I discovered Hairsilk a year ago while trying to find the best Russian manicure/pedicure providers. I have been hooked since then.The staff and the masters are very very professional, nice and welcoming. Since last year, Hairsilk has been my go to for top tier manucure pedicure ( I personally go with Anna), lashes with Christina and I frequently do my hair treatment ( Tokyo) with their stylists.It’s very hard to find a beauty salon that will be very good at all the services they provide, but hairsilk is definitely the best place to go if you are in Dubai and want to treat yourself.And of course, I don’t even have to mention the hygiene. This place is always spotless.I highly recommend 100%Thank you 🙏

My favorite beauty space in Dubai! Always the perfect service with fantastic details such as the antique coffee cup and Russian sweets, only luxury brands and materials (Balmain, Margy’s, Kevin Murphy, Hermes!). I had an appointment for hair coloring, cutting, and treatment with masters Mira and Sofia at different times in the 2023 year. every time it was a perfect result! Highly recommend this place for all girls who want to have perfect service! And my compliments to my master from todays appointment, Sofia, Im feeling happy with my new hair color!

Absolutely the best salon in Dubai! I have been going here since the pandemic and the first time I visited I have never looked back. I have been living in Uae since 1993 and have visited numerous numbers of salons but never have I had such flawless manicure and pedicure, it’s just a perfection. I would like to say a special thank you to the manicure and pedicure masters Zaira and Oxana, who have been taking care of my nails like no other. The girls are perfectionists, you don’t need to tell them what needs to be done just come in, relax and chat away and an hour and half later you have the best nails you can only wish for. This is not “luxe” studio I tried the hair treatment and it was very expensive but in the end, my hair was even more dry after the treatment! And I wanted to take off my pedicure color which I done 2 days ago because it didn’t dry well. But of course they said no free master. This only take 10 seconds to take off (regular nail polish) I do not recommend to pay this prices and go there

I wanted to change your beauty salon to other one since summer time. I think there is a time to do it now. Everything has limits but rude attitude I will never accept. This salon has a very poor management. Most likely the owner is not involved in so many details and trust her manager a lot that I would not do it. Rude, no smile, manicure and pedicure is getting worse and worse every time but at the same time they don’t mind to charge you more without telling you.The funny thing is that they write good reviews by themselves. This is a lady beauty salon, how men could visit you and write a feedback about their experience?? Евгений and Thomas are male names. So ridiculous.Me and my mom used to spend 1100aed per month for nails. Now thanks, we will never visit you again.

If you need perfect nails- its the place for you. Extremely professional, any type of mani you would like. Gel nails they do are super thin, look totally natural. Do manicure and pedicure at the same time- 1 hour and you are done! Serve tea with chocolate. Fresh fruit is always available. Top quality products used by nail specialists.

Had an appointment booked for mani pedi, once I arrived technicians started their Jon without letting me know what exactly would be done (theres several types of mani pedi and I believe I should have been offered a choice or at least a guidance on what is going to happen). Upon paying at the reception I was just asked to pay X amount again without clarification/breakdown on what am I paying for. Tried to request the breakdown later via WhatsApp and only got it from the third attempt - first 2 times I received somebody elses invoice. Overall the technicians did a good job but the customer service can be improved for the price being paid

I am quite disappointed, what I thought would be a great experience turned out to be a bit of a blunder… Note please when booking this place, they don’t include painting your nails in a manicure, they charge extra for painting and if you want French even more. If you are happy to pay 120 aed extra for painting your nails French then go for it, but for me 85 is already a good price and when I found out is 205 for a normal French manicure I felt so robbed… I ended up only having my pedicure done and paying 160 aed. Upside is that the receptionist was understanding and polite and they gave me a latte. The nail technician was good but not so good for the price. Next time I’ll just book glamourbox that comes to my house and does a great job for less (: I want to add that one of the technicians broke a nail polish by mistake next to me, it all splashed and little glass pieces fell on me quite a hazard and it could have cut me… there was no initial intention to even give me a discount. I feel so stupid for coming here 😭 I hope if you read this you know what to expect and your experience is better.

