Natasha is absolutely fantastic! I went in for a colour correction on my box dye bright red hair. She was not only able to remove the colour but also able to return my hair to its natural colour using toner and highlights all in one session which never in a million years did I think was possible to do. The cut is also amazing, she’s given my hair so much shape and volume back into it when I was so used to it being dull and flat. Thank you so much Natasha, you are incredible! I have already had 3 of my friends ask for your details as they are so impressed with my hair!

I did a hair cut and blow dry with Faten and she was phenomenal. Super professional, so kind and very sweet personality. She was able to understand my hair type immediately and cater a cut and blow dry to it.

I cant express my disappointment as a regular customer with my last service at this saloon ,SUB ZERO star is what they deserve , I took my daughter 7 years old for hair wash and braids , They were so carless they made her clothes wet , the lady don’t have any idea how to deal with long curly hair she was washing her hair like washing laundry!!!! And when I told her she laugh!!! Then the other lady brushed the child hair in very rough way like a REVENGE , I saw a big hair ball results from hair breakage using wrong technique and tools !!! Which reflect how professional they are , Hair was not washed clean no conditioner and braids were done like a beginner job ,same time I was doing Hair treatment ( picture speakes ) and Mani pedi (Manicure never dried and the lady dont know how to unify the shape of the nail ) I ended with very short nails .. no one was friendly to my daughter or to me , it was not nice experience to her and they left her with wet hair long time under AC , I’m going to speak about it on my youtube and instagram to warn ppl about this Saloon ABUSIVE behavior against my daughter with neglect and lack of experience . If you care about your child don’t take them there , they are not a child friendly 🤷🏻‍♀️ , They are basically a nail technician with some extra training for hair and you can tell that they know nothing about hair services, and know nothing about treating children in good way !! I saw other comments with same issues! And also No management to look after ppl complains As if they dont care , be carful of such placeignor reviews which has one review! As they r fake

I have my hairs done with Basma and I love the fact that she is honest but also happy to take on a challenge. I have changed my hair a few times and she is always always amazing !! A big plus is that she is super fast so I don’t end up sitting in the chair for the day

I don’t recommend this place I did hair conditioning treatment and it was one of the worst and doesn’t worse the money I paid. This is not the first time I do the treatment usually they should keep it for at least 20 minutes but she left it only for 5 minutes, I understand it’s season but they have to give each customer the required time. I asked her to dry my hair using the dryer specific for curly hair she said she doesn’t know it!

Always used to do my hair Natasha. This time she was sick and I came to do it with Nour. Just simple highlights. What a disaster. She added orange color to fix white patches and I have ended up with orange patches and dark roots again. Never ever again. Avoid this Nour lady at all costs if you don’t want to waste 4 hours of your time and totally ruined hair.

Outrageously expensive I asked if they could just do a hair wash only……. not dry… just a hair wash for my 6 year old.I combed out my daughters hair myself and plaited it and they charged me 105 dirhams!! I think that is terrible for a child’s hair wash no drying no brushing will not be recommending or going back to the salon ever in the future! Just ridiculous how they justify that is beyond me.

Ive been coming to this salon since moving to the area and even if I move away I will continue to come back here. Natasha, my hair goddess, not only leaves my hair beautiful, she also is the most sincere and caring person, and animal lover like myself.) All lovely ladies of the salon are super nice and sweet. And I love their hair products, they use cool modern brands and always introduce something new.

I love Hairworks! The staff are very friendly, professional and well trained. Melanie (Hairworks Umm Suqeim branch) has been my hair stylist for almost a decade now. I just come there and sit. Voila! She performs magic on my hair! (Haircolor, toning, treatment, trimming, blow drying, curling, name it!) She is extremely good. I can’t count anymore the number of times when someone asks where I did my haircolor because they loved it!

Generally it was fine.But I am not too sure if I will go back.I like the cut turn out as well as the mani and pedi.Everything looks great.Did not like that everything was done at the same time(mani, pedi and haircut).The prices where also higher than standing online (is read of 460 I paid 520 aed).Lot of people complained about that, but I still thought I give it a try with those easy services it cannot be much more….There are other places which I might try first before I go back.

I’ve been doing my hair color with Basma for two years now. I couldn’t find anyone who would fix it the way I want, more than that, I had different colors and every time someone would try to fix it, it would get worse. I just finished my root color and few highlights now and the result is so so beautiful that I had to come here to write a review. Thank you Basma! You are a star!!

HairWorks Palm Jumeirah is my salon but their waxing services are at their Wasl Road location.Ganga has done for me: full Brazilian, legs and brow shaping. Experience was painless, conversation very pleasant. and I felt very comfortable, which is difficult for me (I’m shy in these situations hehe) I had the same waxing lady for 7 years. I also suggested Depileve Premium Wax, especially for the intimate area as the wax is soft as pudding and is excellent. Will definitely be back again!

Receptionists are very welcoming and knowledgeable especially Beth and Floryn. I did my hair with Melanie and she did it perfectly. Highly recommended. Will surely come back again!

