Salon it’s big and always the girls from reception will make sure you will have appointment on time .All girls are very professionalMargo and Rita specially my favourite does manicure gel and pedicure . I have to say I have never had done so well nails 💅 like from Margo And Rita . It’s simply perfection . I come here for all my beauty treatments—manicure, hair care, brow correction, and more. Recently, I also started massage sessions, and I have to say, I’ve never had such an amazing experience. Ainara is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. After just one session, I was so impressed that I purchased a package right away. That’s how good the massage was!

I’m coming here for waxing with Svetlana, she’s amazing! She’s not just doing whatever works fastest but really analyses the skin and hair and then decides what product to use. She is very careful and attentive and on a personal level very friendly :)

Yohan gave a wonderful cut and shave. Polite person. First he inquired in detail the type of cut needed, and also asked for a reference picture. Did a great job. Shaved carefully also. Followed by a quick head massage. 10/10.

Manicures are terrible. Even got what I think was fungus on one nail. I have given it a chance many times in 4 years, but I have never been satisfied with a manicure. Even appeared as it seems to me a fungus on one nail. I have given this salon a chance many times in 4 years, but now I understand why there is never anyone there for a manicure.

The place used to be great until they started playing with the prices , the salon is oriented on russian clients and to start adding double charges on bills similar to tourists business , is not nice at all.Like do you want the nails thick or slim cause slim is 200 and 0.002 mm more is 350 and stuff like that .i got once a normal pedicure like always did for350 with no polish cover instead of around 200 cause she added a new blade and so on.i stopped visiting because of it . the services should be at a standard rate , that’s why the clients will come to the place and not to get charged by luck at the counter .other than that the service provided is ok.

Gents salon was ok,,, dont know why must I wait so long to pay , no hurry to serve me completely, unreasonable long time to pay as only one person can collect payment and she takes her time to do so, will not go back there as there are many salons in the area eager to help.

I want to share my experience in this salon. I always bought my hair from this place and decided to get extensions from them. They picked up some baby hair for me and told me it would be enough to cover my length. When getting extensions, they asked to buy more hair, since it turned out that there wasn’t enough, and in the end it turned out to be a little more than 300 capsules. It was difficult for me to walk with such a volume of hair, but they assured me that everything was fine. I was waiting for a correction to reduce the number of strands. After 2 months, when I came for correction, they did it for me, but when I saw myself in the mirror, it turned out that my hair was 15 cm shorter. My goal was to lengthen my hair, but they just ruined everything for me by removing the length. And when I said that I was not happy with the result, they offered me to buy more hair and re-grow it at my expense. This is just a money scam, no matter how you leave the salon. From personal experience it is clear that the job is to extract as much money as possible from the client, and not to make the client happy. Ultimately, after a couple of days, I bought hair from another place and grew it longer. I do not recommend Hairsilk to anyone.

I definitely want to go to this salon and I’m very happy with everything! The service is excellent, they always offer and remember what drink I drink, they do a perfect manicure and pedicure, my favorite master Margot. I also do hair coloring and care. Of all the salons I visited in Dubai, this salon is the best in all respects.

On January 17, 2025, I had a facial cleansing from cosmetologist Diana. I liked everything very much. The procedure was performed at the highest level. Diana is a professional in her field. You can safely trust her with your face.

You can also buy cosmetics, hair products and other itemsWhat I went to:- hair coloring (I did contouring with top master Irina🔥)- manicure and pedicure (Anastasia is the best master, especially in French)- massage (both masters are great, but it depends what technique you like)- facial cleansing- lamination of eyelashesAll services were at the highest level

I have been visiting this salon for a long time, because I am completely satisfied with the service and atmosphere provided there. The sorceress Anastasia maintains my perfect manicure, the craftswoman Rita takes care of my pedicure, and Zhama makes my look especially expressive with beautiful eyelashes.The salon has very friendly staff; the administrators will always offer water, delicious coffee with nuts and much more.

I go to Margot for manicures and Victoria for care and coloring. The services are always top notch, high quality, fast. I admire the positive and friendly atmosphere in the salon, the technicians are friendly and care very much about my comfort. I wanted to experiment with my hairstyle and hair length; hairdressers Albina recommended it to me. After consulting me on my hair type and characteristics, Albina recommended leaving the length, but lightening the strands near my face.
