Eileen, Fatima and the entire team are amazing. I went in for acrylics and a French pedicure and I couldn’t be happier. There is little to no wait time and you get treated like family. Will definitely return!!!

Very bad experience the Arab stylist was ripping out my hair because it wasn’t combed and when she was washing it she kept scrubbing half my head and left the other half and my face and neck were drenched in water.And when she was pinning my curls she put the pins in her mouth which is so unhygienic.

I have been to many salons all around the world but no one perfect the blonde and hair colours like Shabana. She revived my damaged hair which was damaged by another salon. Thank you for giving me exactly what I wanted the perfect blonde, and always providing excellent services and being attentive, helpful and caring. I definitely recommend Shabana from this salon 💇🏻‍♀️ you will not be disappointed

Very disappointed with the way the hairdresser cut my fringe as it looked nothing like the photo I showed her. I ended up having to go to a different salon to get my hair cut again as I was not satisfied with the cut. The other salon thought I had cut it myself as it was so badly done. She was speaking with her friend a lot of the time and didn’t pay attention to what she was doing. I do not recommend.

I was very disappointed after leaving this place. I called an hour in advance to ask if I could get a wash and blow dry. It was great that I could get in, however I felt like the woman who was washing and doing my hair was just in a rush and the place was not even busy! When she was washing my hair the water went from freezing cold to hot, and it got all inside my ears, I wasn’t asked about the temperature at all. She didn’t use any heat protectant when blow drying my hair. I told her I wanted her to use the round brush to blow comb it out and she said she was going to use the straightener because it was better. I trusted her abilities, and was let down. Again, she didn’t use any product on my hair to get the style to stay. I felt like the hairstyle was from the 70’s, and not at all what I asked for. No finishing product was used. Also, I was charged more at the time to pay just because she used the straightener. I will never be coming back to this salon again, and highly recommend that no one wastes their money here.

Very disappointed with the salon staff and their execution. Firstly, the staff was very critical when working on the hairstyles, suggesting haircuts and dryness repeatedly. Secondly, the prize suggested on the call and the price at the end varied significantly. Third and most importantly, they don’t take the customers suggestions when styling. I had high hopes for the place but it came crashing down when I was finally done with it. The updo I asked was good but not worth the hassle 🙁

Manicure and Pedicure were perfect. Eyebrow coloring was not good. One eye brow was drawn higher than the other

I did my roots and they are terrible at it. I specifically asked for ash and no red and my roots turned out red and the hairdresser argues with me that they are not red! She totally spoiled my color! Will never go there again!

They are really bad in appointments. They dont care even if you are a regular customer, I regret going there again. Theyve done this many times with me.Im very disappointed.

Very unfriendly and rude staff, would have preferred if they didn’t criticize so much. The end result of the style I wanted was good however the price suggested before and after varied significantly. Very disappointed, won’t be coming back again 🙁

One of the worst salons specially with make up they dont have product or brushes the make up was a mess it was my first time to visit a salon with no make up essentials.The worst salon in terms of make-up. They do not have drawer tools, and they rotate things for a quarter of an hour. They use non-sterilized tools and old sponge brushes for eyeshadow. They are not blended at all. They do not have primer, foundation, or make-up primer, which is old. This means that I do not advise anyone to apply makeup with them, knowing that I tried the pedicure and manicure. sweet

There is no credibility in the discount for students. The owner of the salon said that they had no experience with the discount, which is 30%, and they gave us a discount of only 15% // They mentioned 30% off for students but the lady who works there said the owner didn’t mention it to them. and gave us 15% only
