Sandhya, who are so caring and always good towards their customers. I highly recommend going to Sandhya at Hairplay, Business Bay for any services you may need.

Had an amazing experience at Hairplay salon with Shweta. She was extremely professional and sweet. I had a really great time speaking to her and found her very helpful in deciding what color to do for my hair. She was very knowledgeable about hairstyles and colors and it was really helpful. Overall the staff and everyone was very sweet and kept me comfortable and happy. Definitely recommend going here! Can’t wait to go again.

Do Not RecommendI have been doing hair extensions with Hairplay since 2019.I’ve had 2 or 3 different sets of hair with them and had no complaints.I recently had a new set done 2 weeks ago and the quality of the hair is different and will just not blend at all with my own hair.Also I used to get 30 tapes and it was always enough. However this time round I got 40 and it wasn’t enough at all. I weighed them and you only get about 90g of hair (including stickers) which is not much.I did a Botox treatment and it ruined my scalp going to have to do corticoid lotion treatment because skin will not stop shedding.I tried to talk to them and said I wanted to remain a customer, if they could just help me by changing the hair - they refused. The brand manager blatantly gaslighted me and told me I was inventing.I have pictures of my hair in 2019 and 2021 you can clearly see it’s completely different and they keep insisting I’m insane.It’s unfortunate people don’t know how to do business because if they had rectified the issue I would have kept my relationship with them. However because they aren’t intelligent enough to realise they will be loosing money in the long run with me instead of just replacing the hair, They have now lost a loyal customer and I have proceded to file a complaint with consumer protection.Today I begged them to at least remove these horrible things out of my hair and they did that free of charge. However on the receipt they claimed the value of the service was 700 aed when in reality I asked the stylist and she said it was wrong, removal was worth 350 aed.Anyway good luck and I no longer recommend

Hair play is a great place to trust for ur hair and nails ! Never a bad blow dry or dull nails … they cater to your requirements perfectly. I first visited hairplay for hair extensions based on a google review. But after I moved towards a location closer this has been my go to parlour for almost a year now.Jharna is amazing with handling hair care and Deepika is an artist of the nails … also, everyone in the parlour is excellent with what they do and I doubt anyone leaves disappointed. Very busy place so highly recommended an appointment to make it easier for them to accommodate your needs. Appointments booked via call or WhatsApp !Thank you Jharna, Deepika & Komal and all staff for the amazing job you do !

It’s good for hair but I’ll not recommend for manicure & pedicure especially gelish as it started coming out after 2nd day. 2 time I did there gelish & had a bad experience both the time.

Mark , the hairstylist at Hairplay Salon, Business Bay is amazing with hair. His u pique way of cutting and styling blew me off. The bounce I wanted in my hair without compromising on the length was so easily given by him with his skilled hands. I would recommend everyone to try him once.

If Only I can explain how frustrated I am.I came and did my tape in extensions and dyed my hair here. The extensions weren’t even real hair even tho I was told they were and they were itching so much and showing so I couldn’t even put my hair in any hair style. I’m a tourist I was traveling back to America excited to come back home with a new look,But sadly I had to remove them because of how much LICE WAS MAKING MY HEAD ITCH . Yes they gave me lice. if only I was still in Dubai! They aren’t clean at all. On top of not giving me the right extensions they gave me lice. STAY AWAY. Go to a boujee place even if u pay triple the amount.

Anita did a perfect job with my brazilian straightening, and a third of the price that i was offered at other places.

I have been going to Hairplay for last 3 years for my nails and I get it done from Deepika every time. I used to have very short nails when I first visited her, as it always breaks. She did gelish nail for me first time I went to her, ever since my nail has grown so beautifully, the base has become more wider and she recommends best shades and design every time I go to her. The nails even stay for almost a month and half. I enjoy getting my nails done from her, very friendly, patient and hardworking.Just wanted to leave a thank you for her as a token of appreciation.🤗🤗

The Hairply Salon is one of the most amazing beauty salons in Dubai. I’ve always went there for my nail extensions with Ms Deepika she is absolutely amazing at her job. I would 100 % advise everyone to go there for nail services.

I have been coming to Hairplay from last 5 years I find the staff very friendly it’s mostly like to see my family they treat me like princess especially Jharna , Kanchan and Hadija and the quality of their roots and blowdry are far superior then the elite hairdressing salons we have in Dubai. I have been getting a wash & blow dry twice a week for the last six months and I find the service standard really good. Staff is friendly, polite and professional. The services offered by Hairplay are value tor money and meet the standards of higher priced hair salons. I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a good quality, value for money option.

