All their services are perfect except their nail Polish quality and application is zero Ive tried it so many times from different branches and I ended up with the same result... they chip easily and even the initial application was patchy...But Moroccan Bath was amazing

I had a wonderful experience with Abrar at the salon. As a supervisor, she displayed excellent customer service—she was attentive, approachable, and very professional. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and made me feel truly valued as a customer. Her helpful attitude and attention to detail stood out. I’d highly recommend her for her dedication and excellent service.

My friend had a terrible experience at hala al sham Salon and their service is awful. She told me they ruined her hair, leaving it uneven and poorly styled. She warned me not to go there and said their work is completely unprofessional. It’s clear this salon doesn’t care about its customers or the quality of their work.

I did my nails with Naomi today and it was honestly an amazing experience I come to her everytime and she never disappoints the service is always quick and amazing quality and when I had trouble with another nail tech abrar fixed the issue and got my nails redid without any problems

Me and my mom had such a bad experience on our 2nd visit to this salon, my mom had a bad experience on her first visit as well but for me it was my first and last visit. Before going we called to ask about the price of removing plastic nails + gel polish without cleaning and they said it was 50 so we went in. When we reached they asked us about the service we want to do and we said the same thing, they gave us a bill without writing anything on it saying the lady doing our service will, we didn’t mind. Put in mind that me and my mom both had plastic nails + gel polish and we both came to remove them. When my lady saw my nails she said they were acrylics and i told her no they’re plastic + gel polish. She kept silent then started working, after she was done with my first nail she still said they’re acrylics and I explained that i never did and never will do acrylics, then she said the service will be for 75 dhs because they’re acrylics, i told her you already started with my first nail i cant stop here, i have my bill from the salon i had my nails done at, i can show you theyre not acrylics, I continued my service. When we were done my moms lady counted 50dhs for her plastic + gel polish removal and 25 for the cleaning which my mom didn’t ask for and wasn’t aware it had a different cost because no one informed her and i was the one who called in the first place, they managed to remove the 25dhs. For me they counted my service which is exactly the same as my mom for 75dhs, put in mind when she asked me with cleaning? I told her no and my original nails were already too short so she didn’t do any cleaning or cut and file. I asked to speak to the manager and explained to her and she also refused to understand me, I showed her the bill from the salon i did my nails at which said what I exactly did and how much did i pay with the date and my name, she still refused to understand and said i still have to pay. Finally i paid because I was in a rush to leave as i had other plans and it was already late. But me and my mom left unhappy at all and i paid the amount unwillingly as there was such a low quality of communication, i still have my bill from both salons and i can show them to who is higher from the manager at nad al hammar branch. I wont forgive anyone who has anything to do with my experience for what happened, this is injustice and not right. حسبي الله و نعم الوكيل. Every extra dirham i paid isn’t halal and god will hold you accountable for it.

Went to Hala Al Sham salon yesterday to get a hair treatment, the hairdresser recommended Nashi hair treatment and I got it done by Sajida, she was so professional and the way she applied the treatment and handled my hair was so gentle and relaxing, I’ll most probably go back and ask her to do my hair♥️

I visited the salon twice for a hairstyle. Both times the hairstyle seemed perfect but has never immutable more than an hour. I strongly do not recommend this salon for its quality.

Rashida is the best at Moroccan Bath❤️ she took care of me as a Bride to Be and I feel so refreshed from everything she did for me. I loved every second of it and I feel so clean and ready for my big day!!

I was never informed that the A/C was not working upstairs in the room before i start my treatment and it took me 2hours and half almost 3 hours for the lash extension which i do not recommend anyone to get it done from them they do not know.At all not professional when it comes to customer service and this time i was charged more than what i normally get charged

Today I came wanting eyebrows to be done, the ladies asked me to go up for nails first until the eyebrow specialist is freeWhen i came back the ladies told me that the specialist has ended her shift and left (this is before 8:00pm) i asked why wasn’t I informed that her shift will end soon so I can wait for her to be free but they replied “what to do”This is not the first time I had issues with how im being treated by employees here- hair specialist was trying to force me to do hair straightening when I only wanted blow dry and she got upset when I said no thanks..I don’t understand the issue here but this is my last time coming to hala alsham as it is my own fault for coming back each time anyway.