I did my review of this salon 2 years ago and I give 5 stars as I really get a very good service that time. Now I want to update my review and share my last experience with Hairsilk salon. It was sometimes ago, I booked ap apartment for my nails for 4pm... arrived to the salon on time and my master still was busy. No one is welcomed me, no one didnt explain to me what happened and for how long do I need to wait. Only waiter greeted me and offer the tea after sometime. I was waited for a 15 min and asked a girl on the reception when will I have my manicure. She told me that the master is still busy and I need to wait. I remind her that my manicure should start 15 min ago and I want to know when will i have my service starting. she says she will check with the master. After another 10-15 min one master came to me and said that she is my master and she still have a client and she will start with me after... and I need to wait for another 10-15 min.... when I explained that my booking was at 4pm now ita already almost 4:30 and I still need to wait for another 10-15 min (or maybe more) and I have my other plans after I cant be late for 1 hour ahead told me that my manicure is not very easy and anyway its will take more then 2 hours and we will not finish by 6pm for sure and I should plan something right after the manicure. I left because I think if something going wrong with booking in the salon at least they van call in advance aexplain that today will be some delays in service and asked if I willing to come later on or maybe better to reschedule. No one offer it to me, no one call or message me in advance, I found out there is the delays in they schedule after I arrive on time. No one explained to me that I need to wait and for how long I need to wait. Very poor service. Very sad that good service was only from the beginning. Only after i left i received messages that they seen me leaving and sorry for such inconvenience from they side and anyway design i asked for its takes more than 2 hours. And still didnt mentioned anything about my waiting time. Very poor service. Not good level of communication with the clients. No respect of time of their customers. Not recommended.

I have been living in Dubai for 3 years and until last year I could not find a normal podiatrist for a medical pedicure. It was just terrible, in other salons they only made it worse, and in one they even got an infection and filed their nails until they bled. Then, in my next search, I accidentally called Hairsilk and found out that they have a Podologist, I decided to try going and for almost a year now I have been going to the Podologist Ulyana for a medical pedicure! A wonderful master of her craft, she cured my nails!!! Now I just go to maintain the results once a month, but there is NO more pain or inflammation!

If you have nowhere to spend 9,000 aed and a couple of days of your time, then this is exactly the place! We did the extensions for the first time, the capsules were simply gigantic, the keratin stood out, my head was full because of the capsules, it was impossible to sleep on them. They said they would redo it, they remade it, on the second day the capsules began to fall out, 3-5 pieces fell out per day, plus they crumbled. I had to find a specialist and redo the extensions after 15 days😂😅 I had it done by another specialist (not at HairSilk) and my hair went away for 3 months without a single problem. Your choice)

I just love this salon. Hes the best! I get full service there. Manicurist Suzanna is a professional of the highest class, cosmetologist Zilola works, among other things, with professional cosmetics Biologic Recherche, which I have been using for a very long time. In general, this salon has a very pleasant atmosphere - warm and cozy, I’m always happy to come back here) because they really love their guests here and take very good care of them.

I doubted for a long time whether I would share my experience or not, but I want to warn others, and also inform the owner of the salon that she may not know what is going on in her salon.I made an appointment for highlighting/they did an airtouch on the regrown part of my hair; the last highlighting was six months ago (hair below shoulder length, sparse). I was surprised that this was considered a length (okay, I paid 2300). As a result, the top of my head (the regrown length was slightly lightened (That is, they added a few light strands) although my length is blond, my gray roots were not painted over at all and this cost 2300 dirhams). I asked to make it lighter (add more light strands where the temples are), but that’s how it remained. (they said there is not enough hair length...)Like others wrote, the administrator is not a pleasant person (I don’t know the name, unfortunately). The atmosphere and design are ok, but honestly I expected more.Since I didn’t get the desired effect the first time, I signed up again a couple of days later, add some light strands and paint over my gray hair (I checked with the admin in advance if coloring (not just tinting) of gray roots is included in the airtach - she said yes it is included)but they didn’t paint it over for me the first time, they just tinted it, so everything washed off. Victoria explained to the master what color I wanted for the roots, level 7 cold shade. As a result (it turned out to be a lighter and warmer shade and 100% of the gray hair was not covered over), the master shrugged, saying that I added blue, I don’t know why, etc., it’s clear that he doesn’t know how to work with gray hair with the Kevin Murphy brand. She said if it turns yellow / then write to them again and come (seriously?!) This salon positions itself as a luxury salon and top-notch masters. Sorry, disappointment...It was even more of a shock when I went to the reception and bought 2 hair products and the bill was more than 1000 dirhams (when I asked what and how much it costs, it turns out that they charged the same products 2 times (girls, be careful and check what you are paying for) and They took payment for my roots!!!! Although I signed up for revision because the previous coloring did not cover my gray hair and lighten it as I wanted. I show the correspondence and ask what you yourself said that this is included, then confusion began at the reception, then the master says that the airtouch only includes tinting and not coloring (that is, you need to come separately and color the roots for about 450 more), that is, 2300 is not enough to do all the work. Shock!! It feels like they want to rob you. The feeling is terrible after visiting this salon.And also pay attention to the cleanliness, my appointment was at 9 am, I sat down and put my coffee on the table, which was full of hair (after a haircut, perhaps) since it was small and terrible on the floor and a lot of black hair was clogged on the frame of the mirror (unpleasant)Apparently no one checks the place before work starts. Did airtouch in this salon with “master” Nastasia. I said what I exactly need, but Nastasia did absolutely opposite. During the process I was asking several questions (already understood that smth is wrong about to happen) but she was giving a smirk mes and hasn’t answered anything properly. I felt like an idiot. The result was awful. You girls can imagine when the whole hair have been burned to hell. Now I look like cheap blond :) I’ve tried to reach the owner of the salon but she was too cool to contact me back. Oh yes! They tried to fix color of my hair later on… and guess what! Now my hair have pinkish terrible color which is not going away already for a month while they said it’s Going to fade away with few shampoo’s:) awful service and experience ever! Nastasia is simply terrible hairdresser!!I’ll tell you how I went to airtouch with the praised master Nastasya. I clearly said what exactly needs to be done. As a result, instead of partial dyeing... all the hair was burned. I grew it out for a couple of years to have 70% healthy hair. Nastasya did not answer my questions normally (I saw that it took a long time to type and the whole procedure lasted 6 hours!!!!). She was also rude! Just disgusting behavior on the part of the master. A couple of days later I received treatment and toning. After that, my hair began to give off a disgusting pink tint. They convinced me that it would go away in a couple of weeks at most. A month has passed... Pink is in place. I wanted to talk to the owner, but they told me that the situation was conveyed to her and we did everything we could. I dont recommend this place at all.