The salon has the best hair services I have been going there for 3 years. Each time I come I get my hair done from Komal and I leave with the biggest smile and shiny colorful hair. The other ladies for manicure and pedicure are really sweet too as well as the ambience. They use the best products for hair color and straightening it has never damaged my hair.

Im so glad to get my hair(balayage) done from here. The staff is very good. My hair got done by Jharna she is amazing at her work.. she really really did fabulous job. I highly recommended this place and the girl Jharna. Thanks will surely come again 🤗

Most amazing and efficient hair dresser appointment I ever had !! The stylist solved my issue with the roots within minutes I am so impressed she knew straight away what she is doing and that In Record time !!! Got my roots fixed today and my hair looked like a mess and she magically used her wand and transformed my hair into most beautiful ever I can’t thank enough!! Extremely unprofessional staff, and the girls are so rude and full of attitude. They will not attend you and not give you service properly if you are going for basic service like hairwash. They left me sitting on a side chair for 35 mins with my extremely wet hair, water was dripping all over my clothes, and nobody was willing to dry my hair just because they had clients for hair color at the salon. When I addressed my concern that’s when they moved me to a blowdry chair. And I booked my appointment on call before going there, even after that they treated me like this. I would like a refund for my service and to all the people reading this, don’t go to this place at all. Especially because the staff is so bad you definitely don’t need their sick behaviour and ruin your own day. And to the owner of hairplay, kindly get your act together and train your staff better or rather replace because you have a salon in a quite reputed area and with such bad experiences to offer, it really would not work out well for your long term customer relationship.

Ive been to several salons around Dubai, but this one is definitely the best. My sister and I went in January and again this week for dyes, haircuts, blow-drys and treatments. The whole staff was incredible; extremely helpful and took such great care of our hair. I would trust them to do anything! And their offers are great. Definitely worth the visit! You wont be disappointed.

I only write honest reviews and this is just based on my own experience. I’ve only used their services for nails twice although I bought an offer that gives me 3 sessions. Diem is excellent at her job and she is the reason I allocated 2 stars. Otherwise the salon space is not exactly going to give you a sanitized impression although they attempt to spray the seats before you sit, but the pedicure area doesn’t seem exactly appealing neither was it sanitized further than the spray. But all of this isn’t the main issue that I experienced at Hairplay, it’s actually the fact that they never accommodate me on any timing that suits me and always attempt to change my booking as per their own desire. I understand that you have limited staff but you have *never* given me a booking at a time that I preferred even if I called and booked in advance. They claim that they only have 1 technician and that it will take too long but if I’m booking at 7 pm and your salon is open until 10 pm then what is the issue? They always ask me to change my booking to earlier timing and it’s never because they are booked it’s just because their technicians don’t want to work longer than 8 pm. I suggest you change your timing then. As a working professional I can only put aside the time after 7 and if you can’t, it’s only your loss that I will take my business elsewhere. Of course you have your own booking system and process but you should remember and keep in mind that your business is customer centered and should be based on what they prefer and not how comfortable you or your employees are with working after 7.. anyway There are plenty of salons that can accommodate clients on these normal timings and therefore I’m no longer redeeming the last service that they owe me. I wish them the best and hope they improve.

Ms Kanchan is one of the best and most talented people I’ve ever met! Her work is amazing and I’ve always referred family and friends to her as she is a perfectionist!

Great service from Jharna and Sashi. They thoroughly explain what is the best for you. Very friendly and helpful in throwing ideas how it will look . Marilou made an extra effort to fit me in to the salons busy schedule to install my tape in hair extensions which I’ve never had before. Very happy with the over all service. Very nice people and very good service. I will definitely come back again. Some advice to my British expats or tourists out here in Dubai, I think sometimes we compare the customer service and salon expectations to what we are use to back in the UK, so whilst you may encounter some differences in the Dubai salons to the standards back home, please do not be deterred or scared as I can promise you they are very professional and I would highly recommend this salon. I had a very good experience today at Hairplay Extensions Salon in Business Bay. Actually, the experience was better than I had expected.Roohi did a fantastic job with my color and cut and Marilou and Muriel did an incredible job with my ice extensions. It was worth the money I spent and hope that in the coming months I continue to be pleased with my hair.