THIS SALON DAMAGED MY HAIR. I requested a blow dry. Blow dry was very intense. She used very high heat on my hair. And they used some spray on my hair. My hair smelt burnt. A few days later I washed my hair and noticed my curl pattern was different. I had so much damage. Some pieces were still straight. The smell was also even stronger after I washed my hair. 3 washes later and my hair is still damaged and has not been the same since this blow dry.I tried to get the name of the product that was used as I suspected they used some kind of keratin. And they took so many days to answer and once they finally answered they were so rude screaming at me on the phone saying they don’t have time for my silly request.I was extremely shocked at how they spoke to me, a previous customer. I will be filing an official complaint about this salon. I told all my friends to never visit.

I got to experience a pedicure . Staff: Zainab she is very friendly, cute and she helped me clean my feet and paint them very beautifully. I go to many salons and they make my toenails hurt more at the corners and I was instructed to use the product Lycol pedicure because my heels have a lot of dead skin and Zainab she did very well, until now my feet are softer and improved. but coming to Hala Sham, zainab helps me no longer have pain and she does it very quickly. Asked for a basic nail polish color, then the lady recommended adding a glitter coat that ended up charging more without me knowing. The nail technician overcut my cuticles, and without exaggeration it bled for over an hour. My nails turned out nice, but I’m unsure if Ill be coming back

I waited a whole hour to start the service even though i booked the appointment earlier n i got the worst service ever. what pisses me off even more is that i told her and explained to her what i wanted multiple times n i showed her pics , told her i dont want it close to the roots n she bleached my roots!! n i also wanted more blended highlights but instead i got chunky, unblended highlights n to top all of that off i told her i want her to remove it after 40 minutes then again after an hour n again after an hour and a half n i told her that i take full responsibility if its not light enough i just want it removed but she ignored me?? this is not my first time getting highlights and i know what i’m saying but she kept insisting on leaving it more even though i asked her multiple times that i don’t want it. they charged me the full price for highlights even though they only bleached it n didn’t dye it? my friend got the same service with hair dye for way cheaper. in fact i was so pissed i didnt let them continue drying it n still paid for the full service. i do not recommend it unless u want your hair fried and your requests ignored.

I have had the best experience in this salon, would definitely come back again!! i did my nails and honestly I am very pleased with how they turned out, aya always came by and checked on me and even gave me second opinions about my nails, the whole nail department was top tier if i’m being honest, i would recommend to do your nails with the following: rupa, tei, melody, stella, and marjorie (i came in with my family); eka, depi, manik we’re also kind enough to give me their inputs and everyone was super friendly overall!!in short, never hesitate when it comes to this salon.

Employees are very hard working and their services are performed to a good standard. I recommend Hadeel for hair & Suci, Lara for nails and Samar for makeup at the Nad Al Hamar branch. Jeanette for nails and Lynette for hair in the Warqaa branch.However management’s attitude is disgraceful and their organisation is absolutely zero. They overcharged simply because I was a bride whilst providing no special services, made me late to my own wedding and showed no sense of being apologetic for ruining such an important day. Manager Muna and owner Ruba were absolutely atrocious when it comes to customer service and seem to prioritise money over customer satisfaction.It’s also extremely unhygienic that they don’t clean the makeup they use. They use the same mascara and lipstick on everyone without sanitising in between clients because they’re rushing to fit more clients. They’re either willingly risking the health of their clients or not educated enough on proper hygiene and sanitation.This place is only worth going if you are going casually and for nail related services only. Don’t ever risk going for an important occasion…they will simply disappoint over and over again. Zero respect for time and zero professionalism.

One of the worst experience i had in this salon today. My makeup appointment was 5pm I reached before 15 mins , started makeup at 6:15 worst makeup. I show her which makeup i want she do totally wrong my bright skin tone turned into dark brown in the name of special makeup. She ruined my day. One of the cheapest makeup i ever had. Even my husband shocked how she ruined my face really disappointing only Hair lady was better. I got charged of 680 aed. service finshed at 8:15pm. 3 hours 30 mins for this service really wasting of money

It’s a new person.And no one in the parlor has been helpful to conduct reconsultation for color.Can’t believe this is the level of service here.