I have been to this salon three times and three times I was shocked by the staff, from the administrator to the specialists. I had my hair dyed for the first time by master Ksenia, everything went well. The second time I couldn’t make an appointment with Ksyusha and they made an appointment with a different Master of the World (her name) and after the coloring the top of my head fell off in the literal sense of the word. They burned my hair and dyed it blonde with a touch of pink, although the hairdresser was shown and told what color I needed. My hair was not completely dry. Next, I applied for a manicure and pedicure 🫣🫣🫣 it’s such a horror that after a week my gel polish chipped, the cuticle was all torn and not cut neatly. And during the procedure, the staff’s faces looked as if I had come to their home and asked them to do it for free . This is just terrible, a well-promoted place, but the specialists are simply terrible, except for master Ksenia.

I want to share my negative experience in this salon. In consultation with a specialist, I chose baby hair extensions for myself, which cost about 3,000 dirhams. They didn’t increase it on the same day, I signed up a few weeks later. I took the amount with me to the salon, taking into account that the price of hair is approximately 3000-4000 dirhams. But the price for the same hair jumped to 5500 instead of 3000. It is very strange that in a salon that positions itself at the top level, the work of managers is simply 0. According to the master, when they changed the price, they warned that the client saw a different price. But in the end, no one even called or warned. And when asked to raise money, even though they raised the price for unknown reasons, the management refuses. It turns out that the price for hair comes from the imagination of the management: one day today, another tomorrow, and if you don’t like it, goodbye, without a call or warning about price changes. As a result, I was left without a completed service.

Almost everything in this salon is good: the craftsmen, the coffee, the interior. I was here for various procedures, including complex coloring, nail service, eyelash extensions - everything was done professionally. The masters are very nice.Everything is perfect, except for the work of administrators, which is simply disgusting. They will ignore you, offer you an appointment in 2 weeks, and will not offer any alternatives if there are no vacancies on your date. Every time you have to “run” after the administrators to sign up for the procedure.Its very off-putting and you dont want to go back to the salon, considering that youre paying over $500 to color your hair.

I just dont understand how this salon can position itself as premium. I had coloring, eyebrow styling and eyelash extensions done in this salon by master Daria! To say that I am delighted is to say nothing! It took more than a month to get eyelashes, usually 2-3 weeks maximum, other masters referred to “the peculiarity of my eyes” when the question arose about wearing eyelashes for such a short time, but it turns out that the problem is with the master! As for the eyebrows, impeccable coloring and delicate correction (this is important for me). Pleasant communication and speed of Daria’s work are additional advantages for both the master and the salon!

The girl at the reception said that the salon opens at 8:30 (my reservation was at 9:00), she did not have time to inform me about the problem and there were probably 3 other people like me. Naturally, this is an uncontrollable event, which I understood on my part and said that I could reschedule my reservation to the next day. Today I came to the salon, again with a reservation at 9 am, which, as it turned out, was not there. The girl (already different) at the reception said that I could wait or come later. I don’t know whether to say that I expected to hear another solution to the problem - yes! And here I will leave it to the management to decide how the staff should respond to customer problems, and not just provide an apology.

When meeting staff in the salon, no one ever says hello, which is strange, because this is an elementary basic skill of any business. Many masters go with the typical “rus. resting b face “and give the same looks, apparently confusing the location and time of day. They can bark at some basic question and be rude. They have strange conversations among themselves, rest, doze, or sit in their shoes in the service areas without cleaning up after themselves. Naturally, you understand that a client will immediately come and with a smile they will seat him on a chair where 5 minutes ago there were shoes from the street and they didn’t even bother to wipe him off by removing his feet. And if the client doesn’t see this, it’s doubly unpleasant. There are also delays in the start of work due to the lateness of other clients. I think this is worth paying attention to.