It was my first time yesterday at this salon and I am so glad I went for it! I got a package deal done from them yesterday and they outdid themselves. Very dedicated, extremely friendly and welcoming staff and a very hardworking abd diligent member named Shweta did my hair! She was very professional and I absolutely love her work. And the salon is like a 10 mins walk from the metro station so thats a win-win situation for me. 😍

They understand exactly what you want and then do wonders to your hair, nails and they have very good massage lady too who helps you relax and relieve your stress. I had Brazilian blowout out at business bay branch and it’s turned out amazing loving my new hair so smooth and shinny. My hairs are quit long and thick and the girl managed them so nicely she was well trained. I got eyebrow threading and she gave the best shape. Luckily, I walk through Hairplay (Business Bay Branch). I just want to share with everyone my wonderful experience with them....... I inquired for Tape-in Hair Extensions and a gorgeous Lady KOMAL assessed my hair and guided me with suitable colors to blend my hair. We continue the booking on whatsapp and she patiently answered all my questions and concerns and ensured me that my hair will look amazing!! I decided to book for Lashes Extension and Gel Polish too! On the day of my appointment, they did not disappoint me in any way from walking through the reception where I was welcomed warmly and passed on to the lady who will do my lashes. The vietnamese lady DIM was soo sweet and friendly that I chatted with her for 2 hrs until she finished my lashes. The quality of their lashes is amazing as it was super soft and light (not poking my eyes at all). After, an Indian Lady named DEEPIKA did my nails. She suggested me to go for Neon Gel Polish and it turned out splendid!! With their pocket friendly rate, I am getting a top quality services so farrr. And finally, MARILOU, the hair extension Queen of the Salon assessed my hair, matched my colour and started with the hair botox treatment. by the way this treatment was free and part of their Promotion. This treatment cancelled out the yellow on my hair and lessen the frizz and made my hair soft, straight and shiny as ever. I was enjoying the service and friendliness of the staff that I did not notice I am in the salon for 6 hours now!! Finally, they install the hair extension and I am inlove with the result. I love Marilou as I have seen her passion with her work, gentleness with her client. ALL THE STAFF IS PROFESSIONAL AND WELL MANNERED THAT YOU WONT FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE AT ALL. THEIR FRIENDLINESS AND WARM SMILES MAKE YOU FEEL YOURE WITH GOOD HANDS AND RIGHT PLACE. I am writing this review after a week of my visit I can say that I finally found my beauty salonnn. I recently took a package at hairplay with Botox, highlights and a hair cut and I am absolutely pleased with the way my hair has turned out! Komal was my hair dresser and she is great at what she does! She coloured my hair perfectly! Highly recommend her and hair play!

I highly recommend visiting this salon. Both my mom and I got a Brazilian blowout and the results are incredible!!! I’ve tried many salons but this one by far had the best result. Komal is an absolute sweetheart and extremely helpful. I had a terrible past experience with hair color change but she helped me choose the right color and I am extremely satisfied with the result. She knew what I wanted and reassured me all throughout the process. Thank you Komal for your efforts and for making our visit a great one. We will definitely be coming back soon :)

Love their services. I have package for blow dry, mani-pedi and hot oil massage. I come here for my blow dry and everytime I get my hair done from Roohie it’s such a fantastic experience. Not only is it efficient but the style lasts me days. I took hair mask package. And they didn’t give me the last session because it’s expired!!! Is it food or what? I had to travel one month. And I was regular customer though. They must learn how to deal with customers. The worst.

I got to Shweta at this salon for my hair... the keratin, deep conditioning and olaplex treatments. She know her stuff and takes her time with my hair. Not once has she rushed it up or suggested something that i dont need. I trust her with my hair as my hair quality has improved a lot since i have met her. The salon is good in general. And Shweta makes it even better. Ask for her

If anybody is looking for the best quality of hair extensions and truly amazing service then Hair play is the place to go! I had wanted extensions for a long time but was very confused on which one to choose. The girls all helped me so much in picking and choosing and were so patient, helping me try on the extensions and really giving me good tips on what would work best for my hair. I bought the pony tail clip on extension and could not be happier! The quality is just amazing and the hair is so thick and natural, its definitely the best from all places ive been researching and seeing in Dubai! I love this place! It’s like home and every single one is so helpful they do their best to make you happy and finish on time. Everyone is always cheerful and really sweet. I am always satisfied with the new girl her name is Arfend I think the way she does my hair is super nice and my eye brows. But really all of them are very talented, the other two hair ladies and the nail ladies all of them are great.

I would highly recommend this place for any hair services. From Regular blow dry to treatments and extensions. They recommended me to go for invisible bonds, and this has been a great decision for me. They are so easy to maintain and super comfortable. I have really fine hair, and I have been using different types of extensions since years, bonds and definitely the best and hairplay does it really well.