Hairworks is always my go to salon for anything from a quick pedicure to a full head of highlights. I’d never trust anyone but Melanie with my hair — despite being bleached and dyed multiple times she keeps it healthy and shiny every single time. All the staff at Hairworks, like Minnette and Beth at reception, are extremely accommodating and really make you feel welcomed the whole time you’re there.

I have been coming to Hairworks for 8 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Natasha is not only amazing at highlights (she always knows exactly what I want) she cuts hair beautifully. She’s professional and friendly which is a great combination. She’s an expert in her field. I did soft gel extension in this salon with the lady named jackie, she is exceptional and a real nail master. The lady who did my hair named Natasha is so professional and very careful with my hair. Gen who did my hairwash is very nice and friendly.

UpdateMay 2024Went back for a simple root coloring and simple haircut with normal blow dry .. nothing fancy no highlight , or lowlight or expensive treatment not even a simple treatment …hairdresser convinced me to color in full .. I previously had experience with damaged hair and at the end left with 600dirhams bill..so after I had a normal color a shampoo a haircut and blow dry , that’s really it . I got charged 1225 aed… absolutely shocked.. my mistake I trusted they would charge fairly …Honestly check the prices before you go …I would have paid 600 max in a different salon..I will avoid next Time .came to Hairworks frightened and thinking I would have to entirely cut my damaged hair.I found Uzma, who was so friendly and caring, she explained everything in details and reassured me that I didn’t have to cut all of it, she explained every single steps, along the way, I felt reassured and in good hands ! Thank you Uzma and the rest of the team!

The location is convenient while the service and blowdries are average in comparison to the price point. The prices went up last year and this year without any justification or value add for clients - I used to pay 105 for a blowdry which now has jumped up to 137 in two years. At the same time, customer benefits have been reduced where the management decided to no longer allow for promotions to be applied from Friday to Sunday. weekends. Definitely not a customer centric salon!

Revisited for a trim and mani-pedi, got a good service but they dont tell you their charges upfront. Its much higher than the charges on their website. Recommend to check charges before going in.June 23: Marilou and her team did an amazing job of the meni-pedi, without hurrying. Loved the service.

I’ve tried many different places for my hair and i always wasn’t satisfied with the final outcome, until some friends recommended me to visit Hairworks and let the stylist (Uzma) do my hair.. and now I don’t trust anyone else with my hair other than Uzma! WARNING on what service you request and what you are later charged for !!!!! I made an appointment for my teenager daughter for a hair wash, trim, and blow dry - with mediocre results at best. Only 50 minutes later … at the cashier I was charged a total of 700 AED. 385 AED (for cut and finish) and 315 AED (for k scalp & hair experience) which we did not ask for. When I asked for a more detailed explanation on what is k scalp & hair experience? I was told it’s a treatment. A small finger size scoop amount of the product is left for approximately 10 minutes which allegedly cost 315 AED!!!!! The staff were cold, rude and unapologetic for taking advantage of my teenager daughter. The service is deceptive and they will deprive you of your hard earning money. Please be forewarned of this service and their unethical practices and stay away from this place.

Being the anniversary of the establishment, they offered a treatment to my hairwash and blowdry. I unfortunately agreed not knowing what i went in for. The so called treatment was just a wash with shampoo and a little pump of the “treatment oil/serum”No conditioner was used. After the blowdry, rather than my hair looking good, they look frizzy and dry. Worse that the time i walked into the salon. My hair looked better before entering the salon, i guessand the person who did my blowdry didn’t try solving my issue that i hadJust a mere sorry and no solution to fix my hair.Extremely disappointed and angry at the salon and the staff

I am a regular customer but today i wasnt happy with the experience, the technician tried to do her best but the salon was over packed and everyone was rushing, there was no hand soak or even cream after, the nail polish was without top coat and had bubbles afterwards.

I always go to other well known salons and they do not charge any extra, anyways I do understand an extra charge of 10-20 Dhs but when you charge me 60 dhs extra that’s ridiculous! Not recommended

Nida was amazing! You know when you ask to cut the ends… and just the ends!!! But you go back home with a bad cut?? This wont happen with her!!! She can just cut your ends and she does it WELL ❤️

As a customer paying for a service I would love to get the best experience and I deserve a respectful welcoming environment and unfortunately I didn’t see this behavior today while getting my hair done for Eid my hairstylist was really nice and polite but unfortunately there was another hairstylist was not respectful at all my hairstyles was trying to fix my hair in the best way and she kept me for a long time on the hair washing area the other hairstyles come anders Bert loud and was like for how long more you will keep her I need the place for my client this behavior was really unacceptable and make me feel like if I am not a important customer to the person pace … I was planing to talk to the lady and tell her that her behavior was I respectfulness to me But I didn’t that’s why I would like to share my experience with other ladies if you where in my place what would you do I talked to the in charge she was really nice but still deep inside I can’t get over it I still can remember the behavior like if it just happen

Don’t ever use this saloon to cut your hair I asked them to do a bob cut for my 6 year daughter in IBN HW instead the hair dress made it a boys hair cut on my 6 year old andShe was really upset and now we have to wait for at least 6 months to hair to grow

Highly not recommended, they ruined my beautiful wife’s long hair.If you can’t deliver what the customer asks for, please inform them, they will be more happy to avoid you damaging their hair!