At first when I went I asked for the price of fixing hair from bottom and cutting bangs the lady at the front said 100. I said my cousin came and cut for 40, so she said I will ask the woman inside. When we went inside the hairdresser said she will do both for 50 dirhams.I showed the hairdresser 3 pictures of how I wanted to cut my bangs and explained to her around 10 times -she said she understood what I wanted. But she did not cut it the way I wanted and took too much of my hair to cut my bangs. Moreover, she cut the sides unevenly and they are not the same. She completely ruined my hair and I do not recommend going at all.Worst experience of my life 0/5 stars do not go to this saloon. The staff is very unprofessional and inexperienced.

From a repeated experience...the female employees at the reception all talk to me to provide me with the required service. I mean, I call one unit. 4 respond to me out of a lot of politeness in them. I come out of the room with the best energy, the eyebrows are Mamta, the nails are after Joey and Donna, and the hair is Maryam 😍.. I swear this is the first time I and my sister have tried this salon and the last time 😪💔We said we would try BB cream, even though I was hesitant because I dont like to let anyone do my hair who has no experience in hair, and of course I expected the result to be satisfactory due to the many praises I heard about this salon. Unfortunately, after washing the hair on the second day, we learned that the experience was very bad for me and my sister and unsatisfactory. Although this is not the first time I have made BB cream for my sister and I(But in a different salon, of course, and the result will be excellent)Unfortunately, from the beginning, the employee’s work was very talkative and fast, and the employee was in need, and I felt as if she had no sense in doing anything, and I was telling her that I always apply BB cream at this and that salon, but it is strange that it was not the same way for my hair..!!For your information, my hair and my sisters hair naturally has a slight frizz, which is normal. I mean, even the slight frizz has increased and the hair has become dry and not shiny before. My sisters hair is the same. I mean, its not as if we spent any money on it and the hair is ruined afterward.💔💔😞(The salon may be good for some, but not all of the employees have experience, especially in hair and its treatments 👎🏻And advice from an experienced sisterDo not hand your hair over to anyoneI communicated with you and there is no benefit, and there are a million excuses and excuses. A salon in which I have tried most of the services. Their offers are good, especially for the Moroccan bath, Souad Safaha, and the massage. The manicure and pedicure are dangerous. The haircut is neat and sweet. Their treatment is classy. Abrar in the nail department is very classy. The management is understanding. If you do not like the work, they will adjust it for you. The important thing is that you are satisfied. They take the Saad discount. Their prices are not cheap, but for the service they are acceptable.

Honestly, as much as I pass by the salon, I have never thought about going to it, but since I went to it about 3 days ago, I swear to God, the treatment is not the most amazing. They are all classy in dealing with the clients. They make you feel angry. You love them, God willing. I had a massage with them, and God is more than wonderful, frankly. I have a second, third, and fourth visit, ad infinitum.

Honestly, the makeup and hair are amazing in terms of work and stability, and the price is frankly very reasonable.. The makeup is with Fatima and the hair is with Hadeel.. I never plan the makeup, do not change it, or remove it. It was done on me for more than eight hours, and my hair is the same.

My favorite salon without a competitor.. All the services and all the employees I tried are amazing and professional.. All their services are excellent, starting with the nails, managed by the beautiful Abrar, who always makes sure that every customer gets a special service. For hair, I tried Manal, Alaa, and two Ethiopian women (I forgot their names, unfortunately). And for makeup, I tried Razia. She gave me an amazing look. Honestly, its one of the best salons I go to in terms of my hair. I dont like anyone to touch my hair other than them. I cut and dye it with artists, frankly, Mashallah. And today I tried acrylic at a woman named Manika. I think shes very, very careful and her soul is beautiful, Mashallah. I loved her and I want her to be a young nail artist. My experience at Hala Al Sham Salon was very bad. Tahani completely ruined my haircut—it was uneven, misshapen, and nothing like what I asked for. Even the blow drying was bad and left my hair fluffy and unruly. When I complained, their only response was, “Let your hair grow long,” and even when they tried to fix the story, they made it worse.