All their services are great, the ladies there are very hospitable and sweet. I visit their salon almost all of my needs.

I love Hairplay Hair studio at Business Bay. My hair looked dead and out of shape. I went for a color change and haircut. They changed my hair and look completely. They highlighted my hair and cut layers giving my hair volume and fine layers. The entire staff is very friendly. I am a regular member and go there for my hair and nails as well. Highly recommend 👍

A Lovely experience from the moment you are greeted at reception and the onward experience.Komal, the stylist explains everthing in such detail and gives you genuine advice on what treatment you should have. When you go to a stylist there is normally a hierarchy, but here Komal was doing everthing as they were very busy and all hands to the deck, cleaning basins etc...as if it were her own business and all other staff like wise. I would highly recommend the salon and their devices. I have got my hair color done and even keratin treatment . They did an amazing job. So I went to her and she check my hairs and everything and suggested a girl name roohi to do my hairs.I got my balyage done from roohi. She did an amazing job on my hairs. Is the second time i use your service and the same happened last time but i thought is ok. Is really disappointing. Hope the message gets to the owner. Just tried Hairplays GK Protein treatment for my dry, frizzy hair and am super happy with the soft, shiny result post this treatment.Highly recommend it if anyone wants to try👏👍.Of course, am very happy with the additional hair color and cut😁.Was very anxious about a saloon visit during COVID but got super safe service from Komal and Jharna. I had my hair extensions fixed here after reading the reviews and need to warn you guys, the extension are showing after only 3 to 4 weeks and couldnt figure out why at first (coz never had to deal with such thing before) then when started to come down sliding and coming off totally just after showers, I finally understood they were sliding down gradually!! Dont go if you care for your hair, ladiesAnd yeah moreover they asked to charge me extra after the falling extensions because they have minimum charge (no apology but more money) anyway I dont care about money, only care about my hair being ruined by such terrible fixing and yeah. Oreover they canceling my appointment and refusing to fix their fixing even though um paying extra!!

Be aware of this place. My Wife bought human, young girl hair for hair extensions from high rank Amazon.ae store. She went to hair salon near our hotel and the Philipino lady extended her hair. She did not ask about anything and did not informed about any potential problems or risk. Hair looked great my Wife paid 400aed and after first washing all new hairs were disconnected. We went to this salon to complain. First the manager agreed and a few hours later she informed us what we need to pay 400aed becouse it was not her foult but the hair tape was probably invalid. So why she have not recommended at the beginning to use her tape for extra few dirhams? She also told me that the owner would charge her for additional work and she doesnt want to pay... I asked her for the owner phone number or email but never got it.In EU you (service company) needs to inform your client about potential problems. Client must confirm that she/he wants to take the risk and takes responsibilities.

A wonderful salon, attentive staff, all a joy to be around ! Every service I had was perfect , the hair specialist ,Komal , did a wonderful job with my hair color and treatment . Would recommend it as the go to place for getting yourself pampered.

I got a very bad hair cut done,they have just cut my hair in less than 30 mint. I asked for lob cut but the look was disaster, all hair length was same and corners turened opposite direction🙄They told me to come within two days if still not satisfied,who will encounter another disaster so I waited for two months to grow my hair a bit and searched another salon for my hair cut.

DONT GO THERE!!!They text you one amount for extensions, coloring and removal but after you are there in the chair with extensions removed they come with a different story and basically force you to do it.I did not succumb to this and walk out to get the rest done elsewhere but still had to pay 500€ to be able to leaveScam scam scam!!!!!

Today I really had a bad experience with hair plaÿ I am regular costumer of hair play…. I went for just blow dryer but they were so rude because I just went for small service ….really upset with staff.

I was very excited to try this salon after reading all the positive reviews,but when I landed at Emirates financial tower branch I was very disappointed...cutting long story short I got my roots touch up and also had taken appointment to get my nails done at the same time but to my knowledge the only one nail tech was busy with other client and wont finish in less than 2hrs,anyway since my hair took a bit longer than I thought I asked the hairstylist to jus give me a blast dry instead of a blow dry as tht would save me sometime..when I was paying they charged me for a blow dry n when I discussed with the hairstylist he said tht it was a blow dry done...I mean really do I not know the difference between the two...he didnt even section my hair n he finished the claimed blow dry in less than 5mins also it didnt last me even one evening although I naturally hav a straight hair.never goin back .
