Amazing salon! I had a great experience. The staff are so friendly. Special thanks to Lidya, who did a great job with my hair coloring; Noura for the nails; Inna for the massage; and definitely Tatiana, the manager, who provides very personal care to clients.

Almost 5 days later and still not healed, pretty painful. I give 2 stars because overall it looked ok for a day or 2 and staff were nice. But the work is subpar, whats the use of having your nails done if you have to wear bandaids. Also chipped and peeled on other nails already and it has not been a week for this Russian mani. The pedi was rushed and it shows.Another point is the lack of transparency when it comes to prices, a red flag.I gave this place a try, not again.

DO NOT GO HERE TO REMOVE GELISH: The nailtech did a terrible job at removing my gelish. Soaked for 5 min, then roughly scraped and tried to file the rest off. Damaged my nails completely! I complained, and she just said its fine and proceeded to put nail polish over it.The only good thing: She was good at removing cuticles so I only went back to get a pedicure.

I made only nail color and paid 110,It’s too expensive and the work isn’t even that good and I didn’t say anything because I saw her working hard.I don’t at all recommend going to this saloon,The worker at cashier was rude and there is no “customer is always right policy”.I recommend other places because they are cheaper and better work is done don’t waste your time going there.

Absolutely amazing, walked in with emergency matted hair from previous braids. Lidia colored my hair perfectly blond and added beautiful extensions, service is amazing. I cant wait to see her again

While I was waiting for my I husband thought of exploring marina side salons. Unfortunately I got in to hairzoric salon an African lady cut my hair and I thought she will have good experience in hair cut while washing my hair itself she was rude to me wen I complained that the water is flowing to my ear. Then she took me for hair cut and I had a long hair, so she mentioned she will maintain the same style I had a feather cut and while she was dressing my hair she said ohhh u had a u cut and some stupid dialogues. After haircut i washed my hair at home and it looks in even and aa disaster. Pls don’t go to this place for hair cut and their price is too high and it doesn’t worth very bad place.

Only place I go to in Dubai it’s near the marina they do great eye brows and I’m obsessed with my “gellish manicure” really takes their time on nails / pedis. They didn’t mess up my brows for a few times now so I’m happy. Will be a returning customer. Call in advance so they can arrange parking for you!!

Left with an uneven haircut and their excuse was that my hair is damaged and it’s not their fault. First time I leave a salon with one side shorter than the other and I have long hair.

Visited this salon once and had the most horrible haircut ( i just needed to mend my ends) It was a total disaster. Never again.

The manicurist did her job perfectly. But I didn’t like the atmosphere in the salon at all. They constantly approached the master with a claim that I needed to do it as quickly as possible, since there was another client waiting there. At some point, it just became uncomfortable to sit there because of this rush. They suggested leaving the manicure in one layer.Next time, please take time to make entries.

Ill never go to this hairdresser again.Please girls dont make the same mistake.As many have already described in the comments, it is an expensive hairdresser and an extremely bad one.I wanted a tint and they wanted me to pay 480 Aed.The tint was applied poorly, so my hair was not uniform.The worst thing was that they made me look stupid and said “Baby” it’s the same color.Who do these ladies think they are that they talk to a businesswoman like that?I paid the amount 350 AED which they wanted after discussion.This visit to the hairdresser was a disgrace.You cant exclude people like that and deliver a quality that isnt satisfactory.
